Good value for the money 👌🤝

the hotel is well situated and has relatively good facilities (rentals, taxi arrangements, trip offers...). food was excellent 👌, also the location of our room (west part of the hotel over the main restaurant). location on the beach is very nice. pool bar is also ok 🤝👌.

rooms require reparations, but there are still useable...

My daughter and I had a great stay I would probablyy return there for another holiday

Breakfast very substantial a very good selection of food maybe they could improve the hot drinks machines

Food in evening a bit repetitive if u didn’t go in early the food wasn’t hot enough. Also I wasn’t that impressed with the outside lunch bar it was nicer to go into inside dining room fir yr lunch. Maybe the spa and gym could stay open a bit longer than 18.00 maybe 20.00

Really nice hotel with an ocean view and close to the airport

The hotel is very close to the airport, so transfer is cheap (12 euro by taxi or 1.40euro by bus No. 161) and fast (15 minutes by taxi, 30 min by bus). You can hear landing and staring airplanes very well. It can be a minus if you want to sleep long (airplanes start operating at 7am) or go to sleep early (planes operate till midnight). There are no operating planes at night (midnight to 7 am). The hotel is a bit far from Puerto del Carmen center, but you can still get there on foot using the promenade so with a beautiful ocean view all the way (1h walk). The staff is very helpful and very nice. There were no issues at all when it comes to the check-in/check-out or any other interaction with the staff during the stay. The Entertaiment team is great. They take care of guests. I want to mention one lade specifically - Jady - intern from the Netherlands - very nice and helpful person. Alway smiling! :) The room was spacious with a great ocean view (the hotel is in the first line right next to the promenade). The room was ok. It is dated a bit and might need some renovation, but hay - in places like Lanzarote you do not spend the time in a room. You just sleep there and BTW - the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily (with the exception of Sunday I believe). The meals were ok. Supper was best. Lunch was ok. Breakfast needs improvements, so dishes change at least once per 2 days (having same breakfast for 7 days in a row is not fun :P ). It was my second stay in the hotel and probably not the last one. Overall I recommend the hotel for a 1 or 2 weeks stay.

Bien, pero no esperes gran cosa.

La piscina de agua climatizada exterior, sólo funcionaba una, pero al ser templada, se estaba bien. También el personal, que era amable.

El hotel es grande y tiene posibilidades, pero está bastante dejado y necesita una reformilla. Las máquinas de los niños muchas no funcionaban incluso se tragaban las monedas(aunque en recepción te lo abonan). El buffet todos los días lo mismo. No está mal, pero en la línea de otros tres estrellas

Jeg fant mange dårlige anmeldelser, men jeg tok sjansen og alt var flott!!!

Jeg likte alt: det var alltid varmt vann i dusjen, sengetøyet er rent, sengen er komfortabel; Jeg har alltid funnet noe å spise i restauranten, maten er varm og fersk. Frokost inkludert potet tortilla - perfekt. lunsj og middag er også bra. Cocktailene i bassengbaren er deilige. Gratis iskrem Det er viktig å ha godt humør og bare slappe av!!!

Jeg så ikke et stort minus, bortsett fra at rommene må oppdateres, men jeg kom ikke for å sitte på rommet, så det plaget meg ikke.

Hotel familiar a pie de playa

La ubicación a pie de playa, las piscinas climatizadas, la amplitud de las habitaciones, el miniclub y la minidisco. Muy cerca del aeropuerto, el recorrido en taxi apenas son unos 10 minutos y de precio 12€. Los aviones vuelan bajo cerca del hotel y a los niños les encanta verles pasar. Cerca de un supermercado Spar, aunque en el propio hotel también hay una tienda con crema solar, pañales, champú y cosas básicas. Mucho espacio para pasear sin salir del hotel.

El hotel está un poco viejo, las camas pequeñas a pesar de lo grandes que son las habitaciones y la cama supletoria era muy incómoda, se clavaban todos los muelles del colchón. El personal del hotel desinformado, a la misma pregunta sobre si tenían microondas disponible las 24h para calentar el biberón unos respondían que sí y otros que no pero que se podía alquilar por 25€/semana. Es un dato muy importante para quienes vamos con bebés como para que no lo tengan claro. Finalmente había microondas y te prestan un hervidor de agua, por si usas leche en polvo. El buffet repetitivo aunque reponían a cada rato. En la habitación te dejan una botella de agua pero sin abridor ni vasos. Un detalle feo. La mascota Tapi apenas aparece 10 minutos en la minidisco. A los niños les encanta verla y abrazarla, sin embargo tienen que esperar todo el día para encontrarse con ella y hacerse una foto,¿tanto les cuesta aparecer de vez en cuando en el buffet, la piscina o darse un paseo por el hall? por la noche no están ni 2 minutos cada uno a su lado ya que todos quieren saludarla y hacerse fotos. Ya que tienen el disfraz y personal de animación podían darse una vueltecita para alegrar a los niños, las familias se lo agradeceríamos. El secador es un infierno, tan flojo que prefieres dejarte el pelo mojado que seguir más rato ahí intentando sacarlo.

Fourth time we have stayed here, didn’t let us down. They were upgrading one of the pools, but that didn’t have much eff

Within easy reach of airport, on the flat, quiet but short taxi ride away from centre of Puerto del Carmen shopping centre, harbour and bars.

