Very clean an quiet condo. Well stocked kitchen. Covered parking is really nice. The location of this unit allows you to back right up to the door to load and unload your vehicle. Coastal Vibes was great to work with and we will book with them again!

We enjoyed our stay right on the beach. The condo was just as described! It was nice to be on the ground floor to avoid any elevators. There we no problems checking in or on our stay. Thanks again for a wonderful place to stay on vacation.

We stayed in this unit with our family on fall break. It was the perfect location, first floor, right in front of pool, and a short walk to the beach. Complex is gated, so we felt comfortable letting the kids have a little bit of freedom. We also traveled down with 4 other families, who all rented in the same complex. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short drive distance. Beautiful beach! Enjoyed the dolphins and manta rays daily! Close to airport. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo right next to the pool. The walkway to the beach is so close. The kitchen had everything we needed. The closet is stocked with all the sandcastle toys my kids could've asked for which was a great surprise. I have zero complaints and cannot wait to come back.

We have stayed at Watersedge for 20+ years. The property is very well kept. The pool is lovely. Both of our units needed a thorough cleaning, especially the shower/tubs that were sticky and moldy.

In Destin For an early Thanksgiving celebration. Staying at the condo allowed us to have some space to ourselves and great beach time. Accommodations were beautiful and very comfortable and unusually warm weather let us enjoy the gorgeous beach. The Waters Edge Resort was beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely return for another stay.

The property was just as described. The pool was just outside our door and the beach was just steps away. Kitchen was well stocked with everything someone might need. Check in and out was easy. Would definitely return.

We met up with other family members and their friends for the week. We spent lots of time at the beach and even played some beach volleyball. The chairs and umbrella that were furnished by Waters Edge was a plus. We swam in the pool, had some really good food, watched the sunset every night and went hunting for sand crabs. We visited "Alvin;s souvenir shop and ate at the "Back Porch" in Destin one night(yummy)and we had "Beachgiving" on Thursday evening(like Thanksgiving, only at beach). We ;had a great time and the weather was awesome! Thanks for letting us stay at your condo. Looking forward to a return visit next year.

Family loved all aspects of condo and property. No issues with property. Remote checkin and checkout was a breeze. Was able to get into unit an hour earlier than planned and we left before required checkout to pay it forward to next guest. Will definitely be back to this unit and use this company for other destinations.

We had a great time any small issues were taken care of very quickly with a fast response from the owner. The pool outside the door was a plus and a minus. Easy to get to but with a lot of kids.

Enjoyed our stay here! The convenience to the pool and beach are amazing! Large enough condo to accommodate 2 adults and 4 teenage girls nicely. Large kitchen. Communication with David was excellent----from the list of must visit restaurants and activities to the check in/out process. Very personable and excellent customer service!! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time with our family. The condo accommodations were excellent. The weather was perfect, didn't want our vacation to end. We would recommend this condo to anyone. One thing we did miss at this location was an outdoor hot tub. Thank you! Looking forward to another stay in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo was clean just not noticed there were not extra things that were mentioned in the actual email for example. . No extra toilet paper. Trash bags or paper towels. Wasn’t a big deal to us as we just purchased from Walmart but I know it could be an inconvenience to some. The unit was very quiet and we loved the location right by the pool

We had a lovely time at Waters edge 109! Very relaxing, beautiful condo, great location! The condo was well equipped and clean. Being on the first floor was super convenient and easy with having little ones! Overall I would recommend.

This is a great place to stay! Parking right outside your door, the pool right outside your sliding glass door, and the beach just a few steps away….. AND no waiting on an elevator!! We had a great time and will be back!

Basic beach condo. Way better than expected kitchen and appliances. Above average cleanliness. Great keyless entry. Bottom floor location by pool is perfect for those with young children, but the pool does slightly obscure your gulf view. Nearby restaurants were low key awesome.

This was our 2nd stay in Waters Edge 109 and it did not disappoint. I love the convenience of the pool right out of the sliding doors for my boys and the handicap parking spot in front of the entrance door made it so convenient for my dad. Thanks again for another memorable vacation!!

Waters Edge 109 was the perfect place for our family vacation! Everything was very clean when we arrived, great location, awesome staff (especially the pool man!) We had kids from 2 months to 13 years old, everyone loved it. The large pool was very convenient for nap times, being on ground floor was ideal. Brought the monitors to pool, no problem. Would highly recommend! Hopefully we'll be back!!!!

Perfect for my family of 7. With younger kiddos this is the perfect spot having the pool right outside your door and the beach within a few steps. Huge plus having the sand toys and floaties in the closet. Prepare yourself for some sandy beds but that is to be expected staying on the beach.
