Epic hotel and staff and will STAY again. 10 STARS

This was an amazing hotel. Exceeded expectations and will stay here in the future. Manager and front desk Lynn were so helpful and really made the stay amazing after a long travel trip. We even extended a day. Rooms are LARGE and CLEAN.

BEST stay in a long time. Clean Big Rooms with Amazing Helpful Staff

We LOVED this hotel. From the cleanliness to the super helpful staff and the manager, Lynn was amazing. We will make it a point to stay here and even check out other Hiltons when traveling just from this amazing experience alone. The rooms were so big and clean and had a perfect layout. For someone who stays in a lot of hotels, this exceeded expectations by far.

Really bad never staying again

Nothing you should of posted that the pool wasn’t working

Pool wasn’t working when we got there and that’s the reason we paid so much for this hotel. What a rip off. The beds are springy and hard as rocks I wouldn’t pay 100 a night to stay there let alone over 200. They keep on making charges to my card, I had to call them twice now and get chargers sorted out that I never even made. Oh and every time I’d go outside I’d see a druggy freaking out or roaming around looking for something to steal. Worst place ever

Short Staffed

Bed was comfortable

The place was extremely short-staffed. The front desk attendant was often absent because she had to tend coffee in the lobby, take guests to a different floor to let them in the gym and pool, and other tasks. As a result, guests were often waiting long periods of time for a front desk attendant. The phone was also not answered for long periods when I tried to call from my room. Elevators also slow.

Bed was comfortable

I had to pay extra for parking apparently not⁰0 included in booking.com cost. Evening staff at the front desk weren't that friendly learned more from the housekeeping lady. Came back later that evening and wasnt t even acknowledge by girl on front desk because she was too busy talking on her cell phone.

Comfortable. Clean. Modern.

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and modern as well. The hotel wasn't noisy at any time of the day, which was nice. The pool was very clean and beautiful, loved the added touch of the lights and upbeat music.

The only issue I had with this hotel was that parking isn't included in your stay. I don't think you should have to pay for parking when you're staying at the hotel, it should be included. This would have deterred me from booking if I would have known.

Horrible it gave me a headache

Breakfast was good

No free parking…got locked out of my room, which ruined my afternoon…promised 50 percent off my night because they ruined my day which they never did!! Charged us for bottled water after they offered it free

Good hotel just a couple of things

Good location nice and clean

Parking was an issue the lot was full most of time No room for guests Could use better quality of toilet paper 1 ply doesn’t cut it We did ask for batteries for remote it took a couple of days to get them

Nice and new, but lacking in what business people look for in a hotel…

The facility itself is new, fresh and clean.

As a business traveller, there’s times that you just need to go back to the hotel, stay inside, go to the on-site restaurant and/or bar and go back to your room to crash. The on-site restaurant was open only for breakfast forcing me to leave to hotel to eat lunch or dinner. Also, a lot of people staying at the hotel and just hanging out in lobby. Apparently there waiting for housing…Security guard in lobby… last time I saw that was in New York City.

It’s a good place to relax after a long drive, will definitely come back soon.

It’s clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit, even though we didn’t get the 2 double bed room they gave us the king size bedroom instead and gave us free breakfast for the 3 of us.

The parking is full.

Everything was good with the facilities except the loud heating system in my room.

There was something wrong with the heating system. It was extremely loud and I mean extremely loud. I am not a light sleeper but had trouble sleeping, I turned it off for awhile but woke up cold and had to turn it back on.

Great Service !

Devon on the front desk was an absolute angel. I believe that was his name. He worked through the storm and was super accommodating :)

Location was great - close walk to downtown. All of the hotel employees were super friendly and approachable.

What breakfast?? I was told when I booked the room, breakfast was included in my price for the room; however, upon asking staff on 2 occasions about it, they told me it wasn’t included?? I got ripped off there, so I bought breakfast elsewhere.

Surprise $15.00 parking fee per night. Another turn-off and rip off!
