Great Stay before taking a flight

The location of the hotel is ideal for an overnight to fly the next day. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, they are great.

The staff were a bit grumpy but I can understand it with so many people and the time I made the check-in

Pleasant

Cheap and cheerful, very comfy beds and nice staff

Issue with check in but unavoidable system issue. Is a little far out of the city but decent enough location for the price.

Was my favorite, not any more

This was my choice for staying on my last night in Germany, due to the quiet location and better value than staying on airport property. The food was always good and the rooms clean.

They have discontinued their shuttle service, which means you have to take a taxi, which cost me 25 Euro each way, which is almost as much as the room. I will not stay here again for that reason only.

it was a good location for us, had a parking deal before we were going to fly out of the airport the next day

found a half empty bottle of whisky in the room, which I can only assume is from the previous occupant, kinda makes you wonder how thorough the cleaning is… constant noise from some kind of water pipes above us that I couldn’t block out with earplugs.

Disappointing

The location is ok.

1) The bathroom door in the room was opening everytime it was not getting locked easily we need to use muscle power to close it. We complained twice but no one repaired it. 2) The house keeping were not making the bed. The receptionist gave a vague reply when I complained and told this is not the first time we are staying in a hotel then from the next day it was done. 3) Poor breakfast. The toaster was not available on any day for the breads. We are vegetarian it was difficult. 4) Overall the worst NH experience , the property needs repair and the staff needs to be polite.

a nice hotel, with nice staff and convenient location.

clean and convenient location, with nice staff who can answer your questions. we also liked the bar a lot, as they provided very delicious wraps at a very reasonable price .

unfortunately there has been a few drawbacks: the lamp on the desk was broken, which made it hard to use the computer. Though the hotel kindly provided a crib free of charge, the crib was not suitable for the purpose. we’ve explained that we have a 3 month old baby but what we were given is something suitable for older children as it can not be fit next to the bed…