Friendly helpful staff, nice hotel, good food and lovely spa.

Great time!

Enjoyed the spa and the variety of games around the pool. Polite staff and clean rooms.

Not enough variety of foods at the dinner time buffet. That pool was closed and the smell of paint was quite strong.

Für uns einfach unbefriedigend.

Das gebuchte Zimmer und das Badezimmer entsprachen unseren Erwartungen. Die Betten waren bequem und die Reinigungskräfte gaben sich Mühe.

Das Hotel war für uns einfach zu groß. Während der Essenszeiten ging es unserer Meinung nach zu wie in einem Bahnhofsrestaurant. Zu viele Menschen und äußerst laut. Für Familien mit Kindern sicher geeignet. Das Frühstücks- sowie auch das Abendbuffet waren eintönig. Es gab keinerlei Abwechslung. Fisch, Schwein, und wieder von vorne. Typisch spanisches Essen gab es nicht. Sogar zu den canarischen Kartoffeln gab es nicht die entsprechenden Sossen. Wir würden vorschlagen, lieber in einem der naheliegenden Restaurants zu speisen. Ansonsten war die Auswahl groß, aber - wie gesagt - eintönig.

Lovely hotel, and staff would definitely go back

Everything, the location the beautiful hotel, and kind staff specifically Amelia.

Didn’t like the fact that there was no iron, you had to pay for one :( and the entertainment is on late for the kids and not only kids of course, but it can be quite loud.

Nous avons pris demi-pension. Nous avons mangé une fois le soir à l'Hôtel. Le premier soir. C'était pire qu'une cantine. Nous sommes allés les 6 autres soirs au Centre commercial près de L’hôtel. C''était bon.

A spring break for 2 retirees

The spaciousness of the hotel layout. The quality and standard of the food in the main and Italian restaurant. The hotel has a lovely layout. And there were lots of activities on offer. The animation team was very professional .

The oriental restaurant was so disappointing. There was no sense of the orient. The buffet area was very restricted, and the food was just so bad. The hotel room was dated and needs a full revamp. Some of the sunbeds needs replacing and / or cleaning .

Cálida precio muy bajo

Nos gustó el tamaño de la habitación y en general la habitación estaba limpia.

No nos gustó el ruido de los aviones, el aeropuerto está a 7 minutos y se escucha todo al menos en nuestra habitación, las moquetas de las zonas comunes muy muy sucias, la comida regular para abajo, siempre lo mismo y poca variedad que no sea frito o salsas... Personal bien sin más. Lo que más odie fue que viniera el servicio de limpieza mientras cenada y barriendo debajo de la mesa 🫨 y mucho ruido del personal recogiendo los platos sucios, en fin relajado no vas a cenar 👎🏽

Una experiencia agradable con una buena relación calidad precio

Ofrece exactamente lo que se espera de este tipo de hoteles, la ubicación es excelente a pie de playa y a 5 minutos del aeropuerto. La experiencia en general es agradable, el spa es sencillo pero aceptable. El personal está bastante quemado aún así en la recepción fueron siempre muy amables e hicieron la estancia muy fácil. La habitación amplia y bien orientada.

Los colchones necesitan un cambio urgente. El buffet deja mucho que desear, faltan alimentos más saludables. Las toallas presentaban alguna mancha que no sale al lavar.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Mi son trovata meglio del previsto.struttura grande fronte mare con 2 piscine di cui una riscaldata x cui in questo periodo potevi fare il bagno.camere grandi un po datate ma provviste di tutto.frigorifero con acqua di benvenuto,bollitore in camera gratuito su richiesta.Cassaforte 3 euro al giorno e ti danno un ingresso gratuito alla SPA.Bagno con lavandino doppio.tutto ben pulito,aria condizionata.Cibo direi buono seppur dedicato in prevalenza a clientela nordica.trovavi addirittura il prosecco a colazione.Noi avevamo mezza pensione e a cena sempre pesce fresco a la plancia.Ci ritornerò!

Prevalenza di clientela nordica e spagnola.x cui parlano poco italiano ma ci si intende.animazione diurna e serale in inglese e spagnolo.vicino all' aeroporto ma gli aerei praticamente nn si sentivano.Lontano dal centro di Puerto ma con dei shopping center dove hai tutto lì vicino.supermercato vicinissimo. maretasso troppo duro x me un po scomodo

Bien para dormir.

Lo mejor del hotel la limpieza de la habitación, la comodidad de las camas.

Nos tocó justo encima del bar discoteca, mucho ruido por las noches. Además la comida del buffet muy repetitiva y nada rica.

The location is perfect for areas in Puerto del Carmen with easy and quick access to the airport.

The reception staff were abrupt and need urgent training on how to smile and welcome guests. One girl obviously being trained for the post was simply being ignored by her colleages. However she had a smile and hadnt been given sufficient basic training.. The woman at the breakfast hot plate was unhelpfull and rude. The fact I was able to communicate in spanish didnt help. It was as if she didnt want to be there. For this reason the experience was affectedto enjoy our breakfast. Understand that the time of year is temporada baja. However the bars and areas around the main entertainment was either closed or not in use..
