Freundlicher Empfang, Hotel gut erreichbar, aber das uns zugeteilte Zimmer war sehr klein.

Die zentrale Lage, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, sauberes Zimmer, Frühstück ok.

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr klein, wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre das Zimmer nicht geeignet gewesen. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht, zu teuer für die erbrachte Leistung.

We didn’t enjoy our stay here.

The room was outdated and not very clean. Our shower was clogged and saw a cockroach in our tub .

Good location, some room issues!

Great location, comfortable bed, nice staff!

We were not allowed a late checkout saying all rooms were reserved - I could see availability for next day online though. Also, we had booked directly, received a confirmation email and subsequently had our reservation cancelled via an email - not even a phone call and with no explanation as to the reason of the cancellation. Bathroom was not as shown in photos with major wear and tear on sink and bathtub.

Room was veeeery dirty. Spider webs all over ceiling. Even blood drops on bedsheet. I asked to change bedsheets. But hotel didnt do it. So i asked for bed sheets and changed it myself

Close to train station and quiet road, ideal for short stays

Hotel on good location if you use trains, lounge room with water and coffee facilities and smoking terrace and garden at lobby level. clean hotel and very helpful and friendly staff.

Happy culture was reflected to the smiles of the staff under the sunshine of the Mediterranean Nice

The hotel was very nice, welcoming, very near to the train station tram and as well 10 min of nice walk to the city center. The small balcony oriented on east makes you to enjoy double the morning sunshine of Mediterranean Nice.

A very pleasant stay in a new and nice structure

The property is clean, newly renovated rooms, a nice pool and bar area where to have breakfast and relax

There is no elevator and being at 3rd floor might be a bit annoying. There was no frigo bar/water in the room

location to train station, big room with big comfortable bed, small fridge in room, selection of toiletries, tea, coffee making facilities in room however coffee/tea/water available all day/evening from dining area.

Close to sights and shops. Many parking choices nearby. Breakfast had a good variety of options.

Hotel room was very small, sound-proofing was very bad and the first day we found hair on the decorative pillows that were placed on the bed.

Lovely winter break in Nice

A few minutes walk to main Avenue Jean Medrcin and to tram to airport. We chose a deluxe double with balcony and it was beautiful. We were on a 4 night winter break and spent 3 nights in Menton and the last night here before flight home. It is very close to Nice Ville train station. Check in was early 1pm for us at no extra cost and check in lady was great at english and smilingly tolerant at my persistent attempts at a little french. Room was perfect, comfy bed, fabulous shower and quaint balcony which, being stubborn Brits, we used anyway even though it was only 10 degrees C (warm for us). The breakfast and room was perfect. A variety of about 10 cheeses and cold meats at breakfast, various croissants, several breads, many coffees and teas and lovely tasting sausages, bacon and scrambled egg. Wonderful stay.

Pleasant

Host was kined,helped us to a near parking place. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom and separated toilett is extremly small.We recommend it max for 1 night.

Convenient, clean and comfortable!

Beautiful old building near the train station and near to good places to eat and drink. Tram nearby to take you to the beach and old town. Staff very helpful and room clean and spacious with a large bed.

Not enough storage space for luggage if you we’re staying a week or so! Bathroom lacked areas to put your toiletries.

Not a very pleasant experience except for location which is quite good.

internet connection was horrible, TV did not work properly, nobody on site to provide support in the evening, room so tiny with barely any space to manouvre. Had to sit on bed to eat

Very good option to visit French Riviera

Very nice hotel, cozy and clean rooms with small balcony for smokers, good breakfast, very close to Nice Train Station and 15 minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais

Convenient for Nice Ville train station, short walk. Funky decor. Helpful staff, changed room for us.

Quite a walk to the cafes and seafront. First Double room q small and noisy neighbours til 4am.

the bathroom and sheets were not clean at all , the breakfast is for 15 or 20 euro yet its really dont worth it , they give me a parking acess and when i arrived there ot was full and i payed 45 per day
