Perfect place to stay to adventure around the island amazing, helpful staff

Perfect place to holiday with grown up children and girls friends ,shared the 4 bedroom apartment and great place base your self on island ( soo much better than staying in port villa!!!) Staff were so so very accommodating and helpful!!!

Relaxing stay in homely atmosphere

Warm welcome from the staff - after a day or two we felt like a family rather than paying guests. The nearby Beachbar provided excellent entertainment and a change of menu. The beach was clean and sheltered, so swimming was easy.

It would be good to have some contraption to hang the wet swim gear outside the apartment

Séjour familial idéal

Le personnel est adorable et le service est exceptionnel. Les activités en libre service (vélo, kayak, paddle, beach-volley, etc) sont très appréciables et en plutôt bon état. L'emplacement est top. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents, servis entre la piscine et la plage.. Le resort en lui-même est suffisamment petit pour être familial, non saturé.

4 Bedroom Private Villa with Plunge Pool.

We were in the 4 bedroom apartment with plunge pool at the back of the resort. Excellent location of resort, right on Mele Beach, close to Beach Bar and Hideaway Island. Easy transport into Port Vila via bus stop just outside the resort. Outdoor area in our apartment was particularly lovely and comfortable, lovely to sit in private plunge pool with a glass of wine at sunset. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, beds were very comfortable. Most facilities were provided for self-catering. There was also a small shop close by in Mele Village, where basic supplies could be purchased. The free breakfast options were not extensive, but they were good size portions and very yummy. The homemade bread was delicious!!! Good value for money, we absolutely enjoyed our time here.

Apartment was a bit run down and could do with a few more homely touches. Eg Couches were grubby, there were no bedside lamps in any of the bedrooms, the outdoor bathroom was really icky, only one of the three indoor bathrooms had hot water. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped, eg only a couple of pots and pans, very little crockery, no oven trays for cooking - it made it a bit difficult to self cater. Unlike the other newer units in the resort, ours did not have a dishwasher or a coffee machine. There was a washing machine, but washing powder was not included, we had to purchase our own. Room was advertised as including an in-room safe, we couldn't find one. Door handle in the bathroom came off in my hand. It's a really nice and spacious apartment, which could be made really beautiful with a tiny bit of TLC and a few more thoughtful touches, such as some outdoor sun lounges for the private deck.

We had a fantastic experience and stay and will be returning in the near future.

Relaxed and friendly location and people. Staff were so lovely and a pleasure to interact with. Property was well set out and very spacious. All amenities you needed on one location. Carol who drove us around was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Very informative and gave us some great tips. Such a pleasure.

Wunderbare Anlage, schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber, nettes Personal, gute Kommunikation für Flughafenshuttle.

Internet hat nicht funktioniert --> unbedingt am Flughafen eine SIM-Karte kaufen. Frühstück ist mengenmässig sehr wenig.

Nice self-catering option on Mele Beach

The location is great, right on Mele beach and the property was very clear that the apartment we'd booked wasn't beach front, but faced the garden / bbq area so we didn't have unrealistic expectations. It's a two minute walk to the Beach Bar and the famous fire show went ahead despite a near cyclone. If the weather had been better we'd definitely have gone across to snorkel at Hideaway Island. Tanna Coffee is a short bus ride away. The staff are lovely, the complementary breakfast fine (if you're a tropical fruit fan, bring your own from the Vila markets) and the toasted cheese sammies for lunch awesome.

Sometimes noisy because this particular apartment is next to the carpark and we were woken in the middle of the night by a group arriving back.

the pool and beachfront location. the free use of the kayaks and stand up paddle boards, the staff were friendly.

kids club really isn’t a thing which was the main reason I booked this place. the pillows and mattress desperately need replacing, the food was very average.

simply beautiful. stunning pool three steps from the room and the beach was literally 5 steps from the pool. staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. couldn’t have stayed anywhere better

We eloped to Vanuatu and the staff, particularly Michelle and Damien made sure our special day was beyond perfect and for this I will forever be truly grateful. Everything about our stay more than exceeded our expectations. The staff made you feel more like friends than customers and made sure we had everything we needed and more! I can't wait to come back!

We had a really great stay, staff and facilities are amazing and the location is great.

The location was very good, easy to get into town and right across from Hideaway island. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a nice stay and had everything we needed. The breakfast provided was great and we really liked the homemade banana bread. The room and pool facilities were very nice.

Beautiful location and best spot to swim at!

The free breakfast was quite basic but nice, perfect location on the Mele Bay and beautiful, friendly staff.

The Wi-Fi is pretty poor, but that is to be expected.
