Very Clean Hotel

Room size was fantastic, room is so clean and fresh. Breakfast is much better than expectation. Very close to the airport for me that is a big plus.

Lunch and dinner not serving in the hotel, i wish they had.

Court séjour agréable

Très bon emplacement pour se rendre à Toulouse en tram , à 5-7 min à pied d’une station. Les chambres sont spacieuses pour une famille et balcon agréable . Petit déjeuner au top et complet . Personnel très sympathique.

5 minute drive from airport. Quiet overnight stay. Very clean

Free breakfast included, Friendly and helpful reception staff. Spotless room. Tea and coffee making equipment in room. Good recommendations for nearby restaurants. Good shuttle to airport.

Only thing was pool open 10am to 8pm, woud have been good to open earlier, say 8am.

Ideal overnight lodging for air travel out of Toulouse and into SW France.

Most everything. The staff were lovely and helpful, good hearty breakfast, and accommodated me with a special request.

No on site restaurant; only 2 restaurants switch walking distance. unsecured Wi-Fi These 2 things definitely did not warrant an excellent rating. .

La navette sur demande gratuite entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel est très appréciable surtout lorsque les vols sont tardifs (navette jusqu'à 23h30). La disponibilité du personnel (24/24) pour tous types de demandes.

Really good in so many ways, just a pity about the lack of communication around shuttles.

The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Air con in the room was very effective, liked the night light in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, there was a kettle. Breakfast is set very early, and looks good (didn't try it)

The reason I've given a lower rating is because on our booking request I said we would need a shuttle to the airport for a 7am flight. There was no response, so I assumed all was well - it's an airport hotel, after all. When we got to the hotel in the evening, we were told that the first shuttle was at six, ie too late for a 7am flight. They booked us a taxi, which was great but cost us 18 Euros. I noticed in the lift a small notice saying that anyone needing the shuttle bus needed to book a space, because the shuttles are only every half an hour, and have only 8 seats. It did not say what time of the morning the shuttle started. It's strange, because breakfast was fully set out at 4.50 in the morning when went down, so they know people get up early for early flights.

Conveniently located hotel with helpful staff

Perfect location for a morning flight. Good breakfast buffet and fast, free shuttle. This hotel is clean and efficient. Ordered dinner in the bar, which was very good. Helpful staff. All good!

Nice place, helpful staff, good value.

Front desk folks were very helpful and nice. Shuttle drivers were polite and professional. The pool was beautiful and well maintained.

It was a hassle to get there from the airport.

Ideal hotel in good location for anyone arriving on late flight not wanting to travel on that night

Charming staff, pleasant room, great breakfast with range of options for every taste, ideally placed for airport (we walked one way and took free navette on return) Would stay again without hesitation.

Absolutely fantastic, highly recommend.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. Facilities were excellent. For example, 'snacks' at the bar were meals of brilliant quality and value for money. The transfer to the airport was excellent, on time and right from door to door. The ambiance of the whole hotel was excellent. Quiet, peaceful and clean and comfortable.

Nothing, it exceeded our expectations.

Parfait, j'y reviendrai et je le conseillerai à mon entourage.

Apprécié le personnel d'accueil de l'hôtel, le service rendu (disposition du réfrigérateur de l'hôtel pour médicaments bébé) , le coin cosy du salon/bar, le confort de la chambre, la tranquillité, la proximité de l'aéroport. Le buffet petit déjeuner complet et varié.
