A wonderful weekend break in a beautiful home with all the comforts you could wish for!

Wonderful 2 night stay in September. Milly, our host, couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful and treated us like house guests rather than paying customers! The bedroom we stayed in was beautiful with all the conveniences you could wish for. Breakfast was wonderfully prepared by Milly, whose company just added to the experience. Great situation for travelling around - we visited National Trust sites and went to the theatre in Chichester. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again to explore the area further!.

Absolutely wonderful, couldn't have wished for better.

Millie was a wonderful host who made the morning preparations for my wedding day so wonderful. The house is so beautiful and cosy, the host incredibly accomodating and breakfast was delicious!

Perfection advertised and perfection was delivered. Superb.

The welcome, the food, the rooms, the property and garden were absolute perfection. The produce for the food was outstanding and Milly goes out of her way to make sure your stay is perfection itself.

Lovely!

Breakfast was exceptional. Milly is warm and doting. Beds were super comfy and place is ridiculously clean.

Had good curtains but still needed an eye mask because gets a lot of sun. Not a big deal

A great 3 night stay, comfortable bed, clean room and wonderful host. We’ll be back.

Breakfast was outstanding as was our host, Millie.

Only the weather could have been better, probably beyond Millie’s remitt.

We liked everything, Milly was a excellent host full of information about the area and couldn't do enough for us without being intrusive. Room was spotlessly clean including the en suite. Breakfast was superb with all local produce.

A really special stay!

Milly was extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home with a warm fire and made sure we had everything we needed. She made it such a memorable stay after just getting engaged and cooked us the most delicious breakfast from fresh, homegrown, homemade and locally sourced ingredients. She was amazing at recommending things to do in the local area. Funtington, where the property is, has a wonderful pub too! The room was georgeous, comfortable and spotlessly clean. A real treat to stay here! Will definitely be coming back!

Blissful night in beautiful rural oasis.

Charming house beautifully decorated with lovely, extremely comfortable rooms. Host made us feel so welcome with our own bright, cozy sitting room complete with homemade biscuits and hot tea. Breakfast was fine-restaurant worthy, delicious. Absolutely terrific experience all around, I would highly recommend and will definitely rebook if ever in the neighbourhood again. Faultless!

Delightful place to stay.

We received a very warm welcome from the owner, who could not do enough for us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The decor throughout was modern and tasteful. Our room was bright, airy and clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and there was a good variety, with all dietary requirements catered for. Would definitely stay again.

Exceptional

The only downside was the communication from the manager ahead of the trip - there was a lot messages asking our expected time of arrival which wasn’t a relaxing start as we weren’t exactly sure. Apart from that, my husband said the manager was lovely and accommodation wonderful.

Wonderful Milly

Excellent holiday spent at Saddlers, celebrating our 50th anniversary. Beautiful house and garden, luxurious room with exceptional attention to detail. Our host Milly made us so welcome and always available to go the extra mile. Delicious breakfast tailored to your needs, fresh fruits from the garden, locally sourced products. We had such a lovely time. Definitely will revisit.

Perfect stay and host

Stunning house and hospitality. Felt like we were with an old friend. Lots of lovely homemade treats to enjoy too. This is not just a bnb this is like staying at your best friend’s house who knows exactly how to spoil you. Shame it was only one night for us. Would certainly book again when in the area.

Milly was a great host and her lovely home made for a brilliant short break.

Great location for touring the area. Room clean and tidy with lovely comfy bed. The hostess answered all our questions and offered great advice on places to eat and walk. Our breakfast was well above normal B&B fare with lots of choices and combinations, including veggie alternatives. We were even able to eat our breakfast out in the garden. The village pub was handy for an evening meal with a pre arranged discount for 'Saddlers' guests.

Can't really think of any negative points.
