Good for few days

Location, bed

Room was too warm and you cannot regulate the temperature As such we needed to sleep with the window open and our room was literally 5 meters from the train station so there was a lot of noise

The location was great, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel was very clean. We had no trouble sleeping near the trains, no one woke up

Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wieder wählen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend, der Frühstücksraum hatte eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Uns hat gefallen, dass dort sehr gemischtes Publikum war, von Familien, über Geschäftsreisende... alles dabei. Auch als Alleinreisende (Frau) kann ich mir das Hotel gut vorstellen und würde mich gut aufgehoben fühlen. Die Zimmer zum Radweg waren sehr ruhig. Möchte man, dass gereinigt wird, hängt man unkompliziert ein Schild an die Türklinke. Duschgel und Seifenspender waren vorhanden. Die Metro fährt alle 3 Min., man kommt schnell zum HBF (auch mit dem Zug) und in die City - auch fußläufig gut machbar in ca. 20 Min.

Wir haben uns Fahrräder geliehen, was sehr unkompliziert war. Ein Tag (bis Mitternacht) ca. 20€. Wir hätten auch die Möglichkeit gut gefunden, sie für 10 € für nur 6 Stunden mieten zu können. Die Räder waren soweit o.k., allerdings sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass sie genug Luft enthalten (konnten wir beim nächsten Fahrradladen dann selbst erledigen) und auch die Beleuchtung der Räder war leider sehr sparsam. Im Erdgeschoss kann man die 'Terrassentür' zum Radweg nicht kippen, sondern sichert sie mit einer Kette zum Lüften. Ich fände es noch gut zu wissen, in welchem Stockwerk man untergebracht wird. Da ich bei offenem Fenster schlafe, wäre es dann mit der Luftzufuhr noch besser.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per chi è interessato ad un hotel per dormire e comodo ai trasporti.

Hotel comodissimo per I trasporti sia verso l'aeroporto sia verso il centro città che per qualsiasi luogo volete visitare, si trova accanto ad una stazione treni e metro. Accanto c'è anche un validissimo ed economico supermercato ed uno dei negozi della catena 7eleven, dove si trova a buon prezzo da mangiare. Camera pulita, bagno con doccia comodo, asciugacapelli, bollitore. Rispetto ad altre recensioni, il rumore dei treni non si sente molto, di notte ne passano pochissimi e non danno fastidio.

Materassi dei letti matrimonialii scomodi. Solo un'area con divano e TV, il resto non è molto accogliente.

Good value for money

Overall, given the prices of the city, it’s a good value for money. If you consider the touristic part of the city crosses the city, the hotel is basically near the end (or the beginning?) of one of the sides (near the Little Mermaid which btw is not worth visiting, the art museum or SMK, and the Rosenborg Castle). Also it is right next to a metro and train station, very practical. Gym is basic but has enough space for several people to workout at the same time.

The breakfast could be improved (specially considering it is not included for all guests). The options were very basic to be a paid breakfast.

Wonderful Hotel in one of the best locations in Copenhagen. Fantastic resturant, breakfast and decor. All mod cons and fantastic staff.

Excellent hotel, will definitely return.

Excellent location. Room was peaceful & very clean (our room was facing onto the train tracks & we had no issues regarding noise/disruption). We arrived a few hours early for check-in and popped into ask if we can leave our luggage there until check-in time. The receptionist seen that our room was already available and offered us early check-in which was an added bonus.

Noisy and over prized hotel.

The breakfast was god.

The horrible loud noises from trains passing throughout the night, around 50-80 trains non-stop. The ear-plugs supplied on the nightstand did not help much. Literally I did not get more than 1 hour sleep. Exhausted the next day. Room could be better soundproofed with 3-4 layer windows better isolated walls as well. Paid 230 € for one night and will not return again.

Hotel ist ideal für einen Städtetrip zum günstigen Preis.

Frühstück insbesondere die Brötchen und die selbstgemachte Marmelade waren gut. Es wurden Milchersatzprodukte zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Hotel liegt am Østerport. U- und S-Bahn sowie Regionalzüge sind gut zu erreichen. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Flughafen gut zu erreichen.

Die Lage an Østerport hat zur Folge, dass in unmittelbarer Nähe Züge fahren. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster ist daher eine Herausforderung. Ohrenstöpsel werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Bahnfans freuen sich jedoch auf den Blick auf die Gleise. Betten sind etwas durchgelegen. Im Bad gibt es wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten für den Kulturbeutel.

Excellent for a long weekend

Location close to main sites and public transport. Rooms on the opposite side of the railway tracks are reasonably silent. Ok breakfast.

Too big pillows, bed could be more comfortable.

Great hotel.

Nice location on M3 metro. Easy access from Airport. 13 minute walk from Famous little mermaid statue. Supermarket directly across the street.

