代々木第一体育館のイベントで利用しましたが、歩いて近くだしコンビニも近いし。お箸が無くて頼んだら持ってきてくれました。何人か従業員の方とあいましたが、みなさん丁寧でやさしかったです。

The staff was very nice and the breakfast venue was lovely.

The hotel is in a severe need of renovation and the standard is unacceptable for the price. I paid about 20000 yen per night for a room that smelled, with cracks in the bathroom basin, and an AC that was so loud so I had to turn it off to sleep properly.

Adjoing room was a bonus.

We had an adjoining room which was great with kids - 2 single beds, 1 double, 2 bathrooms. the hotel was about 15 to 20 minute walk from Shibuya station to the hotel. It was a little hard to find the hotel in a back street. The hotel itself was a little old and dated but clean nevertheless.

Wonderful staff, would like to have guests during the day in my room.

Everything. The staff were amazing!

I wanted to have a guest in my room during the day but the staff said no, this was quite disappointing as I don’t see the problem. However, they said it nicely which was very much appreciated.

Very pleased with the level of comfort and the staff were excellent

Staff were helpful and attentive. Beds were very comfortable. Bath was good.

Was no room available for an extra night. Could offer reduction for more nights - price was quite high

Location is great, attention is great and value obtained is also good for the price.

However the room can get dusty and I'm allergic to dust so the last 2 days were a bit hard for me.

Perfect.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, polite and service-oriented. The aircon is very strong so that a few minutes are enough to have the room reach a comfortable temperature. The location is excellent.

There is nothing that I did not like. Personally, I would have a ppreciated some cotton buds in the bathroom, but this is definteyl an add-on that is not necessary.

Very good

Very good location, theres a bar a couple feet away ,minutes away from clubs and good food, staff was very respectful , i have stayed here two different times and both time during the day the maids cleaned my room while i was gone
