Highly recommended for a short break.

The location was quiet, despite being on a walkway. Two minutes walk to the theatre and restaurants. Historical sites, museums 5 minutes walk. Station and taxi rank about 5 mins. Flat had very smart decor and super comfy mattresses.

Only very minor improvements, suggestions left in visitors book.

La vivienda está genial. Precioso piso reformado por completo, todo nuevo, y con muchos detalles para hacerte sentir como en casa. Todo muy limpio y en un recinto muy agradable y tranquilo. La atención de los anfitriones, maravillosa! Muy atentos en todo y muy amables. Su ubicación ideal para visitar la ciudad, a un paso del centro con tiendas, restaurantes, supermercados, y los principales lugares de interés. Winchester está muy bien comunicado con otras zonas turísticas cercanas y es una ciudad muy agradable y acogedora

Exceptional Apartment

The apartment was well equipped modern and clean. The extras, including milk, cereals, wine, water, and toiletries, added the extra welcome. Very easy to access due to communication with vendor. Parking in multi-storey was very easy. Recommend Ringo app for parking. Everything accessible due to location.

Perfect stay

Beautiful apartment and very centrally located. Had absolutely everything you would need. Chris was so kind and helpful and had tea/cofeee/ milk all the little extras you would need for arrival. Absolutely perfect place. Would highly recommend.

A good apartment with excellent location for a short stay

Very good location, quiet but central Paid parking is very close to the apartment (bit pricy but convenient - and there is cheaper not far away) clean and new linen and towels flooring good - no carpets Owners kindly left water and various cleaning supplies, tea, coffee etc

The bathroom heater didn’t seem to work/was a bit rusty, bathroom could be upgraded a bit to replace shower curtain with glass and nicer unit etc Just a bit basic Cleaning was added to the price making it fairly expensive - though Winchester is popular tourist destination. Coffee machine not working Cold, not heated on arrival but soon heated up The apartment felt a bit dark but we were out most of the time

A really excellent apartment, very well managed.

Location excellent: easy walking distance of city centre.

The parking and unloading the car is the biggest problem. The nearest car park is very expensive and a reasonable one is quite a walk.

We all had a lovely break and the location is superb.

The owners were super helpful and staying up late to guide us to the key lock box.

Beautiful, super-comfortable flat with excellent hosts

Loved the flat. It's very close to the centre of Winchester but it's in a quiet road so it's very peaceful, both by day and by night. The hosts very kindly provided lots of helpful little things such as kitchen towel, coffee, tea, cereals, pint of milk in the fridge, a bottle of wine etc. So we didn't have to go out and buy every little thing, which was really lovely. They also provided plenty of towels. So we felt instantly at home and relaxed. The hosts were instantly reachable and replied to messages straight away. The flat is beautifully decorated and very clean. And importantly, the beds were super comfy!

Can't fault it! Perfect place to stay and perfect hosts.

The perfect place for a city break.

Situated within walking distance of so many things. A lovely, spotlessly clean flat. So many thoughtful touches to ensure our stay was relaxing.

Great location! Great apartment!

The location was excellent as the city centre was only a short walk away. The property was clean, spacious, well equipped, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The hosts were both helpful and thoughtful.

Excellently appointed, clean and well located apartment

So many thoughtful touches - lots of breakfast cereals, milk and even a bottle of wine. Tasteful Xmas decorations were a lovely touch. Lovely and warm apartment that was exceptionally well located to walk into the city centre. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Limited provision for clothes storage in twin room and lots of light came into that room - would benefit from blackout blinds and a flap over the luminous display on the heater.

An extremely, comfortable apartment.

Location very close to centre. Spotlessly clean apartment. Lots of extras. Spacious and well furnished lounge. Bedrooms & kitchen were nice. Host was great. Speedily replied to any query. Very much enjoyed our stay.

No chair in either bedroom.

It was spotlessly clean, attractive decor, very homey. Plenty of towels and all the basics had been thought of from toiletries, to the kitchen - milk, cereal, water etc, and basic cooking ingredients. Contact from the host was timely and info I asked for was helpful.

The location is great as far as the walk to the centre of Winchester (5 minutes max) and the car park. Only downside is having to keep the blinds closed for privacy, and my partner was woken by people walking past in the night. Small things, and don’t detract from this being a lovely and well managed property.

Perfect in every way! Would definitely visit again!

Everything was great- location is amazing- 5 minute walk to High Street. Quiet location. Lovely to have such a good supply of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, milk and toiletries- shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all supplied. Even a bottle of wine left- lovely. Communication with host was super speedy- very accommodating.

Fantastic short break in a well-appointed apartment in a fabulous location.

The apartment is in a fantastic location 100m from the theatre and 5minutes walk to the town centre and the Great Hall. There is a large living room with enough comfy chairs for everyone. Lots of little extras were included with the apartment including a wide selection of teas and coffee (including tassimo coffee machine), milk, still and sparkling water, and a bottle of wine. Our visit was during very hot weather but the apartment stayed pleasantly cool. I think it would also be quite cosy in the winter because it seems well insulated.

Lovely apartment

The provision of tea, coffee, cereals and in particular milk were a very welcome surprise, particularly as we arrived close to 4pm on a Sunday when shops would be closed. The location is good and the apartment is very spacious. We'd definitely book again. 😁

There must be a water pipe from the apartment above in the wall between the living room and master bedroom as the occasional sound of flowing water can seem quite loud at night, but that isn't really anything that can be helped by the owners and was only really more noticeable when it was quiet. As it's a city centre location, parking was a bit of a challenge. The Tower Street carpark was in a convenient location, but the signage says no 24 hour parking which worried us. Ultimately, we took a chance and it was fine, we just had to keep renewing our parking ticket by 8am each morning of our stay. This meant no true lie in on holiday, but as we could renew from bed using the app, it wasn't too problematic and a small price to pay for a nice break.
