Best thing was friendly staff, and clean rooms.
The first night we had an unpleasant surprise of local wedding, which had very loud music until 10 pm. We could not rest during that time as we vould hear the music very loud in our chalet too. Next morning we woke up to loud noice of renovations in the next chalet. The place was not taken care of, the beach was very untidy, almost everything was broken. Also because of the tide we could not swimg in the beach.

Aside from being a relaxing place, the staff and owner are nice and accommodating. Good customer services were provided during our stay. This is one of the best place if you wanted to be far from a city life.

Normal Breakfast
Facilities would be checked earlier before our arrival. Water heater not working properly. Breakfast hasn't met with the expectation

TRC Bintan Resort staff was friendly and accommodating.
poor wifi coverage and far from most activities.

Good food. Basic breakfast. Nice service. Very big area and can spend some time in the mornings and evenings roaming about. Amenities were decent as well. The service, again, was brilliant. Enjoy the geese roaming around haha
Location a bit remote. The beach was not really full y useable in the sense that it could have been a bigger beach. It basically works as a ledge to the ocean. It is really far from the city side but that does make it quiet so upto you to feel about that as you will

a bit far from main road and the road is not paved that I fell on my bike.

Very friedly staff and good service. Good and cheap food. I enjoyed the possibility to rent a bicycle for free. Comfortable and silent bungalow which is perfect to take a rest. Would really recommend this resort, if you want to take a slient break from the rest of the world.
The beach was sadly not in good condition, therefore swimming was not an option for me. Another minor issue was the WiFi coverage in my bungalow.

very peaceful
it was raining and the grounds were quite wet. would be good to install some stones and paths for walking

tranquil place for R&R. December was low tide so you can walk on the ocean which is so relaxing and different. there’s a little mangrove near it. after Covid, they have started doing upgrades on the bungalow. the cabin is very clean with very comfortable beds. Sleeping was great as I was lulled by the ocean breeze- no aircon needed. because the concept is outdoor living, there are insects -but harmless and they’ve even placed insect sprays in the room. lovely to do yoga by your bungalow.
all was great! came Dec so the shoreline was carrying algae but would just have to go back summer time.

Daniel was a great host, he took care of the guests and gave great advice for the activities around the island. Food is more than good at the reastaurant, overall a great stay!
The place is only accessible by taxi which costs around 30 SGD from the Ferry.

Staffvery friendly and location is fantastic. Food is nice.
Beach not clean. Lot of plastic garbage. A lot of things are not in use or broken. Gazebos , swings, hammocks, tree house etc are in poor condition or not usable. Mangrove walkway not usable. Very small bathroom.

Much better than the pictures. Very cozy and down to earth. Not much to do but that is what we were looking for.

wifi and the water pressure in bathroom are weak.

Great customer service!
Really quiet place and good to relax

Sadly some trash at the beach so not really made for swimming also die to the shallow water

Breakfast is alright, mix of noodles, rice , kueh kueh, and with toasted bread and hot beverages. Lunch and dinner menus were limited due to the monsoon season. Overall the food is good and tasty. Owner and STAFFS are extremely helpful and friendly. A homely and cozy environment. A place to come to escape from stress and be laid back and enjoy the surroundings and nature with privacy. Not a place for those who are looking for luxury comfort. Many places off interest nearby and Tanjung Pinang which is about an hour away. Blue Lagoon, Temples,Mangrove and especially snorkeling with Nemo...fantastic
Place could do with a little repair on platform on water and others But due to the Covid situation
things had been bad economically which is understandable hence the maintenance issues as understood from owner. The plus point is you can see the owner and staffs trying their best to maintain the place daily which is admirable. The thing not to my liking is the taxi fair. It costs alot and inconsistent and that takes alot of money from your pocket. The daily expenses and places of interest are very affordable. Since it was monsoon season the water wasn't clean due to high and strong winds bringing rubbish from neighbouring country. Had low tides to really go for a swim.

The bungalows were super cute and cozy, and the personal were very kind and helpful.
When we arrived there was a private event with some music and they told us during the checkin that they had upgraded our bungalow to a higher quality one so that we weren't bothered by the event noise.
There isn't much to do there if you don't have a car since the place is pretty isolated, so you would need to use taxis.

A cute peaceful resort consisting of small chalets with all the basic necessities (A/C, mosquito spray, bottled water). The beds were comfortable with quality bedding. The staff (notably Titak) were extremely friendly and went out of their way to please us. A nice simple on-site restaurant with a pool table. This resort is secluded, which may bother some, but we considered this an advantage for a relaxing break (staff organized a driver).
Due to the fact that the hotel had only reopened 3 weeks before our arrival, the beach and surroundings were not maintained properly.

The room was decent. The shower and hot water worked perfectly. The location is in a good distance with the street, created a very quite atmophere. If you are looking for a quite time with voices of birds, waves, and winds, you will be happy to stay here. The Internet Connection was very good.
I didn't really enjoy the food. But I'm a vegetarian, so I had a limited options.
We found a bunch of mangrove on one part of the beach, unfortunately it was not accessible during our visit.

Cheap and staffs are very nice.
It has private beach. But they left the beach dirty. Not ok to swim in the sea.So many dirts.

The location/ super friendly staff. Good food. Really budget friendly option for weekend getaway.
During our stay on Saturday, some school groups came around in the afternoon and it was super loud and the same thing happened in the evening. Some biker group came for some gathering and kept singing the whole night. Since this beach is not a private one, sometimes locals will come and make noise during the afternoon or night.

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful with everything you might need. Very peaceful resort with beautiful open spaces. Room was very fresh.
The tide makes it hard if not impossible to swim. The bathroom was small.
