You will love the lofted bedroom giving separation if desired and providing extra windows for added natural light. We provide high-quality bedding and linens for a comfortable night's sleep after a day of hiking or skiing, soak in the hot tub, or a splash in the outdoor heated pool (year-round). This condo end unit is on the top floor, yet the stairs to the hot tub and workout room are just outside the door, you have only one neighbor beside you and no one above to avoid footstep noise. Canmore is a pretty busy little town and this condo is right in the middle of it all. The views are stunning from the balcony and the overall property was clean, well managed and convenient to all our locations we wanted to go. We’d definitely stay here again.

Unit is just as pictured. Has alot of amentities. Communication with host was great. The only thing we think could be improved would be having a fan in every sleeping area (it was HOT and unit doesn't have AC). One bedroom had a tower fan. The other has a ceiling fan, but you couldn't put it on high bc it was very wobbly. Downstairs had no fan at all. We had to prop the door to hall open to let some cool air in for a little while. Other than that, if you're sensitive to light bring an eye mask. There's no blocking the light except in the downstairs bedroom and its only dark 11pm-5am.

I stayed with my husband and two friends for a wedding, and we loved the rental. It was a great size for two couples, each with our own bathroom. We didn't use the kitchen but appreciated the facilities, and it had a lovely view of the mountains. Check-in was easy, as was parking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We spent three days in Banff last year and enjoyed it so much we couldn’t wait to return. We decided to stay in Canmore as we were staying for much longer and couldn’t afford Banff and we were so happy that we decided to stop in Canmore. Apartment was fantastic - spacious, comfortable and everything you could possibly want was provided, it became home from home for us for two weeks. Easy access to everything, local walks, coffee shops restaurants we would not hesitate to come back.

Our stay in Canmore was pretty good! The check in process was smooth, underground parking and street parking easy to navigate. Well appointed unit, clean and beautiful views from the balcony. There were a couple maintenance issues but I will bring that up with the owner so she is aware.

My husband & I stayed for 4 nights in Sept and the location was great for some quiet relaxation after Banff hiking/activities. Safe area with underground, covered parking & elevators made arrival/departure a breeze. Kitchen was well-stocked & laundry was a big bonus. There are about 8-10 stairs up (or down) required to access both the main living area & the upper bedroom which could be an issue for some. Otherwise, a solid option for a couple or family of 4.

Overall nice place. Pictures are a bit deceiving. It is smaller then expected and the pool and hot tub are at the front of the buildings- so view in pictures was not accurate from the balcony. Nice view.

Kim’s condo is in one word AMAZING. Our stay at her place was the best experience we’ve ever had. The condo was beautifully decorated, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything from coffee filters to laundry detergent was provided. We felt at home the second we got there. Oh, and the views from the patio were breath taking. My only regret is that we didn’t stay there longer. Thank you Kim for the best experience ever!

When booking this property for a summer trip, I did not realize there was no air conditioning. I think typically this would be ok, but due to the heat and wildfires, it was a bit uncomfortable at times - especially in the upstairs loft bedroom with the queen bed. So if you’re traveling in the summer, just be aware of that. The condo itself is very nice. Fresh paint, nicely decorated and totally clean (except for the upstairs ceiling fan, which we cleaned ourselves because it was coated in dust). Couches/ beds/ chairs all clean and comfortable. We had a few things that didn’t work while we were there, but the owner said she would address those after we left. Owner was responsive and professional. The community is nice and walkable to restaurants. Overall our family of 4 was comfortable here and I would recommend it.

Our family of 4, two adults and two teens enjoyed our stay in Canmore at this condo. It was the perfect size for us and we were able to walk into Canmore for dinner and shopping. A more relaxing experience than the craziness of downtown Banff!

This property is a great location and fit our family of 6 perfectly! The kitchen amenities were good and allowed us to cook some meals rather than always eating out. Hot tubs were lovely after an afternoon of hiking. Hope to be back!

We were in town for a wedding and this location was perfect. Close enough to walk to coffee shops and downtown to shop. The view is amazing!!! Friends that stopped by to see us were jealous of the view we had. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was great, nice area. We stayed in Canmore instead of Banff because it's less crowded and less expensive. Banff is only about 20 minutes from Canmore so it was perfect. We'll be back again sometime.

Kim's place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances and things we needed to cook our food. The beds were very comfortable and the place had a lot of space. The only challenge was it was very warm and one bedroom has no cross ventalition.

We loved our stay in Canmore! The condo had everything we needed for a long weekend. It was clean and beds were comfy. And it was a plus to get to enjoy the hot tub after long morning hikes! We were just a short walk or drive to everything we possibly needed and really enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend!

Overall nice and clean condo. One bedroom missing a TV. Apparently damaged by a prior guest. Messaged the condo owner and they indicated they were aware the tv was no longer in that bedroom. Condo listing should be updated to reflect the missing TV. Other than the missing TV all was as expected.

First time renting for an extended period of time and this unit didn’t disappoint. Perfect setup for 2 adults and 2 kids to enjoy outdoors activities during the day and rest at night. Conveniently located, the facility has all you need and more. Will definitely consider this unit for next winter.

The space was clean and cozy. The in-unit laundry was very convenient. The view from the living room and patio is fantastic. Check in was easy, indoor parking garage, and had everything you could ask for. Host communicated well. Would definitely recommend for groups who need a home base to explore Banff!
