Wonderful stay!

Really nice stay. All essentials are provided. Excellent location! All the staff make the difference,they are very kind and available at all your needs. Definitely recommended

Breakfast can be improved. Intercontinental breakfast can be more varied

Good breakfast. Good location. You receive a discount for beach reservations from the hotel.

Just when we arrived they informed us that the A/C was broken in part of the hotel in which our room was. They didn’t allow us to change it saying the hotel was full, but instead of it they proposed to find us a different hotel. That’s the strangest approach to client so far for me. We ended staying there, because we didn’t want to loose hours on any relocation, but considering the weather, it was terrible at night without air conditioning.

Wonderful small hotel. Great location. Super friendly and super helpful people. Everything you need. Clean and tidy. Excellent value for money. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Fabulous

the breakfast and breakfast staff were truly outstanding. I wound not hesitant to return or recommend this property.

I can’t say enough about the staff and cleanliness of this property. they really take pride in supporting the visitors.

There’s really nothing negative to say. The rooms are typical Italy which are somewhat small but functional. the decor was also typical Italian.

Closeness to town and bus station for shuttle to beach and to Olbia airport. Helpful, polite reception. Roof top terrace.

Noisy fan in bathroom. No toaster for toast in the breakfast room. Didn’t really like the lining up to be served from the buffet, it felt like school dinners!

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff is very friendly and provided an excellent service. It was also Very clean.

The bed could be a bit more comfortable, the matresse is really hard

Very good location, right next to everything.

The location was great ! Everything was just close to the hotel. The reception was extremely helpful. Hotel room was adequate and comfortable for a night.

We could hear everything from the other rooms and people walking on the corridors. Even people opening/closing the wardrobe doors. We stayed there for a night and didn't get much sleep because of the noise. I would suggest the hotel to at least invest in a room isolations.

Great hotel in perfect location to enjoy SAN Teodoro.

What a perfect position. We arrived by bus from Olbia, so we just crossed the road and there was the hotel. Bus stop was also the stop for the beach shuttle to a number of beaches, so the position was perfect for that . We booked a standard room, which was fine for our requirements, and the bathroom with shower was good. There was a small balcony outside with table and chairs, which was perfect for lunch, which we often got from the nearby supermarket. The decoration inside the hotel on the walls was very attractive, and the breakfast had everything you would want . Perfect location for walking to the shops and restaurants, which were 1 minute away. The location of this hotel is superb. Also must mention the staff on the desk who were excellent when we wanted to check bus times. They phoned up the company when we had a query and all was sorted. Then as we sat outside the hotel relaxing, they told us they had found an even better bus route and time for us, that was direct, and just went once a day, we wanted to get to Palau. So all in all a lovely hotel in a great seaside town with lots to offer. My favourite was Lu Impostu beach.

all worth it. great stay

the location is absolutely perfect and offer a great parking. it is a short walk to the city centre, market and restaurants. and to the main beach La Cinta. the lovely lady at the reception treated us really nicely and professionally even when we missed the slot for the breakfast there was some pastry and coffee for us. she also has given us all info we needed re the area and restaurants. would definitely go back!

some other guests were way too noisy 😂

Clean, breakfast buffet beyond expectations

I was not expecting the such an elaborate breakfast buffet. The number of selections and quality of the food was beyond expectation and staff followed COVID precautions, we just pointed to what we wanted and a server loaded our plate and brought it to the table. We asked if we could see the rooftop and the girl behind the desk took us right up. It was chilly so we simply admired the view (just like the photos describing this facility). Our shower was great. A nice balcony off our room. We asked for suggestions of a location where we could buy cheese and we were sent to a Farmer's COOP in Budoni, THANK YOU it was AMAZING. Additionally, there is a decent size parking lot

Magnificent!

Brilliant stay here. The hotel facilities, cleanliness and staff were all exceptional. Breakfast was a delight each morning - as much as you wanted and a plethora of options. Coffee is also amazing. Situated a very very short distance from town - close enough to walk in literal minutes but far enough to get a good nights sleep away from the hustle and bustle. It truly is a gem in San Teodoro. Very close to La Cinta and Cala Ambra beaches. The roof terrace was an excellent added extra that we thoroughly enjoyed the use of. My boyfriend and I were very sad to leave as we had an amazing time.

Simply amazing

I came here with my mom and we both agree that Stella Marina went far beyond any expectations. Everything was really comfortable, spacious bright room, fresh, with a balcony to hang out, there’s a fridge and a closet, all very handy. The bathroom was also big enough, clean as new, fresh towels. Room service was very good. The staff was very very friendly and really went above and beyond to help us out trying to find a tour on boat in a pre-season time (second week of May) we couldn’t find it but not only did they call everywhere, but also gave us alternatives and a few other ideas. They lent us a sun-umbrella that saved our lives on the beach days and after the check-out offered us the common facilities (and access to the bathroom) to hang out as we pleased while we waited for our trip to the airport. It’s not just your regular 3 star hotel, they outdid themselves in every aspect to make sure our stay was as good as possible. The breakfast was good, it covers all the basics and it was enough for us. I can’t stress enough how good an experience this was, I’ll definitely try and stay here again if I ever return to San Teodoro - lovely town by the way.

The drain of the shower (room 203) is a bit slow, but honestly didn’t bother us at all, so we didn’t even remember to mention it, they probably would’ve done something to solve that too :)

Excellent stay!

family-run hotel. I’ve had a wonderful stay. it was a pit stop but worth staying longer. The rooms are perfectly clean, organised and bright. the stuff is fantastic, and the woman at the front desk is exceptional, friendly, warm, professional and detailed oriented. The breakfast is the best: fresh fruit, home-made pastries, clean and well displayed.

Very helpful and friendly staff at the reception. Parking inside the premises available and also free parking right outside the hotel. Bus stop at a stone throws away. City center and the beach at a walkable distance 4 minutes and 15 minutes respectively. A great terrace on top where one can relax the evening with wine and Pizza and a great view. Would definitely recommend.

Mediocre breakfast but it was included in the price so it was not something to be disappointed about.

Exceptional

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our flight to Sardinia was cancelled, so we missed one night in the hotel. As a courtesy, they extended our stay by one additional night at no charge. Everyone is very kind and willing to help.

The hallways tend to be noisy.

Wonderful experience.

Great hotel, with good location - few minutes walking from town centre. The staff was very receptive and helpful and the lady serving the breakfast was exceptionally kind. We really enjoyed our stay.
