Estancia genial

Estuvimos de lujo en este hotel, de los mejores de nuestra estancia en Vietnam. La atención del personal, incluso en español (algunos trabajadores que están aprendiendo), las instalaciones, limpieza, comida, etc. con algunos detalles o mensajes para cuidar el entorno. Lo recomiendo muchísimo para estancia en Can Tho. Incluso contratamos una excursión (ajena al hotel) y pudimos subirnos a la barca para el mercado flotante desde el propio jardín del hotel (que da hacia el río).

Mi única pega fue que no tuvieran bebidas vegetales para el café (ya que las encontré en la mayoría de hoteles de Vietnam).

Exceptionnel!

Ce magnifique hôtel, de l'époque coloniale, est tout parfait en tout point. Les extérieurs de l'hôtel, ses deux grandes piscines (une adulte et une pour enfants), ses installations sont de loin les plus jolies que nous ayons eu le plaisir de voir au Vietnam. Notre chambre était très spacieuse (de luxe king room avec balcon et vue piscine), très bien équipée et très propre, très pourvue en nombreuses prises électriques. La salle de bain était également spacieuse, très bien équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner, servi sous forme de buffet ne manquait de rien et est, à ce jour, l'un des meilleurs dont nous ayons profité. Nous avons pris par deux fois notre repas du soir au restaurant de l'hôtel pour cause de mauvais temps. Les plats servis sont d'une très grande qualité et très copieux. Nous avons également profité d'une excursion au marché flottant, effectuée par bateau, à partir du ponton de l'hôtel, de 06h à 09h du matin avec un guide super sympa. N'hésiter à leur demander conseil, le détour vaut le coup! L'un des points qui nous a marqué dans cet hôtel est la qualité du service, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel, bien plus que dans la plupart des autres hôtels fréquentés au Vietnam. Je recommande tout particulièrement cet hôtel même si vous voyagez avec des enfants.

Choix parfait à Can Tho.

Personnel au top: aimable, accueillant et bienveillant. Surtout Tuan qui nous a accueilli le soir de notre arrivée en parlant quelques mots de français. Il a toujours été adorable avec nous. Le restaurant offrait du choix et ce que nous y avons mangé était délicieux. Le petit déjeuner était top lui aussi. Bref du positif +++

S’il fallait vraiment trouver un détail: le lit un rien dur…

Ambiance envoûtante

Magnifique hôtel avec une ambiance envoûtante. Service attentif et soigné, personnel charmant. Le jardin est particulièrement agréable, l’hôtel est tout proche à pied du centre ville par une passerelle piétonne. Belle ambiance d’époque qui fait voyager en elle-même.

Tout: L’hôtel est superbe un cadre colonial magnifique, idéalement situé accessible à pied au ce entre touristique de la ville, et le restaurant est formidable Je n’ai que des éloges à faire c’est certain si je reviens à CAN Tho se sera au Victoria

Location is great (15min walking on a nice path to the city) The pool is awesome The Staff was great. The colonial design is cool

makes you feel a bit like you’re in a Disneyland park . colonial style is cool but you do pay for it. if best value for money is what you’re looking for, you might consider other options.

The best swimming pool ever. Beautiful garden, beautiful atmosphere at the river bank. Great breakfast. The very best in Can Tho. Great value for money.

Lovely peaceful hotel, friendly staff, near to town

Staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Whole hotel was really clean. We didn’t use the spa but we used the pool which was great. Hotel really close to Can Tho, a quick 10 minute walk. Slept really well, very peaceful. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. The hotel colleagues organised a great boat trip to Cai Rang market for us as well as other attractions.

Could think about some more vegetarian options at dinner. Some of the decor was a bit weathered and required updating, the gym could also do with being updated.

The environment is beautiful, close to the Mekong River, check-in at the counter is very fast, English is good, every staff member is very helpful, the breakfast in the restaurant is delicious, there are many types, the room is clean, the bedding is very comfortable to sleep on, and I will return when I have time again, recommend

A most enjoyable stay in a tranquil part of Can Tao on the banks of the Mekong

The front desk staff were brilliant in sorting out a issue for us of our own making. The Concierge was amazing and extremely helpful.

It was nice to walk along the beach on the walkway and see the boats!

Superb

A modern building with a most pleasing architectural style. English speaking staff charming and helpful. A great pool. Rooms were comfortable, well equipped. It's also in a quieter part of town but only a short walk on the rear riverside lit path to the temple area.

A very stylish hotel with excellent service from very helpful staff.

The pool was beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and lasted until late enough for us to have when we returned from a boat trip down the Mekong.

There was nothing about the hotel we disliked but we found it so sad that the Mekong river is covered in plastic rubbish. Our boatman was cutting plastic bags off the propeller!

Great Hotel - fabulous staff!

The hotel was ideally situated for walking into the city. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were keen to make sure your stay was perfect. Great pools, a fitness gym, and bikes to borrow - if you're brave enough to go on the roads - we weren't! Breakfast was plentiful and loads of choice. And definitely recommend the 'Explore the Mekong' boat trip.

Very good

The hotel was very comfortable and relaxing, close enough to the town to be able to walk in (15 minutes) but also nicely separated so that you can escape the bustle. The service was exceptional - small touches such as everyone remembering your name. The rooms are quite spacious and well furnished, though could have had a table on the balcony as well as the two chairs.

A luxury resort hotel at a very reasonable price. Excellent food , great room and only a short, riverside walk from the town centre . We took a couple of the hotel’s tours to local attractions and they too were excellent.

It would be churlish to comment that they they didn’t top up the welcoming bowl of fruit we found in our room!

Comfortable stay in by the Mekong River

Extremelely friendly and helpful staff from frontdesk to restaurant personnel, from hotel and restaurant manager to cleaning personnel. Very nice terrace facing the garden for breakfast and other meals. Two wonderful pools. Spacious rooms with pool view. Very helpful frontdesk staff to organize excursions and onward journay. Nice Christmas dinner buffet and performaces.

Beautiful and Classic gem in Can Tho

Victoria Can Tho is an absolute gem. It is a large and beautiful place, yet maintains an intimate feeling. The staff is helpful and friendly, offering great service. I was very pleased with my spacious and comfortable room, offering a great base from which to explore the city and the surrounding area. It was great to take a plunge in the swimming pool after a warm and active day.

Nice hotel and good value for the price

Good location, 15 minutes walk from the center. We got a free room upgrade to a room with balcony which was nice. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast has a nice variety but it’s the same every day. Pool area is nice to chill.

The hotel has a nice colonial design but large parts of it are outdated and could be refreshed. One of the recommendations from the hotel was to go to a cocoa farm but when we got to the farm they wouldn’t let us in without a guide, it would be nice to know that in advance as this was 30 min drive out of the city.
