Condo did not have breakfast. Location was great for our visit. It was very quiet.

It was ok but below average over all.

Good location

No door knob on bathroom but the latch was on it. Wife closed the door and couldn't get out. I had to use a knife to open the door. Porch door will not lock. We were approved for a 1 to 2 PM checkin and we arrived at 2. At two thirty a man knocked on the door and, before i could get to it he started typing in the door code to come in. He had on an orange vest so i assume he was maintenance. Need better communication with staff.

Dated property, no one on the premise, and unsafe going into the outdoor pool.

My husband fell going into the outdoor pool and hit his head on the step. The area was very slick. Noticed the next day they put a rug down in front of the gate. Spent 4 1/2 hours at the hospital. Cat scan and staples in his head. Condo was dated. When we got back to the room at 3 am there were no pillow cases on any of the pillows! There was no one on the premise. I think we should be reimbursed for our stay there, plus our hospital bill.

Great location and price

I liked the condo very nice and a great location to walk everywhere. We were able to cook and eat in to save money.

I didn't like the fact I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I forgot a bag with meds and couldn't ask anyone to help. Also the room looked very clean but the building needs to be exterminated we found several german roaches near the refrigerator and stove.

Really enjoyed staying on condo 309. Would stay again.

Location was walking distance to center of town. Walking distance to several restaurants. Can see the sky bridge just out side of the door. Quite location, heated pool, laundry service on same floor. Parking is tight, and located close to the elevator.

The parking spaces are small. The fire place was not cleaned out. The kitchen needed wiped down better but it wasn’t to bad. Every thing else was great!!

Great location! Clean condo unit.

LOCATION!!! large rooms, and since it was 2 of us we had plenty of space! That was very nice! Bedroom had great light and roominess and a neat balcony we could sit on and see the skybridge. Bed was comfortable. Couch and recliner were comfortable and looked relatively new. Kitchen appliances were nice and kitchen was stocked well. Bathroom was large and clean with plenty of storage.

DATED! DATED! DATED. Dark carpeting in living room, nice mantle and fireplace surround that has been faux painted brown with gold pattern. WHY? Small TV. Colors and borders in both kitchen and bathroom were terribly outdated. Just needs an overall decor overhaul and it would be a really great condo!!!

The location of this property is great! It’s within walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip, but way from the noise. it’s very quiet and peaceful.

It’s an older condo. very small, but plenty big for a couple.

Loved staying here! It is exactly as pictured!

Everything! We got a whole apartment to ourselves for cheaper than a hotel! And it was perfect! It has a small but functional kitchen and a living room with a hideaway couch. It is downtown close to the Ober Gatlinburg entrance. We didn't have to pay to park downtown, we just walked. We will definitely stay here again!

We were never emailed the key code so we had to call the toll free number when we got there, but it only took a couple of minutes. We could not figure out how to operate the jetted tub. Our view wasn't the greatest, it was another building, but I'm not complaining.

Wonderful accommodations. Oak Square is a great location. Comfortable and CLEAN!!! Will love to stay in again on a return trip. The only thing I would recommend is have a better better tv package. And change out the low bathroom toilet.

Outside pool wasn’t ready and the temperature was ready for the pool.
