we are regular visitors to St Giles and find it so comfortable and convenient for our London breaks.

The ease of booking, check-in & checking out. The executive suite room. Having an on-site restaurant. The location.

To get hot water for washing the tap in Room 1 needs to be left running for an extensive time, in excess of 5 minutes sometimes wasting so much water. Soundproofing through the windows is poor so all exterior noises such as sirens are very audible.

Great location, great bar. That's it.

Greatest location, nice bar and the VQ restaurant is what made our experience better.

The lifts.... OMG how bad and slowly that "service" was, such a big hotel just has to fix this. Also when using the stairs, the ceyling in there was leaking and the floors were slippery. The very tiny rooms 😅, more like cabins....The beds.... it was like sleeping on a concrete, they were so hard and uncomfortable.We did not upgrade our room, happy we didn't because those rooms weren't worth it anyway. Extremly crowded hotel at all times and bad breakfast experience do to the crowd. Just buy breakfast at the VQ restaurant for a much better experience.

Londra a NATALE MAGNIFICA

Colazione con tutto ciò che serve per iniziare la giornata. Posizione perfetta sia per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse a piedi ( se camminatori) che metro e bus. Molto utile sapere che si può fare colazione, pranzare e cenare grazie a un ristorante aperto 24 ore con lo sconto se soggiorni in hotel.

Nous avons reçu une petite chambre ! Beaucoup de bruit et surtout les toilettes ne fonctionnaient pas ! On a du appeler le service room !

Christmas break with Mum

The location is fantastic, with accessible to almost everything within a short walk. My Mum is disabled, and found relatively fine.

Breakfast crowds in the morning was slightly over crowded. Noisy guests banging doors and 5.30 right next door to myself and Mum.

Great hotel in the theatre district.

2nd visit, we choose it for its fab location near the theatres. Room spotlessly clean and room serviced each day. Staff pleasant and friendly.

Executive room is advertised as having a seating area, unfortunately our executive room did not.

Great location but definitely needs further refurbishment.

Location is very good & that is why I’ve booked to stay here again.

The decor needs jazzing up and a colour injection A long mirror is also needed and a hook on the back of somewhere in the bathroom for robes etc.

Struttura in ristrutturazione, poco male per questo, la nostra camera double era minuscola, senza spazio per muoversi, un armadio piccolo, materasso del letto sfondato. Moquette, non c’erano le prese vicino al letto, asciugamani da doccia piccolissimi.

Lo staff non è accogliente, anzi.

A good location for a West End short break.

Have stayed at St. Giles Hotel a number of times, as it is very well located for a theatre trip and the West End. Staff are helpful and friendly, and the check-in process is smooth and efficient. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.

There is some renovation currently going on and a couple of the lifts were out of order (therefore had to queue for a lift longer than usual). Previously the comparatively reasonable room rates have always been the major deciding factor on choosing this particular hotel for a London short break; but, as with most businesses these days, the room rates seem to have risen noticeably in the last couple of years.

Terrible customer service

The hotel was easy to find and in a good location for exploring that part of London. It was also very close to a Tube station. My room was an 'upgrade' but I suspect the room was actually smaller than the room I had booked. The breakfast was a good buffet.

I had no hot water in my room so had to have a cold shower in the morning. Not good but especially bad given how much I had paid for my stay. I reported the problem to the night manager but got no satisfaction. I emailed the hotel and the customer support team but am yet even to have my complaint acknowledged let alone responded to. Watch this space!

Jäime perega väga rahule, juba neljas kord samas hotellis.

Peretuba oli mõnusalt suur, toast läks trepp teisele korrusele, kus asusid lastevoodid. Aknast avanes ilus vaade aiale. Väljas on väike laste mänguväljak. Vannitoas oli vann, mis lastele meeldis. Hommikusöögi lauas oli suur valik.

Good hotel in excellent location

The hotel is in a great location, very central. I stayed in a small room for a solo traveller which was comfortable and relatively quiet bearing in mind the location.

The wait for the lift was often quite long as one was out of action.

Staff lovely and hotel very well located.

Property was amazingly located which I think was the main highlight for me. It was exceptionally clean and the hotel staff were just lovely.

I don’t have many issues other then I don’t think there’s enough elevators. It’s like a 10 minute wait just to get on one and when you do they are very cramped because they’re only small. The beds were absolutely solid and gave me and my partner quite bad back ache in the morning. And lastly there was a truly unpleasant smell coming from the drains on our final morning that completely took over the room and was honestly vile.

une partie de l'hotel est vieillot , les lits vieux aussi et inconfortables le pommeau de douche est fixe....pas très facile de ne pas se mouiller les cheveux ... on ne fait plus de douche comme ça il faut rénover! Renouveler les matelas PLEASE

great location and lovely staff

good selection at breakfast, location great for walking to the palladium. Must mention very helpful gentlemen at desk looking after luggage and getting taxi each time we went out, great having a slip of paper giving registration of your taxi to look out for and never a wait more than 2 minutes for taxi to arrive

foyer got very crowded at times, people not knowing where to stand to leave a clear walkway for others not needing to go to desks to check in

Great liked the hotel but wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend.

Nice Room and Good breakfast and restaurant facilities. In a great location.

Not enough lifts, 30 min wait time to go down from floor 9. Expensive meals at Hudson was £24.95 for two vodka red bulls.

It met my requirements and was pleasant

Location was superb. The room was fit for purpose.

Windows were thin, so could be noisy. Long wait times for the lifts and stairs not easy to navigate. Also stair lighting was poor.

Excellent

The property is under construction and the rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The Breakfast choices were excellent both continental and cooked and you can have as much as you want for 15. The staff were all helpful and friendly especially Moses at the concierge desk who helped us with our bulging suitcase. He went above and beyond to help us and was really friendly. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back. The central location of this hotel was very convenient to get to all of the places we wanted to visit.

For the location and cost, it's a great choice, especially if traveling with family.

Excellent location and great price with that location. The room are small but is expected. Bathroom is nice and clean, with the necessities.

The beds are not very comfortable, very squeaky and have a paper feel.

Good location to walk to theatreland. Reception staff were very friendly and polite. The reception area was clean abd welcoming

Our party had 2 rooms on 3rd floor but quite far away from each other. My first room was not properly clean, especially the shower and sink. There was grime around towel rail and taps and pubic hair in the shower tray. It was a small dark room, the shower was v small. I was immediately moved to a cleaner room, with an apology. The new room still wasn't really clean but at least I could get into the shower. The bed was clean and comfortable. The pillows were ok. There didn't seem to be air con but there was an adequate fan that kept the temperature cool enough for sleeping.

Another great stay at St giles

Great location, plenty of choice for breakfast. I have stayed here before and have felt right at home here, the only thing I can fault on this occasion was that the wheelchair lift was out of service but we managed and the staff were on hand to help when they could. Looking forward to my next stay here.

Great value for money,central and staff were lovely and helpful.

Everything was great,staff brilliant.

The lifts.!!Took ages to get to us stood for a while and took the stairs with our luggage when leaving and also once at breakfast and had to climb up. We didn't mind but we were on the 7th floor !!. Most people we were waiting with were complaining as well.

Amazing location and decent hotel

The location was excellent.

The rooms were extremely small with a very uncomfortable bed. The biggest bug bear though was that for the size of the hotel and number of guests, there was not nearly enough lifts to manage everyone! We waited 15 minutes one day to get from our room down to the main lobby! I appreciate that there was renovations going on but even with the lifts that were out of order it still did not look like there would be enough lifts!
