I stay in the horse and jockey regularly , rooms are always at a level of cleanliness which is to be commended. Restaurant serves a wide range of excellent food and breakfast is always really good with something for everyone. Any staff I encounter are always extremely pleasant and very helpful Would recommend

The staff were so lovely and kind and the room was big and spacious.
The breakfast was quite poor in my opinion. As a person who doesn't like a fry, there was little else on offer. The fruit was pretty much gone by 10.15am and it took quite some time for the staff to refill. There was nothing else really on offer bar corn flakes. No pastries or alternatives. I think improving the breakfast would really make the trip.
Also on a separate occasion, I ordered a coffee and waited half an hour for it. It was quite busy at the time to be fair, but that is a long time for a coffee

Extremely well placed hotel with loads of car parking space and room features. Breakfast was excellent! Hotel was a grand place with a historic feel to it.

Location is perfect, just off the m8 motorway. Staff were excellent always checking to make sure you were being looked after. Breakfast was fantastic, self service and hot food was excellent.
The only thing I can think of would be a little more selection on the menu. That doesn't say what we ate wasn't good because it was good and fast.
