It was not cleaned properly, particularly the floors had food crumbs and the bathroom toilet had yellow stains and was not flushed

Really great place, great location, amazing host and good price!

Loved the location-super close to the club as i came for Sunandbass. Super nice host, amazing guy! He waited for me until 3 AM!!!! amazing! Best thing was the air conditioning- really saved my life! and the washing machine plus the surprising veranda at the back of the house/ brilliant! will come next year!

It could be cleaner, i would appreciate if there was a place to put your shower things because not nice on the floor, would be better to have a bigger shower cabin but overall i was really happy with the place, bidet was also great option!

Superb

Location was great, host was friendly, check in was really easy!

It would have been nice to have some more kitchen items, like a bigger chopping board. But for basic accommodation it was fine for us!

Amazing stay with amazing hosts! Thanks for everything :)

Location is very convenient, close to the center but in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and even let us stay a bit more after the check out time. The apartment was very clean and had a TV, air condition, fridge, microwave, washing machine and nice kitchen with cutlery and pots. The beds were comfortable and bathroom well equipped.

Maybe some things would be much easier to communicate if the staff spoke English. However, they were still very nice and tried their best to sort things out.

The place of stay was perfect, close to vilage center. Service also professional.

In the bedroom is noise from air conditions. There were no towels.

We are 6 persons so it was very Good value for money

The location is very near to San Teodoro center 3 min walk .. I like the garden we spent evening times in the garden.. it deserves that price for the house The host accepted our favour to make the check out 2 hours latter and it was useful thank you

The furniture is old but The washing machine is new and very good The wifi is bad The hot water finished after 2 persons showered so you have to wait maybe 30 min to find the hot water again.. but I think many of apartments in the sea areas are in the same situation .. anyway thank you because we had a beautiful time in San Teodoro using this house.

I had a pleasant stay at Residenze Gallura

I had a pleasant stay at Residenze Gallura. The check-in and check-out goes smoothly, even when it is outside office hours since it is possible to use a keybox. The staff is nice and friendly. At check-in tourist information about the surroundings is provided. The apartment had a nice terrace in the front and big shared garden in the back. Furniture, beds and bathroom are a bit old and outdated. Some basic cleanings stuff were standard available. Enough free parking place is close by and the center with shops, restuarants and bars are on walking distance.

What id did not understand is to pay 70 Euro for cleaning costs but that i was asked to do the dishes and collect and drop the sepearted garbage by myself on check-out. These costs are not reasanable i my opinion and far more higher than on average in Sardinia. Besides that the lack of WiFi access in the apartment (only available in the shared garden in front of another apartment) is something to improve.

Excellent location - close walk to town. Good parking facilities.

Poor access to WiFi - stated WiFi in communal area, which actually meant standing under a tree in the middle of the car park.
