An absolute gem

Everything was excellent. Wonderful staff, great central location, restaurant on-site had some of the best food we had our entire trip and facilities are beautiful.

A Very Nice Stay in Siem Reap

Fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend to first-time visitors to Siem Reap.

The property always turned off the lights on the pool whenever the sun went down. There was no way to enjoy it for the entire time the pool was open. Made things feel less special.

Perfect!

We loved everything about this hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, lovely rooms, pool and breakfast. Good location too for wander into Pub Street.

Absolut empfehlenswert.

Generell der Stil des Gebäudes und der Anlage. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter Frühstück!

Wir hatten zuerst ein anders Zimmer als gebucht bekommen. Auf Nachfrage war es dann für den nächsten Tag zugesagt und nach erneuter Nachfrage doch sofort verfügbar.

A beautiful oasis in Siem Reap

Everything. Our room was large, comfortable and clean. The breakfasts offered excellent variety and was delicious. The spa services were also wonderful and so inexpensive. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful and were available whenever you needed something. I highly recommend the Koulen Hotel.

Très grand appartement spacieux donnant sur rue et sur piscine intérieure. Literie de bonne facture. Piscine agréable et avons même profité d’un massage gratuit. Petit déjeuner varié et bon.

Magnifique séjour : parfait !

Hôtel parfait. Bon emplacement. Personnel aux petits soins. Magnifique piscine et salle de sport. Belle salle de petit déjeuner avec une serre.

Petit déjeuner à améliorer peut être pour les touristes (proposer du jus d’orange, des viennoiseries, du fromage etc)

Increíble! No dudes, reserva en este hotel! Las instalaciones son increíbles, la atención de TODO el personal está super cuidada. La zona de piscina, el salón para desayunar, las habitación!… todo está mimado tanto por el diseño como por la atención. Desayuno completisimo. Cogimos la excursiones a través de ellos y fueron increíbles, según llegabas se preocupaban de cómo había ido y si lo habíamos disfrutado, pero nada empalagoso ni buscando adicionales, solo buscando que disfrutases. Paseo agradable de 15 minutos hasta la pub street pero en zona tranquila sin ruido. Perfecto!

Super Lage zwischen Königspalast und Innenstadtbereich für Touristen. Sehr höfliches Personal. Zimmergröße und Ausstattung sind, wie beschrieben gut und nicht abgewohnt.

Die Englischkenntnisse könnten beim Personal etwas besser sein, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden

An excellent Hotel with friendly staff and great service. Ten out of ten from us!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, helping us to organise trips and book taxis and tuk tuks. The hotel was very well maintained and the pool was lovely. Such friendly staff too. I would recommend this hotel too anyone who was visiting this area.

Es war wundervoll !

Riesiges Zimmer , leckeres Frühstück, schöner Pool , sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Besonderes Highlight war eine ganztägige Tempeltour mit Som Ney als Fahrer. Ausnehmend freundlich und kenntnisreich, ohne im geringsten aufdringlich oder anstrengend zu sein. Wir haben den Tag sehr genossen!

Ausstattung in der Küche. Die Küche per se ist super, aber sämtliches Zubehör (Besteck, Teller, etc) muss man anfordern. Das geht aber dann gut.

Excellent, despite being cut short.

We had an incredible stay at the Koulen Hotel! The staff, led by the exceptional General Manager Nita, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my stay, from the immaculate room to the fabulous pool. The staff's dedication to ensuring my comfort and satisfaction truly stood out. I can't praise them enough for their excellent service and genuine care. My time at the Koulen Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to Nita and her amazing team!

The ‘double’ luxury suite was strange as there was another locked bedroom and far too much space for a couple.

Loved it!

Pool, and happy hour was great! Transfers and transport around the temples was also excellent - an air conditioned van for our group of 7 including children was essential.

Supply some simple cutlery, plates and cleaning cloth etc in the room. When feeding small children, sometime you need to order specific food or cut fruit etc.

Superb

This is my second visit to Koulen Hotel, and once again, I was not disappointed. The hotel's prime location in the city center, close to Pub Street, is a plus. The suite was spacious, clean, and exceptionally comfortable. The friendly staff always greeted us warmly and offered their assistance whenever needed. The gym was satisfactory, the pool was nice and the breakfast provided was good. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

We booked a suite that could comfortably accommodate 4 or 5 persons, even though we were only a group of 3. Surprisingly, the hotel staff informed us that the suite was intended for 2 only, and they charged us an additional $15 per night, even though we didn't request an additional bed.

The staff are so friendly and helpful which made us feel really special

Great pool area with lovely pool bar serving cocktails on Happy Hour from 2-6pm. We had a large suite which we could almost get lost in!! The location is fine and just a short Tuk Tuk ride from all the bars and restaurants on Pub Street. Great buffet breakfast.

I can think of nothing that was not perfect for us.

Excellent hotel, would stay here again

Very comfortable hotel with nice amenities. Our room had a kitchenette with a large refrigerator and microwave, perfect for our 5 night stay. The staff were amazing and very helpful. They arranged a guided sunrise tour of Angkor Wat for us, which was definitely worth it. Our guide Mr. Sarorn Chuop spoke excellent English and knew so much about the history and architecture of the temples. He was also a skilled photographer and we have some of the best photos of our trip from that tour.

Nothing to dislike, we had a fantastic stay here.

A superb hotel with great staff.

I loved the place. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They awere all extremely friendly and helpful. We booked a single room suite but were given a 2 bedroom suite which was huge. The pool was very nice. The location was great. A nice area and a walking distance from a lot of restaurants and even the pub street. The staff knew that we were celebrating our anniversary and the staff met us in the lobby with a cake which made our day.

Exceptional Service & a fantastic location, Excellent Property !

Excellent location, Exceptional service, Staff always eager to help, extremely neat & tidy, right next block across the road there is Heritage Walk a mini mall which doesn't scream for attention unless you notice it with dozens of restaurants, Starbucks, Dominos, ice cream Parlours & even a movie hall & a supermarket.

highly recommend, exceptional hospitality and very spacious room

one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. the manager greeted us upon arrival, the staff was exceptional and the room is very spacious. the breakfast is varied every day. the hotel helped us to manage the tours to Angkor and to the mountains, they offered us a good driver to the airport as well. i cannot even say a bad word. highly recommend
