Outstanding customer service, comfortable stay and best breakfast in Lecce!

The hospitality from the team was outstanding. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room and it was very comfortable. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast was superb. The hotel room was very clean and cozy. We are definitely going back.

Nothing in particular. We were highly satisfied with out stay.

Great location on the edge of the old town

The location is perfect for a visit to Lecce. It is located right outside the old part of town. It is easy to drive to the hotel and was not hard to find street parking nearby. It is just a few minutes and you are in the best part of Lecce.

A stylish comfortable Palazzo in a great location.

Location was easy to find and with free on street parking very near. The room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace overlooking the old city was fantastic with excellent service. Gianluca was the nicest man you could ever wish to meet and so very helpful. Communication prior to arrival, at check in and at all times during our stay was excellent.

A comfortable home base for exploring the “Old Town”

Breakfast on the rooftop terrace overlooking the “Old Town” with food selected especially for us and tea/coffee provided on request. Each member of the staff treated us to a pleasurable experience. The owner/ manager’s knowledge of the property, the city and the region— with his willingness to share and engaging manner — were the key to our great experience

Remodeling and upgrading was in progress so we could really see how much better the Palazzo was going to be. We look forward to returning after completion

Nice hotel, convenient location

Location on walking distance of the old town, possibility to park your car close by the hotel (although sometimes very busy). Friendly reception. Spacious, spotless room with a good shower.

Rooftop terrace closed (not accessible) due to corona measures (?) which basically meant that outside your room there is no place to sit and relax (take also into account that not all rooms have a window). This was not known upfront, likewise the fact that there was no breakfast served in the hotel but instead you received a voucher for a bar at walking distance (6-7 minutes). At least this should have been made clear upfront one makes a booking (booking.com website or hotel website)

Great location free on street parking just on edge of old town so don’t have to negotiate the narrow streets . Beautiful renovation and stylish comfortable rooms . Run by lovely couple who gave great recommendations. Breakfast on roof terrace with great view was very enjoyable
