Breakfast was very nice. A lot of delicious pastries. The hotel isn’t located near anything. Town can be reached by taxi or a 30 minute brisk walk.
Location. There is literally nothing near the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is very good.

Se fosse un tre stelle la valutazione sarebbe eccellente, perché questo hotel è un tre stelle, non un 4s.
Camera veramente datata, spazi comuni datati e un po’ squallidi (ristorante in primis).

Hotel was nice, the food was good, room was nice, good selection of wine etc.
The location for what we needed was good (getting on a cruise) but if we'd been staying more nights without a car it would have been a problem. Getting taxis is seemingly impossible, the hotel had private transfers to the port organised but hadn't picked up my email asking for a taxi to the port. Luckily they still had space in an earlier transport so it all ended up ok.

There was comfortable bed and good breakfast. Also we liked parking our car right in front of the hotel.
It's quite far from everything. The hotel is standing little bit out of the old town of Ravenna. The furniture is moderately comfortable. For example, chairs are extremely hard.

The dinner was good and the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Nice big Junior Suite room.
Radio station playing ads and loud auto tune computer music during dinner and breakfast. In-attentive staff during dinner. Food quality disappointing compared to the room quality. Breakfast options were only just OK. A smaller hotel in Ferrara even had gluten free breakfast and quiet music. Not having access to the dolly on wheels during check-in on an extremely hot day was disappointing for an older couple like us.

Nice room with a good breakfast, after a cruise they allowed us to check in well before check in time with we appreciated
Bar did not open till 5pm which was a bit disappointing
1.5 / 5.0
room size was good. large bed with a sitting room
there were bugs in our room, maid staff left the window open and we got bitten up all night. did not see the open window until the morning. shower kept losing water pressures. too far to walk to center square and not many taxis in town. many people from our ship got stuck

the layout of our room was large and you would think it would be lovely. unfortunately once I looked around it was tired and running late, be there soon down .
we booked this as we were going on a cruise.
this hotel is literally in the middle of no where, with no shops around.
our hotel room smelt of cigarettes
and the staff around the hotel were not professional
we had to change rooms as the tv was missing.
no tea/ coffee facilities .. no glass ware to drink
their tradesman in the Breakfast area eating and laughing with the staff in long conversation- very loud
they forgot to book transfers to the ship ( literally 24 hours ) requesting and sent us an email saying they did.
they tried to charge me $10 euros to bring some ice to our room.
we asked to book a taxi for us for 11 am- the taxi arrived 20 minutes early and we had to scramble everything together to go and almost forgot some of our things..
this is our trip of a life time, the 24 hours in this hotel was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered in a hotel.
what’s worse, is this was a king suite.. we paid extra for worse!!!!
choose a hotel closer to the port as to top it off the taxi company ripped us off!!!!

The room was very spacious, the baby crib was good size and was waiting for us beforehand. We were able to have a car at a covered parking lot.
Some furniture was outdated, the bathtub had some mold at the edges and the shower glass was dirty. We also requested a shuttle bus to the port, but they apparently didn't forward the info to the bus company so we had a bit of trouble and barely got on the correct bus.

Efficient check in. Helpful in booking our transportation to the cruise terminal. Convenient having a restaurant on site.

The room was fine but quite compact
Wasn’t impressed with the breakfast, only had toast as the scrambled egg didn’t look edible .

good hotel and wonderful breakfast. recommend if you are coming by car, the parking is generous. and the room was neat and spacious
the clean in the bathroom need to be more accurate.

Family room was very spacious, pillows were comfortable, breakfast was great.
I got the pirate decorated room and it was really dirty. Old curtains, dusty decoration.

The room itself and hotel was very nice
We paid for parking for a cruise and it came with a shuttle to and from the cruise port. This was honestly a rip off. The shuttle arrives an hour late to pick up and take us to the cruise terminal and the front desk just said it doesn’t leave till 6. GREAT I PAID AN ENTIRE DAY ON THE CRUISE TO NOT GET TO IT. Then it couldn’t pick us up at the port when we got off and they wanted us to ask the driver to take us back early. If your partnering with someone you should be able to call them. Also this place doesn’t allow a family of 4. I booked it months ago not realizing the kids didn’t make it on the reservation and we almost couldn’t stay here luckily they made an exception.
