Live on the beach in a one-of-a-kind renovated one bedroom apartment in Delray Beach. Enjoy this coveted oceanfront property (on the ground floor) just steps from the pool, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

This apartment offers a private entrance in a small, intimate 5-story building. On arrival, you will find an immaculately renovated home with all new kitchen, bath, furniture, lighting and bedding. This apartment includes modern stainless steel appliances including a Bosch washer/dryer.

The décor is light and bright, giving you an immersion in seaside, coastal living. This furnished apartment will offer you all of the comforts of home as it features a large flat screen TV, premium cable and a lush king size bed (that can be converted into two twin beds). The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. The bathroom has a fully tiled walk-in shower. Washer and dryer are located conveniently inside the apartment.

Outside, you will find a heated salt-water pool that is lushly landscaped. Lounge chairs and a dining area surround the pool. Enjoy the poolside gas barbeque grill.

Our area of the beach is large and deep. Due to our private beach access, you will find the beach quiet and peaceful. On the beach, we have lounge chairs dedicated just for your needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay ( so much so that we’ve already booked a return stay) . The unit is just as pictured and was very, very clean and well equipped. The location can’t be beat; the building is oceanfront on a quiet strip of beach and there are private lounge chairs available. The ( heated!) pool area is also great for relaxing/eating/swimming laps. Stores/restaurants are nearby as well, many within walking distance. Lastly, the owners and “management” were helpful and friendly, and easy to work with. Do not hesitate to book here ; highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience here. It’s the perfect little place if you don’t need a ton of space but want to be right on the beach. Management was friendly and helpful, and the inside of the unit was perfectly clean and newly refurbished. I would certainly stay here again :)

Very nice one BR condo on the beach. Great location. The place was a little dark and musty as it is on ground floor with limited ability to open a blind or window. Very well kept property. Pool and beach were excellent.

Upon arrival we found the property to be better than expected. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The beach was a short 30 second walk and was secluded and quiet. The owner greeted us with a smile and gave us a tour of the property and beach access. The other owners of the property were very friendly and welcoming! I would absolutely stay there again! The apartment was perfect! We were met by Brenda when we arrived. She gave us a tour of the grounds, the pool (heated and salt water!) the beach (private and with lounge chairs) and the apartment and she was available during our entire stay (even over the holidays) The apartment is located on the ground floor and you can drive right up to the front door to unload items. Parking was ample and easy in the close-by lot. The interior is spotless and newly renovated. Though there is no view from inside the apartment, the interior lighting was bright and you are just steps from the ocean outside your front door. Washer and Dryer located in the unit was very handy. Bed and linens/ pillows were incredible comfortable and bed was very large. It was pushed together for my husband and I, but when separated I believe they are 2 doubles. Plenty of closet and drawer space for 2 people. I cooked everyday and had all the utensils and tools I needed. Wifi worked great. We had an iron, ironing board, beach towels and extra bath towels, The AC is in-wall in the living room (not central) so you do have to sleep with the bedroom door open to allow flow but it worked great. The entire building is very quiet. There is a hose right outside for easy feet rinsing after the beach! You can walk for miles in each direction on the ocean and the beach itself is calm (except when storms roll through of course) with really nice sand and little to no seaweed. You are less than 2 miles from grocery and drug stores, very close to the downtown bars and restaurants area. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

We booked this property for 2.5 weeks and we were very disappointed and left after 3 days. However, it was probably our own fault for not researching better. We misinterpreted a couple of pictures and thought there would be a view of the ocean. There was not. The property had a lot of good qualities. It was impeccably clean and the location to downtown Delray is great. There is also a walking path to the private beach. The owners couldn’t have been more generous. They agreed to a partial refund which was more than fair since they lost he ability to rebook. We won’t be back but if you enjoy Delray nightlife (Uber rides to Delray are really reasonable from this location) and quiet time on the beach this could be a great place for you.

There is simply nothing not to like about this unit. The owners are fantastic, the unit was spotless, think how many times (I travel quite a bit) you have stayed 24 days and never once, not once, had to pick up a phone or contact on person about anything at all. That is what you get with this unit. Perfect for a couple especially, if one knows the area, this unit is located in the best place possible place: close enough if one wants, to do the downtown food and bar scene, just a few minutes away, you have complete privacy. I cook at home, kitchen is great, everything works as is should. Not one quibble . I highly recommend.

Gorgeous condo located just steps from the beach! Has everything needed for a relaxing stay in Delray Beach. Pool, plenty of parking, washer& dryer, range, refrigerator, great selection on the two TVs and much more. Just minutes from restaurants, nightlife and all other Delray Beach activities. My wife and I loved our stay (our 2nd one). We highly recommend you check it out.

My husband and I spent a month in this lovely, recently refurbished unit. The interior was spotless and contained all the needed utensils for cooking, which we didn't need since we always ate out! On that topic, there were so many restaurants to choose from in the nearby area, just a short drive away. To me, the best feature was being right on the beach. So nice to be able to walk on the paved pathway between the dunes and relax in the lounge chairs provided. The private pool was beautiful and we met many residents who were friendly and gracious. After returning from beach or pool, it was great to have a small washer and dryer in the unit. All in all, everything we needed was provided and the location could not be better!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and the apartment was just perfect. Everything that we needed was in the super condo. The pool was a great treasure and for most of the time we were spoilt in having this to ourselves. The shortest few steps to the beach meant that we had our perfect holiday. would so recommend this place. Other Condo owners were so friendly and helpful with tips on places to eat and see but generally just passing the time of day with this- felt so relaxed and only wished we could have stayed longer

Thanks to Brenda and Valerie for making my stay so pleasurable in this very quaint and brand new renovated condo located right on the beach! I was there for two months enjoying the long walks on the private beach (almost nobody there!) and magnificent pool which I often had all to myself! The condo has all the possible amenities you will ever need and is centrally located, only 5 minutes by car to Atlantic St., where you will find all the shops and great restaurants. It was hard to leave this place!
