E un bel palazzo!

Le camere molto piccole con vasca da bagno per neonati La camera non è stata rifatta prima che io rientrassi in camera la sera, in altri hotel a 5 stelle Lusso viene sempre rifatta la camera aperto il letto e sistemata la camera Avevo richiesto un. ferro da stiro ed ho dovuto richiederlo 2 volte prima che arrivasse al mio ritorno era ancora in camera aperto! Decisamente il prezzo non è adeguato al servizio di un hotel a 5 stelle L

Séjour romantique à Gênes

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en amoureux dans cet hôtel de Gênes. Le gros point fort de cet hôtel est sans aucun doute le service : celui ci est de très bonne qualité avec des réceptionnistes souriants, accueillants et très très commerçants enclins à proposer des astuces pour visiter la ville et ses environs. En oubliant une veste au sein de notre chambre, la réception a très rapidement fait le nécéssaire pour nous la renvoyer tout en nous scannant des documents importants se trouvant à l'intérieur. De plus, l'hôtel dispose également d'un service de voiturier gratuit se révélant tout de suite luxueux. Pour la chambre, celle ci est très spacieuse, dispose de nombreuses facilités, d'une très belle et grande salle de bain se composant à la fois d'une douche et d'une baignoire. Le gros point fort de cet hôtel reste pour nous l'espace bien-être et spa. Ce dernier se situe au sous sol et est honnêtement magnifique et très fonctionnel. En effet, la piscine dispose de plusieurs facilités : jet à contre courant, massages dorsaux, massages au niveau de tout le corps grâce à de nombreux jets. De plus, vous disposez de plusieurs douches de type balnéo : douche nébuleuse et douche tropicale. Ainsi que d'un très grand hammam et d'une grande salle de sport. L'entrée pour cet espace se réserve en créneau de 45min afin d'avoir le lieu totalement sous sa forme privative. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons au sein de cet hôtel lors d'une prochaine visite à Gênes ou Cinque Terre ou même Portofino:)

La literie y est confortable, attention toutefois à la qualité de celle-ci, pas digne d'une 5 étoiles : trous sur certains linge de lit et peignoirs de mauvaise facture composé également de trous.

Beautiful Genoa

We only spent one night at the melia. We had a nice room but it was smaller than it looked on the pictures. The staff were really helpful and efficient. The hotel itself is lovely and it's in a nice area. There was lots of choice for breakfast. We would definitely come back and for more than one night next time.

There wasn't anything not to like.

Check in was a breeze. Check out was a breeze. Breakfast was excellent, convenient and delicious!

I didn't like that there was not parking (except valet) available. That isn't the hotel's fault - parking anywhere in Genoa is almost impossible. I'm just grateful that they had valet, honestly.

A luxury stay in beautiful Genova!

Very beautiful hotel in a quiet area in Genova. Employees were exceptional and very friendly, thank you Gianluca for showing us to our room and ensuring we knew where everything was in the hotel. The room was exceptionally well appointed and very spacious - everything was fitted out perfectly which made our stay in Genova even better.

Hold Melia Hotel - Needs to be renovated

It’s an hold Melia five stars …this hotel needs to be renovated. We love Melia hotels and try to find one for every city trip. The location of this one is perfect and the staff is wonderful, but the rooms confort and decoration are not five stars unfortunately. And plus they want you to pay 20 euros per person and per day to enjoy the spa… The room service, food and bar are very expansive and not justified. You will find better places way more interesting at reasonable prices. We’ve already tried the NH Genova center before, and for a 4 stars you have more confort. It’s a better value for money.

The rooms confort and decorations. The AC inside the room and the spa not included inside the price.

I’ve travelled the world with business and have never stayed in a “5 Star” hotel that charges you to use every facility that gives them the stars. especially when the pool is not much bigger than your bath.

We really enjoyed the staff treating us like family!

it was lovely and the staff was excellent! The bar/restaurant was great and became our home base. Drinks on sidewalk was fun too.
