Great hotel, great location, great staff

Fantastic location and large sized rooms with helpful staff. Great catering for children and even gave out free daily ice cream! Pool area was fantastic and would highly recommend.

Excelente estadia!!

Hotel lindo e muito elegante!! Quarto muito bom, confortável, ar condicionado excelente. Ótimo custo benefício. O vaso sanitário é automático e com várias funcionalidades.

O box poderia ser um pouco maior. A área da piscina e a própria piscina poderiam ser maiores, considerando o tamanho do hotel.

First class hotel in an excellent location.

Concierge (Chandra in particular) was extremely friendly, helpful and professional in welcoming us and looking out for us during our stay. Breakfast was excellent. Cleanliness was of a high standard. Beautiful ambiance throughout the hotel. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

Fantastic location, beautiful historical hotel, top notch service.

Most beautiful colonial architecture from the British Empire colonialism, was a an old post office building, fantastic location, unfortunately some of the rooms are small due to the fact that the building had to keep the beautiful facade, we had to upgrade and got a larger and nicer room,

One of the most beautiful hotel we ever stayed, loved everything about the hotel! I would give it five stars.

Oh my God !!! I loved everything! My room was perfect, the hotel wonderful and every single thing! It was like a fairytale! The breakfast I miss it so much! I’ll definitely come back!!!!

Good memory in Singapore

Site is of course excellent. Outlook is great and impressive. Room and facilities are also excellent. Staff is helpful and friendly.

A small sum of authorization of deposit needs one month to return to my account.

Great location, beautiful building with efficient staff.

We liked the location of the hotel. The concierge was very helpful with any questions and they gave us different pillows when we requested softer ones due to others being too hard for us. The hotel was impeccably decorated and elegant in a beautiful building.

We found the staff in the restaurant more focused on being efficient than being friendly. The bath area didn’t have any body wash, shampoo & conditioner as the shower had all these but they were attached to the shower wall. The bed was not comfortable and we found the pillows very hard (concierge did change to softer ones when requested). The balcony area was enclosed by a very high wall and not inviting to sit out on. We could have paid more per night for a view.

Amazing staff in a awesome Hotel!

Amazing breakfast, awesome staff, beautifully decorated for Christmas, overall amazing Hotel, opulent yet warm and welcoming ! My wife bought a Hotel Christmas bear, and it was stolen at LAX airport with her carryon bag…. The amazing Fullerton staff sent her 2 bears at their expense when we inquired to buy a replacement ! This is the customer service you get at The Fullerton. The area around the Hotel is great for walking, 2 museums steps away. Top 3 Hotels we have ever stayed in!

Matress was very firm….and I like medium/firm mattresses.

Would recommend, will stay again

The hotel is really beautiful, rooms lovely, nice pool and spa. Enjoyed both breakfast and lunch at the hotel. It is a really classic elegant establishment. Having stayed at Marina bay sands as well I prefer the Fullerton as it is more exclusive for guests and less busy/ chaotic.

A beautiful Hotel in a lovely area accessible to river walk . Staff very helpful at every level !

Realively good value for money in one of the world's most expensive cities.

I understand the problem of transforming an old building into a hotel. Their "courtyard" rooms mean that you look straight into the windows of someone on the other side of the courtyard.....the courtyard is enclosed.

Mhhh tout le reste ! Emplacement et vue de notre chambre, agencement, entretien effectué par le personnel… déco, des années 90… en Bref cet hôtel n’a rien d’un 5 étoiles ! Mais plutôt un bon 3 étoiles ou un 4, bof !

Superb, felt like I was family, can’t wait to return.

Breakfast buffet was phenomenal, pool staff were lovely, room was always immaculate and the High Tea was delightful.

Lovely place to stay in a great location.

Location, service, size of the room, quality. Bed was comfortable. Christmas decorations in the lobby were wonderful.

The windows didn’t open and the aircon was too cold. We couldn’t see the lighthouse because it was being refurbed.

A unique experience in Singapore

The whole hotel is wonderful, the staff is very careful and kind, the restaurant is delicious and the club kids super gentle!

Wonderful

Wonderful hotel. Although it has some 400 rooms it felt like a boutique hotel. Spacious and warm ambience. Decorated beautifully for Christmas. A great location right on the river. Convenient for restaurants and bars.

location is great, beautiful old hotel (from the outside) the bar Lantern at Fullerton at the Bay

a lot.... food (Jade restaurant) was a joke (much too expensive, but poor quality) bars were closes, construction works were going on, so it was very loud staff was not friendly at all - more arrogant than we ever experienced before
