Bien ubicado y tranquilo

Buena ubicación para visitar Cataratas el Rhin. Muy tranquilo. Buena atención del personal, hubo un problema en habitación y nos la cambiaron rápidamente.

Los colchones son un poco blandos

Für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung

Nette Begrüßung, sauber, Frühstück möglich mit Aufpreis (fertiger Wurst/Käse-Teller je Zimmer im Kühlschrank) zwar ohne anwesendes Personal aber soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht

Uns war es zu „zu rustikal“ muss man mögen…

It’s had a very warm and nice atmosphere. The hotel rooms were very clean and nice and friendly staff who helped :) the location was very good for us. The scenery was very nice in the hotel. Would book again in near future.

Nice stay in good budget.

Parking space is available. Good cleanliness is maintained. Staff is friendly and communicates good. Nice location in nature.

Building is old having 3 pin socket system. Surprisingly 2 pin mobile charger cannot be used to charge the mobile. No AC/fan is available which gives really tough time on hot days.

Expensive for what it was. Had far nicer and cheaper hotels on our week’s holiday around the lake.

Restaurant on site as we arrived late and nothing else open. Traditional building.

Self service breakfast and a little bit basic. No hot food and very expensive.location out of our way. Noisy at night (other guests and people shouting and slamming doors).

It is original old house which makes the stay exceptional considering the small village where it is located. Breakfast was super prepared already on the evening so we could eat very soon as we needed at that day.

As it is old house, the wall isolation is not very good and during the night it was very hot (no air conditioning in the room).

The checkin of the hotel is till22:30 Our flight wad elayed and we send a message and call the hotel to wait for us. At the end they didnt want to wait and we were stucked at 11pm without an hotel

Steam heat was a little bit limited...a tiny bit too cool, no fitess center, No microwave, no refrigerator, seemed to have limited exits after 10pm in case of fire

Nice to see the inside at last!

We only chose this hotel because we lived in Rafz many years ago and had hoped to one day stay in the hotel. The room needed to be updated but it was "country" Rafz! Breakfast was plentiful but nothing hot.

Bathroom was small as was the room.

Good location, good food, splendid house

The owner had a bad temper and nasty attitude toward us at some point. Also no air conditioning. It was a hot day and everything turned into a nightmare during the night because of the heat.
