Excellent staff, excellent location, overall an excellent stay

The location was fantastic, close to Shinjuku Station and restaurants. 11am checkout. The staff were very accommodating, we could leave our bags there after we checked out and they helped with booking a restaurant for us. The laundry was the best one we used in our two weeks in Japan. They provided fresh towels and new bins by hanging the used towels in a bag outside the room so they didn't need to come in the room if you didn't require them to. We had a family of four in the room, and it was fine. A little tight with suitcases but what room isn't with 4. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent value for money, a very pleasant stay

Outstanding service: efficient check-in, check-out and luggage storage processes. Prompt and helpful assistance at the counter and over the hotel phone when I asked for help in directions and the item which I mistakenly left behind. Room and toilet were relatively spacious and all equipment / amenities were working well.

Small hotel at a good location.

A small hotel that is value for money. I have stayed there many times for a short break in Shinjuku. Lawson is just next to the hotel. Many eateries around the areas. Room I booked is quite big and good size for 1-2persons with 2 big luggages. I love they have a bathtub in the room. Location is very convenient. Express airport bus stopped at Shinjuku station either from Haneda or Narita airport which is about 10-15mins walk to hotel. Staffs are always friendly and attentive to our needs.

Outstanding Staff...and hotel!!

The staff went out of their way to help us when my husband dropped his phone in a taxi on our last night in Shinjuku. They kept calling the taxi company for us & finally once the phone was located they called us another taxi. They then instructed the taxi to bring us there to pick up & then back to the hotel, all without us having to ask. The room we booked for 4 people was very spacious, even with 4 twin beds. The hotel was close to the train station & many places to eat & shop. We would definitely stay at the Kadoya Hotel next time we come back to Shinjuku.

No complaints, just more for informational purposes. The elevators were a bit small, we were a party of 4 with 4 luggages, so we had to take 2 separate elevators during check-in & checkout. The hallways outside the rooms were a bit stuffy at times as the AC was not turned on.

Great location, near to Shinjuku Station and a bunch of restaurants and tourist sites

Great location, you have a lot of affordable restaurants one block from the hotel (some of them open late), also you can walk to Kabukicho, Golden Gai, and Omoide Yokocho. Shinjuku station (the busiest station in the world) is less than 5 minutes walk.

Awesome location!

I had a nice, clean and comfortable room right there in Shinjuku district. The train station, numerous restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, parks and shrines were all within 2-20 minutes on foot. If you want convenience and comfort and do not care about fancy lobbies, this is the place for you.

Great location Hotel in Shinjuku.

The hotel location is really, very great, with closed proximity to convenient stores, restaurants, shops, and departmental stores. The train station and airport bus stop are within short walking distance.

The room I booked for 4 nights came with breakfast. The breakfast served as a set of items. There are only 2 types: Japanese or Western set. After 2 days, the breakfast became very unappealing.

The hotel employees were friendly, helpful and always had a smile for the guests.

Location was excellent, with its proximity to breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

Good location - you get what you pay for!

- Near west exit of Shinjuku station (less than 5 mins away by foot). - Next to Lawson, Doutor coffee shop and Yodobashi camera - Staff were nice and helpful, from booking taxis and being friendly with my toddler by giving free coins for their in-house capsule station.

- The west exit of Shinjuku station is not stroller friendly, would get a hotel near South exit next time. - The pillows were a bit thin.

We didn’t take the breakfast, there’s a Starbucks nearby for the morning fix

Wanted to check out just half an hour later than the checkout time, but they were quite inflexible
