I also had to leave a day early and they processed the full time of my stay through my bank.

A clean, unique themed hotel and I enjoyed the themed decor. Was impressed with thw layout of the room, having the coffee shop and a large comfortable lobby to sit and enjoy.

I did not like that the hold of 150 was processed through my bank. I understand the hold, but at the end of my stay when i had not used it why process it. Now i have to Wait on my money to be returned to me. Poor policy.

Food and drink was expensive. The Wi-Fi is horrible. Tv in the room not able to have apps to log into.

Relaxing week in great surroundings. Seemed like we were in Key West.

Great atmosphere. Large, spacious accommodations. Great ambience (music, sounds, climate). Pool was super. Super upbeat atmosphere. Food & drinks served pool side. Great stuff. True resort.

Nothing but the water was complimentary. For the price of a weekend, I assumed that there’d be at least a complimentary breakfast but to my surprise, there wasn’t. That will be the last time staying there. There are other locations that can accommodate an affordable weekend getaway that are in proximity to the attractions.

Enjoyed the location. Room layout was excellent. Shower was amazing but floor was somewhat dirty. Couch had stains.

The swimming pools and hot tub.

Pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. Coils sticking into my back. You would think they would upgrade the mattress for the prices they’re charging.

Perfect.

Everything was amazing! First time staying at Margaritaville and it was perfect!

The only thing was the best and pillows were super uncomfortable and we did not get the best sleep. Besides that it was amazing.

Surpassed all my expectations!!

Beautifully maintained. Great bar and restaurant. The staff was very kind and attentive. The shower in our room was fantastic! The property surpasses my expectations!

Overall our stay was amazing and unforgettable!

Everything was great. the cleanliness was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful, Joe Merchant was great and the food and drinks were excellent! The location was best in town and the view from the room was unforgettable!

The laundry machines, not enough machines available and dryer took multiple cycles to dry one load. Aldo having to find change for each load was tedious and time consuming. Machines should have a way to pay with card.
