Most enjoyable and when in the area again would book The Seaham without hesitation

Very clean, comfortable, excellent hosts made us very welcome, nothing too much trouble. Help with car parking which was much appreciated. Excellent breakfast. Everything first class.

Ideal location, close to the beach and restaurants. Welcoming hosts who were very helpful and on hand to offer advise on places to visit and car parking etc. The room was clean, it had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable, we had no problems sleeping. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. We would definitely stay there again if visiting Weymouth in the future.

There was slight traffic noise when the windows were open at night, which was to be expected when staying on the main sea front. However, this is minimal at night and did not prevent us having a very restful sleep.

Nick & Caroline are fantastic hosts ,friendly and welcoming but professional at the same time .Room is cleaned daily and breakfast is outstanding . If / when we return we will definitely be staying again .A big Thankyou for a fantastic stay Tracey & Elly

Excellent guest house. Very clean facilities. Genial hosts, very approachable and helpful. Wonderful breakfast's ordered the day before with a wide range of choice, including some lovely fish selections and a fresh fruit cocktail to die for.! Nick and Caroline really go the extra mile to make your stay an enjoyable experience.

Our room was nice but a little on the small size. We were in room 3 on the second floor which was an extra hike after the long walk along the esplanade from the central beach area. The hotel is on the main road and parking is an issue but we were lucky to get a place outside. Nick can always find you alternative parking in his large garage but this is not ideal if you plan to use your car a lot during your stay. Alternatively parking can be arranged in nearby car parks.

Excellent accommodation and food with great weather to match. Will definitely go again.

The location of the Seaham was better than we expected as it was close to the beach, harbour and shops. The owners, Nick and Caroline, were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The food was excellent with plenty of choice on offer and the portions were really generous.

You don't know what any hotel is like until you actually go, but we was really impressed with the Seaham and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We can't think of anything that needs improving so keep doing what you're doing!

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Thank you Nick and Caroline.

The breakfast was amazing, so much so that we had to cut down after the first day. The fruit option was an excellent individual serving of several different fruits. The bacon and sausage was excellent quality. The room was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, Nick even moved his car when we arrived so that we could park right outside to unload and leave it there until the next day.

Great stay at Weymouth

Everything, Nick and Caroline were extremely welcoming, the room exceeded our expectations being large and well equipped, breakfast, all i can say is, wow, everything you need to start your day, located opposite the beach and just up road from centre of Weymouth, will definitely book this guest house when we visit again, would definitely recommend.

A very enjoyable stay our hosts were most obliging

Our breakfasts were excellent and Nick and Caroline were very friendly helpful and accommodating. We requested a slightly earlier breakfast on one of the days which was provided without hesitation .

Only slight negative was being unable to park outside the guest house on our second night we were however given a permit for 2 car parks fairly nearby which for us wasn’t a problem but could be to less mobile guests .

Great seaside hotel

Nick and Carolyn were so lovely. Nick was very knowledgeable about the area and advised us of some lovely locations just a short drive. Carolyn was exceptional at breakfast!!

There was nothing we didnt like but just a personal preference would be to change to a king size duvet on the bed!! I would still 100% recommend!!

Nick and Caroline were welcoming from start to finish. It's a lovely b&b, great location for the beach and all other amenities for a seaside resort. I travelled with my 9 year old son and they were very accommodating for him. I would recommend the Seaham
