This is a very nice, classic and well-maintained cottage in a terrific location. Short easy walk to main beach and to town, and the hilltop location (still an easy walk) even gives you a nice view of the ocean from the front door! Unfinished basement with a separate secure entrance is a great place to store beach gear, bicycles etc.
Cottage itself is small but definitely workable for a family of 4, great for 3 and would be tons of space for a party of 2. Very well equipped with everything you’ll need. Would be happy to return!

The bathroom floors and kitchen floor were filthy!I scrubbed all of them the second day we were there, emptied bucket three time. The carpeting really needs to be replaced felt gritty. The back porch could use a power wash as well , the front porch furniture too!

Small but comfy cottage in a great location — easy to beach, downtown, and RT1.

Great location
This house is convient to shopping, restaurants, the beach and particularly the Lobster Pound. Quiet location, old but cozy.

Perfect location
First time renting through vrbo stayed for twelve nights was very happy overall with everything from proximity to beach & town. To cleanliness of place. If I had any complaints it would be the bed was a little small & we aren’t large people
& you have to go outside to access laundry room. We had great weather so no worries. Perfect for avg.size couple maybe a little one

Small, classic cottage, equipped with everything you will need for a great beach stay. Location is perfect, about 15 mini walk to the main beach, even closer to the center of town. You can actually see the ocean from the front porch which is a nice bonus, and there is a large rear deck with a BBQ and a nice outdoor table.
There is a large unfinished basement where the washer/dryer is with a secure separate entrance that gives you extra space to keep your beach stuff, bikes if you bring them, etc. There are also beach chairs and some other beach items provided.
The place is comfortable for a family of 4 but would be tight beyond that. It is a cottage in the traditional sense — not a luxury home — but is great for a beach holiday. I would happily return.

Great week!
The house is small but literally has everything you could need- very well equipped. The distance to beach and town is ideal- you do not need to drive once you have groceries etc. Really cute neighborhood and the house has a small ocean view! My only complaint would be that it could use an upgrade on utensils (forks, knives, spoons) bc the ones there are falling apart. Also, there was no trash pickup but instructions inside the house says there is. That needs to be addressed. Otherwise a perfect week - thank you!

Nice location. Bare minimum accommodations.
Quaint and quiet location. Communications with property manager was quick. Check-in/check-out painless. Wish there was a sofa in the living room. 1.5 baths was nice (great hot water) Beds were not (unless you like extremely old and hard mattresses).

Basic amenities but great location!
For a family of four it’s a tight, but capable fit, which can be expected in these bungalows. Not the best stocked kitchen in regards to dishes and cookware, but everything works. So close to the beach and downtown it’s a great place to rest your head after a long day at the beach.

Cute lil cottage
Perfect lil place in the heart of Ogunquit. A short walk to town and the beach. Home had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and return to this place!

Lovely Home
Positives: Nice home, well equipped kitchen, great locations (15 minute walk to downtown and beaches). Only negative (temporary), currently there is a home being built across the street and had to hear heavy construction during the day. Definitely took away some of the enjoyment of the place. I would certainly stay at this home again but I would check the status of the home build across the street.

Pandemic Vacation
We had a wonderful time making memories as a family, heading to the beach each day, walking to get takeout and ice cream, and enjoying our meals outside on the deck. The house was quaint and equipped with everything we needed. We’d happily stay there again.

Great place!
Fantastic inside and out. Comfortable and relaxing place with great amenities. The 1/2 bath is a bonus for a 2 bedroom place. Best of all, a short walk from down town, no need to fight for parking!

Lovely,cozy home...
The home is very clean and everything needed was there to be found...directions to the home and instructions and all information re the area easy to find . It is very nice but very small so be prepared for that! :)

Great little place!
There was no key to the basement so we weren't able to access the beach toys or laundry. This issue was not resolved during our stay. Other than this, it was super!!!
