Very stylish Hotel on the Harbor front with fabulous views

Large international buffet situated on the Ground Floor of the Hotel overlooking Hong Kong harbor and Hong Kong Island. Could benefit from 1-2 more coffee machines given the number of people at breakfast every morning. Superb pool deck on the 20th Floor overlooking Hong Kong Harbour.

Just a few more soft furnishings in the lobby area to enjoy the grand surroundings.

Take a normal room and eat breakfast outside - then it is ok.

My room was fantastic but the room of my collegue was much smaller and not really 5 star standard. The rooms are newly renovated and have a light and nice feeling. Beds are great. The location at the waterfront with jogging track outside is great. Whampoa MTR station is nearby. OK gym but limited opening hours and no water to drink after exercise!!

We paid for Harbour Club facilities but that is not worth its money. Breakfast is nowadays in the general breakfast room and not in the Lounge as it was before. The breakfast has a lot of choices but the quality of those choices are many times only so, so. The afternoon tea you can fortget completely, they did not even have tea cups - only coffe cups. The assortment of goodies was very, very limited. The hotel has also cancelled its free bus service to Tsim Tsa Tsui which I found very sad. Also no Airport Express Service anymore. If you want a water bottle in your room, you have to pay 5.-HKD. Ridiculous.

Pěkný výhled, ale to bylo vše

Už jen přístup personálu na recepci. Neochota, žádné vysvětlení. Měli jsme objednaný Club, vyhozené peníze, vůbec nedoporučuji. Bazén špinavý, opět personál u bazénu arogantní. Tento hotel již nikdy, velké zklamání.

Fantastic VIEWS from hotel. Good pool area.

We were upgraded to a suite so everyone was VERY happy! Great view from hotel, easy ferry to the other side. Close to underground train.

Shocking hygiene by other guests at buffet breakfast. Three times a saw different guests take a fork out of their mouths and place it back down with the other cutlery while they walked around eating. Very long check in lines. No shopping by hotel but a few restaurants and Starbucks.

Our stay at harbour grand was fantastic - would absolutely stay again and recommend.

The hotel is fantastic, looking out onto the harbour, the views are totally stunning. We were on 27th Floor with an upgraded room and looking out onto the harbour. Staff were really attentive. The housekeeper that tended our room was really lovely. Pool is on 20th Floor which is a roof top infinity pool. This was nice but a bit impersonal.

The check in is terrible - although mentioned in most reviews it has not been addressed by management. The last thing you want is a long time checking in after you have been travelling - our check in wait time was 1 hour 10 minutes. We saw queues most days but it appears weekends are the worst. The pool could do with being a more relaxed environment.

excellent location,lobby and carpets have been nice - but 25 years ago, very old venue ,needs urgently total renewal or better to take down and build a new one and the swimmingpool is big enough, may be for frogs

Если номер будет с хорошим видом - лучше не пожелаешь !

Нам дали прекрасный номер с панорамой на весь город. Прекрасное расположение отеля. Завтрак не пробовали. Очень красивое лобби, есть бассейн, но самое лучшее - это вид из номера !

Немного дороговато, но Гонконг очень дорогой город. Не понравился телевизор в номере, который портил вид - но это мелочи.

Schönes gepflegtes Haus mit toller Aussicht.

Sehr schönes, komfortables, modernes und sauberes Zimmer. 33. Stock mit bomben Ausblick über Knowlonn. Tolle Dusche mit allem was dazu gehört. Bahnstation nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Tolle Lage am Hafen.

Unfreundlicher (weil gestresster) Empfang mit langer Wartezeit zum CheckIn. Eiskalte, völlig runterklimatisierte, Räume. Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht, nach unsren Bedürfnissen, einstellbar. An = kalt und zugig oder Aus = warm. Pool sehr kalt und keine Bar oder Bistro in der Pooletage.

Bien pour l'emplacement, mais ne compter pas sur l'hotel pour l'acceuil, le club et internet

Emplacement trés bien proche du métro.

Ils ont un comptoir pour ceux qui prennent des chambres club avec acces au club. Premièrement ce comptoir CLUB est faux. Il est toujours la mais il n'y a jamais personne. En, fait même si vous payez plus cher ils vous demandent de faire la queue dans la file d'attente de tous ceux qui ont pris des chambres ordinaires. Et je peux vous dire que dans cette queue il y toujours au moins 20 personnes avant vous. Et même si vous dites que vous avez payé plus cher pour avoir le club ils vous demandent de faire la queue quand même. Deuxièmement dans ce club c'est toujours la même chose qui est proposé, mais le pire lorsque vous demandez du pain il vous donne toujours du pain qui a déjà été servi, le pain est dure. Troisièmement devant moi j'ai vu les 2 employés du club ré-rempli une bouteille vide de vin blanc étiqueté CABERNET SAUVIGON par un autre vin blanc qu'ils prennent dans le placard en dessous. Nous avons eu l'occasion de gouter le vin rouge et nous comprenons mieux pourquoi le gout était plus une piquette que du vin. Par ailleurs concernant le wifi ne compté pas sur l'hôtel la connexion ne dépasse pas 20mbps. Aprés renseignement avec la direction la seule solution qu'ils m'ont proposé c'était de prendre une carte Sim locale et de faire un partage de connexion avec mon ordinateur.

ทำเลของที่พักดีมากติดริมอ่าว บรรยากาศตอนเช้าสวยมาก ขร้านคาเฟ่ของโรงแรมขนมอร่อย โดยเฉพาะเค้กชาเขียวมะม่วงแนะนำเลย

การเช็คอินของที่พักต่อคนนานมาก แต่ละห้องกว่าจะเช็คอินเสร็จเกือบ10 นาที ตอนที่ไปแขกเข้าพักเยอะยืนรอกันเมื่อยเลยกว่าจะถึงคิว คิดว่าควรมีการจัดการที่ดีกว่านี้

Enjoyed our return to this lovely hotel in a great location.

The location was amazing overlooking the harbor.

The breakfast room was very busy with Chinese New year visitors and it was difficult to find a place to sit. It seemed very messy which wasn’t the staff’s fault.

Rooms have great views but catching an elevator can take forever.

Great views. Suites are decent, but the rooms are small.

Had to wait more than 30 minutes for an elevator, as they were constantly full of people. Had to take an elevator up just to secure my spot and then take it down.

Loby hotel terlalu crowded

Saya mendapat upgrade ke tower harbourview room, tp cmn 1 kamar saja. Dan 1 kamar lg kita di beri kamar yg lbh kecil yg gak ada standing showernya dan akhirnya kita minta ganti ke kamar lain yg ada standing showernya krn ada bawa orang tua.

Gostei da localização, da vista do quarto do hotel e do atendimento. Camas confortáveis com roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade e bem limpas. Localização muito segura e tranquila, e perto da estação do metrô.

Não gostei do chuveiro do banheiro.

Exceptional

I've stayed here a couple of times now, I absolutely love this hotel and I highly recommend it ☺️ The comfort, the staff is 100 per cent. The hotel is spotless. Housekeeping is excellent and nothing is any trouble to them. They clean daily. The harbour view deluxe is a joy to stay in, that view is just breathtaking 😍😍 I look forward to going back in the near future (DV)

Great location for exploring HK

Fantastic location, perfect for our needs. Close to MTR, lots of shops nearby. Room was very clean.

Bath did not drain away quickly. Corridors could have been cleaner.

Very clean, staff are friendly and helpful, great location and easy access to shops around Whampoa.

Since the pool is located at the top floor, many times it was closed due to bad weather warnings.
