Heerlijk appartement. Rustige plek in een hele mooie, maar wel erg toeristische omgeving.

De locatie is fantastisch. Halverwege de weg tussen vasteland en oude centrum van Sirmione. Kleinschalig appartementengebouw met zeer goed verzorgde luxe appartementen. Uitstekende airco. We zaten beneden en hadden een eigen tuintje. Veel privacy en toch overal dichtbij. Uitzicht vanuit de tuin op het Gardameer. Je stapt er zo in om af te koelen of een stukje te zwemmen. Privé parkeerplaats is een absoluut voordeel. In de omgeving is het nauwelijks mogelijk om ergens te parkeren vanwege de grote drukte in het hoogseizoen. Daar merk je overigens niks van als je in je appartement of in de tuin bent. Goede en minder goede restaurants overal te vinden op loopafstand. Aanrader voor het uitzicht is het hotel aan de overkant. Geweldig terras, prachtige zonsondergang. Eten ook OK.

Je moet wel bereid zijn ervoor te betalen. Goedkoop is het niet, maar je krijgt er wel wat voor terug. Houd er rekening mee dat als je boodschappen wilt gaan doen je de kans loopt om in een file terecht te komen.

Great. Going again

Simply great spot. Extremely nice service, clean, refurbished rooms, unique view, car park right beside the room with remote gate. Restaurants, castle, shops.. Everything near. If you are going to Verona, Milano, or just around the lake, Sirmione or any other of these beautiful cities at lower end on Garda are the best location. I will go there again.

Everywhere you must note the tax, which must be paid before leaving. The money goes to the city.

The accommodation was great, the view of the lake directly from the bedroom was breathtaking. Convenient parking and great bed. I don't want to forget the fantastically prepared Julie, who is a great help regarding information about the city. Here, any agreement is kept.

Great accommodation in a beautiful area of Lake Garda.

Great location - easy to walk into Sirmione but away from the madness! Room was nice though faced a busy road. Lovely terrace for drinks/relaxing. Good restaurant.

Would probably book a different room next time - missed having a balcony that faces the lake.

Wonderful stay

We stayed 3 nights in the suite and it was absolutely lovely. Beautiful balcony over looking the lake, a designated parking space, lovely jet bath, rainfall shower, fridge for groceries/breakfast, large comfy bed, gorgeous rooftop terrace, private entry into the lake from the garden, very welcoming host and lots of useful information for the surrounding area.

air con - we couldn’t work it correctly, no instructions in room and kept forgetting to ask during the day.

The location is more than perfect. The room is spacious with a breathtaking view of the lake. Marco and Livia are truly amazing hosts, I felt so at home. Definitely 5 stars for the top-notch hospitality and everything else!! Thank you so so much and very looking forward to returning soon!

Amazing stay, amazing host and truly astonishing location! Highly recommended for anyone longing for a peace of mind in the middle of incredibly beautiful lakeside. The hostess Livia was heart-warming and very welcoming, the suite had all the necessary equipment and a jacuzzi. Also there was a very nice restaurant attached to the place, so you won't have any problems with having dinner AND a stunning view in a matter of 2 minutes walk.

Apartment and location are great. The private garden,, direct access to the lake and private parking contribute to a relaxing holiday. Livia was a fantastic host and extremely helpful when we had problems with our car.

Restaurant nextdoor was at times quite lively. Proximity to Siemione is positive but also means that the paths and roads are constantly overcrowded.

A beautiful relaxing stay

Livia contacted me prior to arrival to find out our eta , she was waiting to great us at the property and show us our room . We stayed in the cioccolato suite which was stunning with an Incredible lake view . The guest house doesn’t provide breakfast but the room was equips with coffee machine , kettle and fridge . There was also a little basket with croissants, coffee , biscuits etc which was handy .

I think if the property had a small shop area guests would really benefit from that . Somewhere close to buy water , wine and snacks . There really isn’t much room for improvement . We loved our stay

love Italy , we were central but maybe not good for people who struggle to walk distances, old town was lush, and I woul

love the views, restaurant right next door who are lovely and very accommodating, comfortable beds, clean bathroom ,loved the veranda

all was good but just a little suggestion of maybe offering a welcome pack at a small charge for milk , bread especially for late check in guests
