I considered that the hotel front desk staff was not aware of the rules which caused chaos

location was good. The house keeping staff were very helpful. Restaurant food prices were reasonable so did not have to order from outside. The taste and quantity of food wa satisfactory. The hotel has various conveyance options.

The reception staff strongly argued with me that the complimentary breakfast would be limited to two pax per room and not as per our booking declaration. Our room was occupied by 2 adult and 2 children. The hotel refused to serve complimentary breakfast to kids. I have never came across any hotel in my life who would serve BF partially. In our booking it clearly mentioned that maximum pax allowed as 5. however, we upgraded our room by paying extra amount to triple room. The argumant hotel staff at front desk did not make sense and i felt he was talking rubbish and not aware of conditions. However after long discussions he agreed to serve 3 BF's and all this eposide resulted in delay to reach airport.

Bed sheet is bit ok but pillow is too soft and cover is not so clean in my view.

Very bad hospitality. It stink of urine near the entrance. No breakfast and nothing in the toilet

Fit for purpose as a staging post on onward trip to Darjeeling

Rather strange smell in room . Previously a smoking room ?? Breakfast not very good Staff not very helpful though maybe be because of poor English

Over all my expectations was hopeless

At evening time view from balcony that was good.

Room isn't clean also washroom and mosquitoes roaming inside the room, hospitality is very poor, room service is very late.

It’s ok to stay and room was nice and clean. Avoid their hotel meal. Chances are they might cheat.

Location was easy to find as I was using mostly auto rickshaw and there are lot of food vendors around.

Everything was fair except they charge me little more for their breakfast. I knew they were cheating me on my face but I didn’t say a word since it was few hundred but I decided right then that I’ll not eat any meal from their hotel. Rooms were ok and they didn’t cheat on that except breakfast. Also, toilet amenities was not upto the mark of what we paid. Geyser and ac is controlled by reception which was litttle weird and needed to request them to on which I never did in any hotel I stayed before.

Overall good, not excellent

Location good, beside siliguri town station & Bus stand. Food quality & cleanliness excellant.

Vehicle provided for Bagradogra drop extremely poor, although charged ₹300 more than uber, OLA . Hatchback, non AC car for 4 people with luggage. 😳

Cleanliness of the room. Size of the room

AC didn't work despite complaining several times. Was offered an alternate room around midnight. Decided to stay in the same room without AC as we had to check out next day morning. Loud music in bar till midnight was a nuisance. Breakfast was included in our booking but there was hardly any option. Didn't like the Breakfast at all. Geyser took 45min to be operational.

The in house restaurant need to function properly as the food we ordered didn't meet expectation.

No fresh air circulation since room had sound proof window and stale , cigarette smell in the room.

the space of the family room is congested and free breakfast option should be given as a buffet meal not as per plates.
