Great place and warm host with an amazing view

-Nice and convenient location -Great and accomodating host -Amazing view

-Nothing significant to dislike -Some small old stains on bedsheet but not of concern -That we couldn’t have a longer stay as we had to go back home!

Loved this place. The apartment is spacious, clean and well located. Below the apartment there is a shopping mall where it has a decent selection of restaurants. And to top it off, our host was a very responsive and nice lady. I wish I could've stayed longer. I highly recommend this place.

Would come and stay here again!

The location is very good. Its near to all sorts of kedai makan and walking distance to Jonker Street (15 minutes walk) The host is very helpful and friendly, reponse to text very fast as well & very understanding. She even has a box of plates and cutleries for her Muslim guests. All the instructions given were clear and easy.

Home away from home

Price was reasonable for a 3 bedroom apartment. It was clean, standard items like towels, shower gel, shampoo, tea and coffee were provided just like hotels. Dinnerware, cutleries, etc also provided so it felt just like home which we prefer compared to hotels. There were toys and books for the kids too! Overall, it was a pleasant stay and Ms Chew is very nice and friendly and even accommodated to our request for a slightly later checkout time. Location is also good as it’s linked to The Shore mall which has ample food options, Starbucks and stores like Mr DIY, Miniso and a few other stores although the mall is probably only 50% occupied. Other shops and Jonker Street are also not that far away from this residence. Will definitely book this apartment again when I’m back to Melaka :)

Miss Chew was very helpful and friendly. It was a nice walk down the river to Chinatown and the other tourist sites.

Comfortable and relaxing stay

Location is strategic and the cleanliness is impeccable. The hostess is thoughtful in providing entertainment for young children. Everything was perfect for a comfortable stay.

An enjoyable stay at Cozy Residence the Shore.

Ms. Chew, the host owner, is an amazing host who has been very kind and helpful throughout the entire stay. The property was clean, well maintained, with a nice view of the Melaka river & its centralized location makes it easy to explore the famous Melaka Jonker walk, museum, shopping mall, eateries etc.

The mattress is a bit too firm.

I booked the accommodation for my family. They enjoyed the stay a lot. Ms Chew had been an amazing host. The unit is clean, strategically located in the middle of the city, fully equipped, spacious and very family friendly.
