Aanrader!!!!

Alles !! Zo mooi , je kan er de hele dag blijven genieten. Heerlijk bed .keukentje. BBQ . Zwembadje mooi uitzicht over de lagoon

De tweede dag deed het warm water niet van de douche. En eigenlijk deed heel de kraan het niet . Iemand erbij geroepen. Zet er een andere slang op wat natuurlijk geen warm water geeft . Dus koud douchen.

Beautiful experience

Nice and peaceful location. The room was clean and had all the necessary items. The balcony was so relaxing.

The smell in the room wasn’t that great. It’s was not smelling bad but not too pleasant either. That’s probably due to the wooden structure of the place but if something can be done to improve the conditions in that regard, that would be great.

The log cabin was amazing but the views spectacular. Will definitely make it my Knysna stay over again

Very comfortable pitstop on my way to cape town.

Very nice location, beautiful lodges with everything you need. Definitely worth going again.

I’m not sure if it was just our unit but the wifi was not great.

Klare Empfehlung; gerne jederzeit wieder!

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Ebenso wie die Aussicht auf die Lagune :-) Es war insgesamt sehr sauber, Pool und Parkplatz angenehm.

Frühstück wird keines angeboten, darauf sollte man sich einstellen; für uns kein Problem, da Kitchenette vorhanden.

Lovely, comfortable and enjoyable stay

Loved the rustic feel and spacious rooms and living area

The place is not well insulated and was very cold in the evenings. The gas heater provided ran out of gas resulting in a freezing cold night! Winter stay though. Sure it's better in Summer

Stay was pleasant. Staff was friendly.

We did not receive any breakfast. First time I hear about it

Toilet kept on dripping. Steps and pensioners do not mix. Next time inform the patrons about the steps.

The lights supplied for loadshedding was great but woke up 4 o’clock the morning to run a race just to find out that there is no water not even the toilets…

Gr8 staff and view with excellent position but overall will never return

The view The location

Something bit us while we were sleeping and when we reported it owner said they did check a month back and nothing was found. Kitchen basin in place where it makes difficult to wash dishes. Some of the kitchen things was still dirty and had to be washed before using it. The shower is not for tall people and the water pressure is poor

Superb

We loved the cabin style accommodation, peaceful location and comfortable room. Plenty of windows to open, and well-dressed with blinds and curtains so we could make the room nice and dark at night. Only complaint was the water temperature from the shower very difficult to control. Great balcony with a view out onto the marsh lands and lagoon behind. We were only here for one night and the weather was wet so we didn't do any activities other than drive out for dinner and drive to the headland to see the view in the morning (stunning). Both only a short drive away. The pool was a nice bonus for a quick dip in too. We would definitely recommend this place to others, better value than most air bnbs in the area.

Water temperature out of shower. Couldn't get the right balance, was either way too hot or cold.

Did not Enjoy our stay, because he did not make us feel welcome.

The view was nice. The lady that did the cleaning was very friendly and also made sure that we are comfortable we also love the location.

We were very disappointed when we came there, because the person that met us at Reception was so unfriendly he did not even explain to us everything he just told us what our balance was took us to our cottage and left us there the only person that made us feel welcome was the cleaning lady she helped us to figure out how everything worked. It would be nice if he was a little bit friendlier, because we had great service @ the other 3 places where we were. before we booked in at Abalone. We also would have liked to be in a room with a jacuzzi as well, but unfortunately not.

Good food, nice area. Probably won't go to South Africa again (been 10 times)

The location was OK, out of the centre but a pub nearby was excellent

The lodge was very tired, we stayed there about 15 years ago and nothing had changed, some of the other lodge's had been refurbished. South Africa is currently short of power and there are a few 2/4 hour power cuts, which made things more difficult.

Log cabin in paradise

It was quiet, and we loved that there was a no music policy. Beautiful location. Well maintained and we loved the pool!

The bath was leaking into the kitchen below. Cob webs all over the balcony were unsightly
