Close to the city center and busbstation. Also provided a free service to take the bags up the stairs. Rooms are clean and we're cleaned everyday is if required. Communication was very good as well. Ni r complimentary gesture. The receptionist was extremely helpful and gave us all the tips and tricks around the island.
Rooms are so close to each other you could here the neighbors. But I guess this is how most apartments are in Amalfi.. Not much privacy.. Ac working nicely. Shower is a bit small.

The property was great but it was difficult to reach with rolling suitcases. Next time we will travel with backpacks only. Steps. Steps. Steps!

Great location, close to ferry and bus links. Large room, clean and staff were great.
Cannot be accessed by car but that is part of the charm.

Location is perfect for any first timers in the Amalfi Coast! The ladies at the front desk are great value and offer a world of knowledge about the area. Highly recommend!
Only downside to our accommodation was the pillows (a little too hard) but aside from that, cannot fault!

Great location, lovely staff and clean room!

The staff were very helpful. Lovely bright room and comfortable bed. Convenient for public transport.
Due to the Impression created by the photos, we expected more of a sea view from our balcony. the view was very limited considering the cost. Wish we had scrolled further through the reviews because the biggest problem for us was the loud traffic noise on the balcony.

The staff were AMAZING. they went above and beyond to help us and sort out many things for us (we were going to a wedding so needed taxis, multiple hairdryers, irons etc!) And were just so sweet and friendly. The property is beautiful and really close to the centre of Amalfi but still is nice and peaceful. The terrace was gorgeous and a lovely view. I cannot recommend this place and the staff more.

The stay in Amalfi was fantastic. Residenza Pansa was truly a 10 out of 10; everything worked perfectly. They helped us with directions even before our arrival, advising us on which train and bus to take, along with their schedules to reach the hotel. The view is fantastic, with a very beautiful terrace. If I have to highlight something, it's their people. Susy was of great help during our stay, not only recommending restaurants but also places for breakfast. That was a top-notch aspect of the place. Thank you, and we will highly recommend it.
lo unico que recomendaría es que puedan brindar el desayuno...

Wonderful stay here, very clean throughout and room very comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast is served in a Bistro one to two mins walk and food there was very good. Perfect location, just a few steps to climb to get to the property but if you are coming to this part of the world, you’ll know all about steps in every town! 🤪

The location of this property was perfect just a few minutes from the main square with 3/4 restaurants on the door stop with superb food. We arrived in the early hours and we’re unable to get in contact with the owners when we landed to let them know we were on our way however with a quick call at 2am when we arrived the owner came to let us in. He gave us a friendly welcome and showed us in. The breakfast we paid for was a short walk to the main square where the staff were very accommodating and kind. I would recommend this option as food on the coast can get quite expensive. The breakfast included a few options such as bacon, eggs and toast and pastries, coffees and juices. To get to the property you have to climb two flights of stairs so worth noting but this wasn’t a problem for us. I would recommend this hotel 100% there was a spacious balcony with a small view of the sea. Coffee and tea provided which was a bonus.

Everything was delightful. Not too high up and in a prime location.

I loved everything. The room was large, with sea view, with a huge amazing terrase where you could watch the sunset and it even had sunbeds. The bathroom was spacious and very clean and it was fully equipped with all that is needed. The staff was lovely, they sent someone to pick us up from the bus station and carried our luggages for free and they helped us with everything we needed. I will definetly stay here again when i will be back to the Amalfi coast.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

We stayed there for a couple of nights and the location was really great - close to the central square, restaurants, beach, the ferry station. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is OK in general (we got the last one without the sea view).
The bathroom definitely needs renovations - there is black mold in the shower. In my opinion, the room is too expensive for this quality, but I guess you pay for the location.

The location, close to the centre of town & beach. The room with sun terrace and sea view was really nice to have breakfast and early evening drinks.
it could have been a bit cleaner, our floor which was tiled had crumbs, dirt etc from a previous occupant. The bathroom was also not the cleanest particularly the shower and cubicle.

very Good

When you managed to get up the stairs the location was great. Down the stairs and onto the -main square
Bed hard. No fresh water when room cleaned. Small bin in bathroom only and small rubbish bag left not removed. We just couldn’t stay here so left a day early and paid an extra night for a hotel in Naples

Location is close to all, short walk to the beach, main shopping and restaurants. A full breakfast was included at a restaurant owned by the property owner. Great selection of items at breakfast.
Only issue was the steps up to the facility while carrying bags. The facility offered a porter to take our bags up or down which was a nice option.
