I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Prince Park Tower Tokyo, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional.
The location is fantastic, nestled right next to Shiba Park, offering stunning views of Tokyo Tower and easy access to the vibrant sights of the city. The surrounding greenery provides a peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with traditional Japanese elements. My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, complete with all the amenities one could ask for. The comfortable bed ensured I had restful nights after busy days exploring the city.
Nothing to add here to be honest as there wasn't anything in particular that stood out that I didn't enjoy. It met all my expectations as needed. Perhaps the female bar staff at the top of the hotel could have been a bit more polite. I speak fluent Japanese and I could tell she was a little annoyed for some reason. She may have been having a bad day though.

The staff, Ms Moemi Hishiyama and the others at the front desk were all nice, thoughtful for me and my kids. We loved our room with Tokyo Tower right in front of us and the park right downstairs.
The pool at the hotel is only open to the people older than 20 years old…

The rooms were lovely and comfortable. The bar area is perfect to watch the sun go down and the lights start glowing.
We have stayed here before but felt this time the hotel was understaffed and lacked the finesse it once had. Our check in was clunky, the restaurant service when we arrived for dinner at 9:15pm ( last orders 9:30pm) was non existent. No one wanted to take our order, left us sitting there for the full 15 mins even after we tried many times to secure service. We ended up ordering room service which took 45mins.
At breakfast a number of clients had to wait for tables to sit at which I have never encountered at a high end hotel. Probably due to low staff.
The best part was the prompt bell boys / luggage people who were excellent.

I didn’t want to leave!

Kings Room Panoramic Tokyo View. Spacious and clean with an absolute stunner view of Tokyo Tower and Shiba park. Had everything I needed and great room temperature control. Good location to explore from. About 10 min walk to different train stations both ways dependent where you’re going. Great laundry service!!

Great Location and easy access to subway

Great location for exploring, regular taxis (no free transfers but discounted to airport if required). Bowling & billiards downstairs. Great breakfast & choice of exceptional restaurants floor 33 & downstairs.. recommend the personal chef at least 1 night.
Couldn’t swim as tattoos even though covered up!

Interiors and size of the room !
Very far from Ginza , we spend for taxi in 6 days sooo much ! Very overpriced Hotel !
Lobby cafe open 10 am , no chance to drink morning coffe if you don’t like to have breakfast ! What shocked us that … we would like to check out on 14 february instead of 16 february… reception told me that because of debit card the only way to refund 2 nights is to pay one more time for stay and first payment will be refund later , maybe after 1 month , depends of company that reception say 🙈 first time I hear like this

Beautiful location
Staff were friendly and attentive
Clean rooms
Convenience store in the basement is very convenient
There was a long wait for the bar in the evening and apparently no priority for hotel guests. The alternative hotel bar is in basement with no view and little atmosphere

This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Service was amazing and the room was large with all kinds of creature comforts and had a great view. The onsen was pretty cool too.
Nothing really. Buffet was a bit pricey but had a nice view.

The breakfast could have offered more fresh fruit more meats
They should get more English speaking staff pool too far and confusing to find
