Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom front row, just steps from from the water. Come relax under the covered deck or tan on the open deck and take in the endless expanse of the gulf view. Nothing but sand between you and the water. Great for a relaxing long weekend or a family vacation for the week. Take long walks on the beach. My family of 5 stayed here and were joined by my parents. There was plenty of room and the house had everything we needed and more! The beach was so close and the big porch was perfect. The kitchen and living spaces were great. Definitely recommend for a beach trip!!!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house was just as pictured and described. Clean, comfy, well stocked, and perfect for our family fun. Kitchen had all the necessities, beds were comfortable, nice selection of games, books, and puzzles. It was everything we needed. My husband and I were there with two grown daughters, their husbands and two grandsons (age 2 and 4 months). The proximity and ease of access to the beach was fantastic. The water was beautiful and weather perfect. Thank you for offering your home for rent so we could make great memories.

It was a lovely stay. Front row beach view, easy access to the beach and if you have a buggy (golf cart) it is just a short trip to the shops and stores. The house is lovely, open concept with plenty of towels, hand towels and washcloths. The only complaint I have is that house keeping doesn't clean the bathrooms well enough, the vents need to be dusted/cleaned and maybe a bigger grill down stairs. The little grill just don't do it for a big family and we grilled almost every night. Other than that it was a enjoyable family vacation. The house was right on the beach! Awesome view of the ocean with the big porch. House was big and comfortable and nicely stocked even though we took our own household items including dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags and bathroom items. The only three complaints we had were (1) The sheets and towels had stains on them and the foam pad in one of the bedrooms was also stained. (2) The guest bathroom was old, the spigot was loose and the tub had a badly covered hole and it had problems draining, drainage problems also in the master bathroom. (3) The swaying of the house, we were not expecting this ( I’m sure it’s normal for this type of house but we had no.clue)! We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay and would certainly like to return if items 1&2 were addressed.

Chose this property because of location and reviews. I was really impressed with the home, it was very clean and well kept. The rooms were nice and had plenty of beds. Master bedroom was very comfortable. The open kitchen and living room was a great place to hang out and relax in the evening. The outside patio deck was cool to hang and take in the view of the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the house is perfect with amazing views of the beach. The house has a large living and kitchen area that easily accommodates 8-10 people. The bedding in all 3 rooms was not clean. The bathrooms are large enough but shower curtains need to be replaced. More attention to these minor details would go a long way and would make this house a 4-5 star rating.

Everything was just as expected. The view of the ocean and beach was unobstructed and wide. The home was what I call upscale and well appointed. The 3 bedrooms fit our family of 9 perfectly. The main area was open and conducive to family fun. The owner responded immediately to messages. Thank you, Tom, for a wonderful place to stat and enjoy the beach.

This was our second time staying at this place. We really enjoy it. It’s right on the beach - if you’re not playing on the beach, you can sit outside and watch the Gulf. Inside the house is wonderful too.

The only good thing about this beach house is the location. The house was very dirty including both couches which we had to use our own sheets to cover. The tubs and toilets are either dirty or stained yellow. We had to clean the front windows and screens just to be able to see outside. The house definitely needs some deep cleaning and remodeling.

House was in a fantastic location, it was a great place to stay. Host was responsive when we had questions. Had some trouble with the heat and unseasonably cold temps, but host got someone there right away to fix and went out of his way to make it right. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was great. Very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue I had was that the description does not indicate the type of grill (charcoal) at the property. However, I did ask the owner and he informed me that it was a charcoal grill so I arrived prepared.

A Relaxing Stay

I’ve rented several properties at Surfside and this one so far was my favorite. I loved how close it was to the beach. The 2 full bathrooms made it an easy stay on days we had all 10 people had the house. The new slash pad a jetty park was great clean fun for the littles that couldn’t handle long periods at the beach or be trusted in the gulf’s questionable water quality this summer from all the rain. I’ll be looking for this property again in 2 years when we return!

My family including my parents, 3 adult sisters, my husband and my two small kids stayed in the home. We had a great time! We loved the location, being able to sit out and enjoy the view of the ocean, watching boats come into port and having access to a less crowded beach. The house itself had a great layout and had a fully stocked kitchen, everything we needed to cook our meals in. We will definitely be back next summer!

Great property! Did have to go buy hand soap for all bathrooms and kitchens sink and not enough toilet paper. That was my only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars. Would recommend to stay there!

Loved the large seating and kitchen. Great common area for family to hang out. Property had some plumbing issues while we were there, but owner was getting fixed. Easy path to beach and the view was fabulous.

Grew up in the area and decided to come back with 3 generations of family. Great location, easy walkover to beach, and house worked great with large table and comfortable beds. TVs in bedrooms don't get cable, so only plan on main room. Internet took care of multiple users in the evening. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was everything we wanted! Right on the beach, it wasn't too crowded. The house was great, I love the open kitchen/dining/living room concept, made for wonderful family nights. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and always repsonded immediately. We will most definitely be renting from this property again!
