the view and the location
I booked a suite with 2 bedrooms as I was travelling with my teenage daughter. on arrival the hotel told me I had been given an “upgrade” to a suite with 1 bedroom! so our suite with 2 bedrooms became a suite with 1 bedroom and a sofa bed! the upgrade apparently was a better view! I was told if i didn’t like it I was welcome to find somewhere else to stay and I wouldn’t be charged!!
This place was like Fawlty Towers!!!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay and amazing help by Martina from the hotel. Very communicative and helpful with all my additional requests for a special occasion. We had the top room, the balcony is enormous with three seating areas and lounge beds. The views are wonderful. Everything is clean and well taken care off. The swimming pool is fantastic and also has great views. The garden is also a delight and well-kept. It was a magical experience and would 200% recommend. I cannot thank the staff enough!
Following Martina's advice we went to the restaurant Da Ciccio next door, also a fantastic experience

Wonderful room with an amazing view!!
Staff very helpful and kind. Alessio and Martina are incredible. The pool was super nice. I totally recommend the place.
It was a bit trick to go to Amalfi by bus.

Alessio was so helpful. He met us when we arrived and carried our luggage up to the villa. The villa was beautiful, and we had amazing views. We were served breakfast out on our terrace the next morning.
There are a lot of steps getting up to the villa. If we had been staying more than one night, that would have been a problem for me.

Very Italian, authentic. Views were amazing, clean and accommodating, felt like home.
fantastic hosts that went over and above expectations. A real sense of service mattered, that you don’t normally get with these smaller properties .

Nice view from the common areas, kind staff and convenient parking
mattress and pillows not comfortable as expected , Wi-Fi did not work and no balcony. photos in booking presenting the room were not very representative.

They announce there is a parking lot, but it's bad surprise we have to pay 20€ in addition to the room.
Even in off-season and empty parking.
Was a shame.
All the other was perfect

The view and the breakfast were marvelous.
Too many stairs and I had a bad knee at the moment. The extra bed was very uncomfortable (sofa-bed), my daughter had terrible back pains after sleeping there.
9.0
Location, view, super comfy bed and the facilities.
Because it was low season, only one local restaurant was open for dinner and while it was good, it was expensive. The last bus from Amalfi is at 7pm and I wasn’t game enough to walk the the local road between Amalfi and the hotel even though others guests were.

amazing views. the staff were also amazing and very accommodating. we had to stay one extra day and there was no problem. rides were arranged for us from the train station and anywhere else we needed to go. the restaurant is also delicious. best meal we had on the coast.

The view is extraordinary.
The breakfast was really good(but repetitive).
Martina was always there to help us.
General services were ok.
Cleaning services can be improved.
Extra fees (as for example: late check in / parking fee) to be more explicit/transparent on booking.

This villa is like from a fairy tale - the location, the rooms, the view, the beds, the hosts, the breakfast, the service. Everything is amazing and you really feel like you are the only guest, the only one they have been expected, you get treated like a VIP.
This is a place you fall in love in and want to go back again.

The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious, the television with Netflix was really a plus as it was raining a lot. The outside of the villa offered a nice view.
As it was bad weather all the time we were in Amalfi, the villa didn't really correspond with what we needed. We had a room with no windows. As it was raining and they normally serve the breakfast on the terrace, we had to have breakfast in the room. The choice was so a bit limited, it was good but there was nothing salty for instance. Furthermore, we thought that even if we were a bit pre seasonal, the swimming pool would already be available, considering the price of the room. Finally, it was a bit sad that all the outside part of the villa was under maintenance.

The shower was amazing. The views for breakfast - STUNNING.
Our room didn't have a view and I was expecting one.
8.0
Stunning view, comfortable and large room, very good breakfast, helpful staff with an eye for details.
A few elements were not up to par with the expected quality standards, such as the old-fashioned shower, and the room was not completely soundproof as we could hear other guests. Another small detail: the facility had works going on (being a low season period) which would start at 7.30AM, waking us up promptly. We understand the need to improve the premises during low season, but at least start a bit later in the morning :-)

Breathtaking view from the terrace, sweet breakfast, location near the bus stop, could easily take bus to all Amalfi coast attractions. Welcoming attitude from the host Alessio. Left with great memories.
Shower could use a facelift. :)

its beautiful and the views are incredible

we loved the superb location, beautiful scenery over looking the terrace.
unfortunately the pool was closed because this was out of season. we weren’t told this prior to arriving and on the facilities it states the pool is part of the package. this let us down.

The rooms were very nice and clean, the personal was friendly.
Eventhough on Booking we had the choice to pay at the villa, they requested the money before and if we did not pay they cancelled the reservation, it was stressfull. Also, for the breakfast you have to say from the begging that you want to eat something salty otherwise you will eat only fruits and gem.

This place is a dream, it is so beautiful. The view is breathtaking and the staff was very nice and professional, we felt like royals. The only detail to take into consideration is the stairs to go up, the luggage they take for you but make sure you are fit to climb those stairs, it is so worth it!