Excellent and clean. Professional staff. Location next to metro/train station good for public transport (1 stop to city center and 1 stop to business center). Supermarket accross the street.

Beware it is next to the rails. But not very loud/busy.

Absolute bargain for the money, great location and top place

Really nice place, very clean and modern with great thought going into it's presentation. Superb location with tube/tram station opposite and 1km to the centre of this vibrant city

Would have been great if it had a gym :)

Schlaflose Nächte!

Sehr zentral gelegen. Man kommt mit der S-Bahn und Metro überall hin. Direkte Verbindung nach Malmö vom Østerport.

Es ist schwierig zu schlafen wenn alle 5 bis 10 Minuten ein Zug neben dem Fenster vorbei fährt. Um 5 Uhr beginnt das Ganze, es gibt etwa 11 verschiedenen Linien die da durch fahren, die meisten im 15 minuten Takt. Während der Zug vorbei rauscht, vibrieren die Wände und die Heizung fängt an zu klirren. Die Ohrenpfropfen die vom Hotelpersonal beim Bezug des Zimmers bereit gestellt wurden, konnten den Lärm leider auch nicht minimieren. Mit dem Hotelpersonal konnte ich mich auch nicht so recht anfreunden. Ich fand sie jetzt nicht so freundlich

Estadia foi boa por conta da beleza da cidade, porém poderia ter sido mais positiva.

Desconsiderando o barulho constante de trens, a localização é boa. Café da manhã bom (poderia ter mais frutas disponíveis).

Escadas para acessar o quarto, ausência de apoio para shampoo, creme, etc no box do banheiro, tendo que colocar no chão, falta de espaço para necesserie na pia. Quarto muito barulhento por conta dos trens, mesmo com janelas a prova de ruído e protetores de ouvido. O atendimento na recepção foi muito displicente quando solicitei auxílio para pedir entrega de pizza. O funcionário informou nome de duas empresas de entrega para que eu baixasse o app, porém, não foi possível seguir a orientação por ser estrangeiro (necessário telefone para receber código de confirmação), e mesmo informando a dificuldade, ele não solicitou a pizza.

Centraal gelegen met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

De centrale ligging, vlakbij metro en trein. Het thema van het hotel was aangepast aan de buurt. Op wandelafstand van het Kastellet, supermarkt,...

Soms een beetje het treinverkeer, maar dat wisten we op voorhand.

Great comfortable hotel close to transport - but yes the trains nearby are noisy

Great location next to Metro, train and bus. Very clean room and facilities with comfy beds. Nice breakfast with fresh rolls and nice choice of fruits and jams. Easy to check in. Internet works everywhere and is reliable. Ear plugs provided for the trains. Lots of powerpoints to charge things in the room.

I know the hotel is right next to the train line, and the reviews do say it - but yes, the trains rumble right past, and if your room is on the side of the corridor close to the train line, it does feel like they are only several meters away. I was able to get used to it and slept through it, but know it would bother some people.

Meest waardeloze hotel ever.

Ongezellig. Heet (geen AC of zelfs ventilatie). Lawaaierig (langs treinspoor met wissels, raam openzetten is dus niet fijn). Geen stroom op stopcontacten. Casten naar TV werkt niet. Vreselijk lange lage gang, ongezellig. Nauwelijks geslapen.

Hotel agradable para pasar unos días, buena ubicación.

Ubicación muy buena, al lado de la estación de tren / metro Østerport, muy bien comunicado a 10 min del centro. Zona tranquila, residencial. Hotel pequeño, agradable y familiar. Muy recomendable para viajar en pareja si quieres pasar unos días en Copenhague. Incluso buena comunicación con Malmö (Suecia) a 50 min en tren, directo.

Las habitaciones se encuentran al lado de las vías del tren, por lo que el ruido es inevitable. No obstante, el hotel proporciona tapones en las habitaciones para facilitar el descanso nocturno.

Das Hotel erfüllte unsere Ansprüche voll und ganz

Die gute Lage mit Anschluss an METRO und S-Bahn war optimal. sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, leckeres Frühstück. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben, aber direkt an der Bahn nicht extrem lautstark, wie befürchtet, war gut mit Ohrstöpsel zu managen.

Für einen kurzen Stadtaufenthalt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen, jedoch nicht für ein „Wellnessurlaub“

Kamer was verzorgd en personeel was goed.

Vlak naast een treinstation waar treinen ook nog eens lang bleven stilstaan met veel geluidsoverlast tot gevolg. Vanaf 6u was slapen zo goed als onmogelijk.

Perfect room for a couple, conveniently located, with great amenities nearby. Not ideal for working.

The room was very comfortable, it is perfect for staying but not for working as the room is too dark. Even though the hotel is close to the train station, the noise was acceptable. Location was perfect, to the centre, main attractions and Tivoli garden walking distance. Underground station close.
