Great place for a short stay close to everything

The location was convenient, amongst all the restaurants and bars. The room was cleaned every day, with towels replaced. The room was a good size with plenty of space to move around. The bed was comfortable, we slept well. The staff were available everyday for a few hours in the morning. They helped with booking sun lounges at particular beaches.

There was not much I didn’t like. Yes from the room you could hear people enjoying themselves late into the night but San Teodoro is a great lively town with night markets and bars open til late. Parking in the area was a challenge at this time of the year (school holidays). We were able to find free parking along the same road of the property close by, but we had to return a bit early from the beach to do so.

Sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer im Zentrum.

Schön und gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr sauber, perfekte Lage. Auch sehr schön die kleine Terrasse, wo man gemütlich sitzen kann. Lage direkt neben dem Zentrum von San Teodoro, aber trotzdem ruhig. Sehr netter Gastgeber, die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert.

Zubehör für Kaffeezubereitung wäre noch toll gewesen, das hat uns ein bisschen gefehlt.

Tutto perfetto 🔝

Una bellissima struttura nel cuore di San Teodoro, con un parcheggio privato, camera accogliete e pulita, professionalità e disponibilità di Alberto al momento del check in, la camera era disponibile già la mattina! Attenzione nei nostri confronti anche per sapere se i cuscini andavano bene e se necessitavano di qualcosa in camera! Abbiamo ricevuto una coccola che ci ha fatto molto piacere sia all’arrivo con dei dolcetti sardi e il giorno dopo una bottiglia di vino e uno snack per l’aperitivo!

Great location & lovely staff

Room was very spacious, bathroom was huge. Everything was spotless. Lovely little balcony area, fruit & biscuits left out for us in the room. Location was amazing, right in the centre of town but very quiet.

The only feedback I have is towels are only changed every 3 days. Every 2 days would have been better i think. The sofa bed was not comfortable, but I'm not sure they ever are anywhere you go!

Little gem in Center of San Teodoro!

great location, fantastic decor, very clean and Alberto is very helpful and hospitable. he gave us great tips for beaches, parking and food. highly recommended!

Exceptional

Very good place with everything you need available. The owner even gave us umbrella for the beach and iron to use for our clothes. At our departure we got goodbye present from Alberto from his own farm. Definitely recommending!

The place is really in the city center and it's very loud in the evening which makes it difficult for sleeping.

Central location in San Teodoro

The hotel is very modern and beautiful inside. The room had all the necessities, AC was great to have during the hot summer days. The host is very welcoming, even one day left us the pack of Sardinia’s traditional cookies in the room! The location is very central to all the cool places in the area.

The pillows in the room were very uncomfortable, definitely have to be changed! There was no option to choose breakfast.

Nice place. Good value for money

Location, in the centre of San Teodoro, cleanliness, the owner was always willing to help. 10 minute walk to the beach bus station

Just the fact that it was a little noisy at it was next to one of the main streets and there were also some other guests which stayed up until late for a few days

Great room in the heart of San Teodoro

This was a great place to stay right in the centre of San Teodoro. Private parking, large room with a comfortable bed, good aircon, nice bathroom and all spotlessly clean. Housekeeping every day which was nice too. The property is in the heart of the lively village, but at the same time is in a quiet spot. Alberto, the host, was wonderful to deal with and very helpful with anything we needed.

Great & comfortable place to stay in San Teodoro with good service and nice people :)

Nice, clean and comfortable room. The hotel is in a great location with everything you need around you (supermarket, bars, restaurants, flea market, pharmacy). The private parking is great comfort, not affected from the flee market as during the evening and until the early morning, the main streets of San Teodro are closed for cars. The owner, Alberto was super friendly, generous and happy to help us with anything we needed.

When the windows are open, it s quite loud but when you close them the noise is limited. The fridge in the room wasn't strong enough to keep things cold.
