Visited in the summer. View from the balcony is incredible. Very comfortable beds, from which you also see the view. The common area is fantastic and not at all crowded as they don't sell dinner during summer. You can, however, buy food from elsewhere and eat it in the hotels dining area and enjoy the view or comfortable interior. Brunch is very good, although pricey. Generous bartender. All the staff are great at English and signs/menus are translated too. Plenty of electrical sockets to charge both phone and smartwatch in the night - not usually a given.
The bathroom is a little strange. The door doesn't at all close fully, so you can enjoy the sight of each other pooping. Our room got flooded with water along with all shoes and bagage, because the floor somehow lets the water run out of the shower. No chairs on the balcony, which was a shame as you could sit and watch the view for hours.

The interior is modern and stylish. The breakfast was great!
The room was not very clean. We had a dirty towel (red stains) and spider webs inside. Also the hallway was not so clean. Even if it is low summer season, these things should not happen for that price.

the spa. Some of the staff. The beds once we got the correct room type on the second night.
the receptionist. The fact that we booked a twin and had to have a double so one of us had to sleep on the floor. Being woken up by loud banging on the door at 11:30 at night because there was a panic about a water leak that was nothing to do with us. The fact that the manager did not respond to our complaints. The freezing cold dining area. Being charged for decaf coffee for breakfast. it not really being ski in.

Pre booked a twin room and was given a double . One person had to sleep on the floor . when contacted reception was told I could upgrade to a larger room for an extra payment of 450 euros for two nights . A quick look online revealed that there were plenty of rooms available to book at a lower price. You would expect that the cost already pre paid would have been deducted from the upgrade cost at least.
After staying mere for the past 5 years twice a year you would expect a little more help in rectifying the situation.
I was told by reception that there was no guarantee of room type when booking just what was available.
Be warned if you book , you may not get the room configuration you requested.
We will be looking for alternative accommodation in the future.

the place is ideal for a good skiing trip. close to everything
we had a ventilator that made the noise of a canon and didn’t turn off when you wanted it. so in the middle of the night we woke up like every day
we asked reception to fix it but never came.
when we retuned to the room after a skiing trip it was as if the kitchen ventilator was directly connected to our room. so it smelled like food
we had a few beers and food in the room which stayed there for4 days so wasn’t cleaned up.
no room service or anything which was a shame.
breakfast was simple and if you are too late you can be sure that most of the goodies are gone. at least in our case.it wasnt worth the 3000euros for a suite

Great view of the lake and activities around it. Small but comfortable rooms. Great location providing easy access to hiking trails around in the mountain. Glaciers in sight.
Glass toilets offer no privacy. Balconies not furnished.

The breakfast was way below average for a hotel in this category.

Comfy but small room. Loved the mountain view balcony but no chair in balcony or room is a negative. Great central location
No chair in room or balcony. Very loud noise from nightclub on one night. Not much room between end of bed and walk. Sliding bathroom door needs to shut better

the location was excellent, the views are stunning and it has a lovely sun deck you can admire them from.
Because we didn’t book through a ski tour operator we felt we were a little over looked, when it came to being taken care of. Also because we arrived Ed on a Saturday half of the facilities at the hotel weren’t open, like the spa or the pizzeria. They deem it the best day off because it’s ‘change over day’ but when you arrive mid afternoon having been up half the night from an early flight it’s not fun when you can’t get any food or even into your room .
Our room wasn’t ready on time and we didn’t get much welcome info to help us get our bearings, there’s no welcome pack in the room either. The shower door had no seal so water leaked all over the floor into the hall every time we used it. We shared room 210 with a friend, who slept on the sofa bed in the lounge of the room. which would have been fine privacy wise as there were sliding doors between the lounge and the bedroom but as the toilet is in the bedroom and only has frosted glass protecting your modesty it was a bit awkward all round. There is a curtain you can also pull across for privacy to divide the bathroom facilities from the bedroom a little more, but this is also see through so pretty futile really.

amazing location with excellent piste views! short walk to the first lifts in the morning, which means you can beat the crowds.
great breakfast and nice warm bar area for post ski pints.
ski room gets very cramped and the roller racks don’t always slide on the rails. elevator is very slow and can be a bit of a hassle in the morning.
5.0 / 10.0
Good sized room but this was only because we had a south facing room with a balcony as these are bigger than the rooms without balcony.
Good location.
Modern appearance of hotel
Poor breakfast and half board food options.
Half board was a 3 course menu of one options for each dish.
No safe in room
Uncomfortable beds
See through bathrooms - would make it hard to share if not as a couple
Overpriced.
