Everything about this location, the facilities and the staff was amazing. As we are spending 2 weeks in Malaysia, Melaka is definitely our favourite so far.

There was nothing we did not like except the pool could have been open a little later than 7 as it was so hot.

Cosy and luxurious hotel in Melaka with excellent location

Mediterranean design and water features. Very cosy and welcoming. Excellent service by staff.

Ready made tea served at breakfast was too sweet though tea was very nice. Should have Nyonya kuih and cakes for dessert.

An enjoyable and comfortable stay in a beautiful hotel.

A beautiful hotel with spacious, well presented rooms. A very good infinity pool. Great staff. Excellent buffet breakfast!

1) very near to Jonker street. 2) comfortable room with lovely amenities 3) love the scenery, peace of mind 4) thanks to the receptionist, very helpful and well arrange the river cruise for us.

beautiful spot on the river, the room was lovely

mechanical glitches - I had to change rooms because the air conditioning malfunctioned, then there was no hot water in the new room until they fixed it. That being said they addressed these problems promptly and with courtesy

Hotel staff is polite.

Couldnt find an exit. The exit sign is not obvious Staff just take our food away. In the morning, it was too noisy.

Spanish village by the river

Clean, comfortable and relaxed when we were there. Good location to places of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful in every way. Looking forward to my next trip to stay in Casa del Rio, my home by the river.

TV signal is poor. Would appreciate it if there is video on demand / movie selections.

Pleasant

it’s right by Melaka River, near Jonkers & Pahlawan so it’s very central and convenient

specifically stated we wanted twin beds but were given a king size bed. although rectified immediately, the impression was tarnished. for the price we paid, we could have a better hotel. the mgmt should really consider refurbishing the entire property as bed, cupboards and facilities are really old & dusty in certain areas. power point not working.

Perfect place to stay in Malacca

Such a great hotel. So close to everthing you wanted to see in Malacca, right on the river but was actually quite quiet. So a very relxing stay. Room was lovely and the staff all very friendly and welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer.
