Location is good and easy to find. Good value

The location was good, walking distance from city center and railway station.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Door lock was too old and difficult to open. Got locked out of the room a couple of times.

Access to the hotel Sauna for 10€ for the whole stay was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and the location is absolutely perfect, only a short walk from the center.
The bathroom wasn’t very clean and you needed to go outside to get to it which of course was very cold. Certainly kitchen appliances did not work (like the fridge for example, but the staff were helpful and were able to replace the fridge). The extra cost for linen seems rather expensive.

Over priced a little, overall ok.
The lady on the reception at check-in was Amazing 😍
But the lady after that was rude!

Private and quiet. It was like a little home rather than a hotel. Very cozy and warm.
Bathroom was tiny!

no wifi and the place is not clean

Location and it was always warm in the apartment
The apartment was cramped, the door had been removed between the bedroom and kitchen/other sleeping area. Wardrobe/drawers and toaster were broken. Very basic accommodation that needs fixing and updating.

location is the best feature of this hotel.
Bed was squeaky and very hard to sleep.

Breakfast with a very large selection of bread, cake, fruit... Central location, friendly staff.
The room looks nothing like on the picture. It is very run down and smells weird. The shared shower was not clean.

We were just one night, it was a great location, near the center of Rovaniemi. Staff was polite and happily helping us.
Beds were a bit too hard to sleep and we were next to a car garage where you could hear noise during the daytime.

Location was good as well as 24hr reception
Free luggage storage during the day.
Bedsheets cost €15 extra which is crazy. No mention of this anywhere.
Lot of mosquitos in the room.
Everything a bit rickety.
Door lock old and worn and very difficult to open.

This is a self catering apartment block behind one of the main hotels in downtown Rovaniemi, and is a budget option.
I knew it was a budget option, in a city where budget options other than shared dorms are few, and I got what I paid for. I have no complaints at all. Affordable, well-located and secure. It did the job
These aren't complaints but people should be aware that: the shower requires you to step outside. This is not very much fun in the cold. I didn't mind it but some might. Towels and sheets are not provided- they are after all self-catering apartments and it is reasonable not to. You can pay for hire, about 15 euros. I had a sleeping bag liner I used, and a quick dry towel so I was fine. Folks who don't travel with that stuff will need to organise bedding and towels

hi, we’re staying for 2 nights and they gave best service. fast response to our wifi issue within 2 hourse in the midnight. heaters works properly. kitchen is fully equipped. room is super cleaned. despite of some stuffs are old but very well maintenance z

There is a kitchen in the room so we can cook in the hotel. The staff is nice and willing to answer our questions. The toilet inside the room is clean.
The wifi connection was very poor. The staff said the wifi was under maintenance and it would be better after few hours but we still could not connect to the wifi. The shower room is located outside so we had to leave our room and walk to the shower room in cold weather.

The staff were really nice. There was a water leak in the toilet. So we informed the staff and went out for the day. By the time we were back it was fixed.
I got the impression that the room was big looking at the photos.

BEWARE!!!
This is my fourth or fifth time to booked this hotel. And the second time we stayed in the Peura apartment, and it was the first time I encountered that they will charge the guest 15euro/per head for the linens and towel. So make sure to check if the Linens are included because after confirmed booking then that's the time they will inform you that you have to pay for the linens. IT WAS NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE ABOUT PAYING LINEN. IF YOU CAN'T FIND THE LINEN IN "WHAT'S IN YOUR ROOM" THEN MOST LIKELY YOU HAVE TO PAY. You pay 62euro for the apartment but if you add 30e for 2 persons for linens, you can stay in much better hotel with 90e.

A very nice apartment close to Rovaniemi City center. There is good public transport connectivity from here to different places including Santa Claus village.
The room was clean and tidy. They provided bed linen and pillow.
The room has well internal heating system
They allowed early check-in as we reached quite early. That was a nice gesture.
The kitchen had oven, water heater, mini fridge and electric stove. In addition they also provide necessary kitchen utensils for cooking.
The toilets were clean and good.
Overall a very nice stay option for the money we pay. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you visit Rovaniemi.
Toilet is not so spacious. When you sit on the toilet seat, one of your knee will hit the toilet sink...so it's not so comfortable if you're tall maybe more than 168cm.
Also kitchen sink is in a awkward position which makes it difficult to wash the dishes. But it's manageable.
I can say these shortcomings will not affect your stay much as rest all facilities are top notch.
