The property was clean and well supplied with everything you need. It is conveniently located within a short walk to the Sheringham Town Centre.
4.2
Excellent location. Easy access to town and coastline on foot. Good to have off road parking. Cottage comfortable.

There was a lot to like about this property as it was clean and comfortable, in an excellent location, and benefitted from having its own parking space.
We don't wish this to seem negative but as mentioned to agent there were a few things that would have made the property a better experience.
There were no lids provided for any of the saucepans.
No blinds on kitchen/bathroom or landing windows. You had to walk through kitchen at night to access bathroom so a blind would have been welcomed. Also surprised no extractor fan in the bathroom.
Crockery was put back in cupboards dirty by previous holidaymakers and slo broken items were put back in cupboards by previous holidaymakers. ie. mug/jug, so do cleaners check these aspects? Not nice to have to wash up on arrival.
This would not stop us though from booking this property again.

Lovely little cottage, super location for a beach holiday. Were able to walk everywhere and train / bus for further away adventures with my grandson . Would definitely book again .

Nothing negative to say, spot on for a stay in sheringham .
Close enough to everything for easy access, far enough to be nice and quiet.
4.2
We loved the position of this cottage so close to the sea and town and it was great to have the parking area. Comfy and clean inside. Outside lots of brambles had grown at front and large weeds and cobwebs near back door. Windows outside needed a bit of a clean . Spotless inside
4.2
Very disappointing.
Death-trap bathroom, no non-slip bath mat or any grab rails.
Only heating in bathroom is from heated towel rail which totally inadequate.
Black mould and unstuck tiles round back door.
Paint around dining room window flaking.
Bedrooms furnished to bare minimum.

Great location good for short break off road parking excellent . Good for walking because you can leave your car safely at property

We enjoyed our stay here but found a few essentials missing. Would have been great to have a hoover or at least a broom to keep the floors cleans. We stayed for 2 weeks and with two young children the floors quickly became sandy downstairs. Would have also been handy to have a bigger clothes airer or a rotary washing line in the unused courtyard and also an oven glove.
The property was clean throughout and was great to have towels and bedding included. Knowing the area well having a parking space was brilliant.

Satisfactory. Would stay again. Location for town and sea excellent.

Ample room for 4 people even though there were only 2 of us. Comfortable beds and also lounge. Stairs are very steep. Ample equipment in kitchen, although we did miss an ice cube tray as supermarkets ran out of ice during heat wave. Outside space was a disappointment, brick walls and concrete with a small shabby table and just 2 chairs, Will become even worse if next door property receives planning consent to put a second storey on the rear extension. Rear yard needs some imaginative paintwork and proper outdoor furniture. Parking at side of property will accommodate a large car, although rear camera and parking sensors do help. Only 2 minutes walk from seafront and 5 mins from high Street shops and eateries.

July 2022 holiday
Plus points are it is close to the town and seafront. But cottage is fairly basic and needs some TLC.

Would stay again
This cottage is lovely, it is ideally located for both the beach and the town. The parking space is a great bonus
It has everything you need and is clean and comfortable..
It just needs a little bit of TLC here and there, the courtyard is limited, lovely and sunny but not set out very well.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely holiday cottage
A very comfortable and well equipped cottage. The kitchen was excellent with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Nice bathroom with good shower. As it is an old traditional home the staircase was steep but had a very secure handrail . The cottage is very conveniently placed for easy access to the beach and the many shops. Only a 10 min walk to the railway station to ride on the steam train. I would definitely recommend this holiday home.

Great location, great sized property
Great location, great sized property, bigger than you think it is going to be! Only down side was the access to the property with the car, extremely narrow road and our car wouldn't fit on the drive. Sheringham is a lovely place to stay.

So convenient
This far exceeded my expectations. It was thoughtfully decorated & equipped (there was even a DVD player which we weren't expecting) & spotlessly clean. Both the parking & outside space were a real plus - lovely to sit out with an early cuppa. By cutting through cliff road car park you are literally minutes from the sea. I should have liked a little more hanging space- just 2 of us & we filled it all up but there were plenty of drawers & also lots of cupboard space in the kitchen which you don't always get in self catering.

A lovely week in October
We really enjoyed staying in this house in October half term. Sherringham is a lovely seaside town, with beautiful beaches and lots to do at all times of year. The house is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Sherringham and the sea. It has its own parking, which is really useful. Inside, it was clean and comfortable.
It's a pretty, well-appointed little house with lovely views of gardens from the back and we really enjoyed our week.

Westbrook cottage review
Westbrook cottage is clean & well equipped & has its own parking space , the only downside on the parking is the property opposite block the narrow road with there cars so you may have to do a 100 point turn . It is suitably place very close to seafront & town 3 minute walk . Great WiFi & good central heating.

A Brilliant location for a short stay in Sheringham, with off street parking enough said.
The house inside was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the convenience of being in Sheringham meant that we could leave the car parked and walk everywhere.

Nice property
The location is convenient for the town and the beach. The house is recently renovated and attractive with a well equipped kitchen. Problems- it was not clean, dust bunnies under the beds, cobwebs in corners, grime on window sills and skirtings: the road is very narrow and choked with parked cars: the beds are very narrow: only one small chest of drawers for storage in the twin room: no mirror in the twin room: the outside seating area is an unattractive triangular back yard with cracked concrete, no planting and a tiny, rickety table for two.

Regis place
A lovely little cottage and close to the town and seafront, but, even though there is parking at the property for a small car the road leading to it is very narrow and a struggle to get onto the drive. On first appearance the property was clean but attention to detail would make this property even more attractive on previous reviews it said about the weeds in the garden and the dirty windows this still didn't look like it was rectified which was a shame because it did let the property down , we had to call maintenance as the stair rail was unsafe this was rectified straight away, walls are very thin we could hear next door at all times of the day and night, it's a shame to say for this reason I wouldn't recommend this property

Nice cottage, outside could do with a tidy
We had a lovely stay in Westbrook this week. It's a nice little cottage, more spacious than the pictures suggest. The kitchen is well-equipped, with plenty of crockery, cutlery and cookware, beds are comfy and the shower is decent (although a little low!). The location is great, just 5 mins walk from both Sheringham High St and the promenade/beach.
Where the cottage falls down a bit is on the general upkeep - the drive and outside areas need a good tidy up and hiring a window cleaner wouldn't go amiss. We did mention this on the feedback form so hopefully the agent will sort this out. The master bedroom would benefit from a small dressing table or chest of drawers as there's not a lot of surface space and a full-length mirror would be a great addition.
Other than these small things it's a great little cottage, perfect for a short break or week's holiday.

Great stay and parking!
So rare to get a property in sheringham with parking, this was so good!
The property was great! Great location, nice rooms, clean, well equipped.
The beach is only a couple minutes walk, town is only a few minutes walk.
Getting the key was easy.
Towels and bedding were included.
Probably not good for anyone with mobility issues as bathroom downstairs.
We have already looked when we can book here again.

Lovely quaint cottage ideal location in the centre of Sheringham
Great cottage well equipped and a few lovely touches only a couple of minor things identified in paper feedback could make the cottage perfect! 50mb Broadband brilliant for families with teenagers!
4.2
All as described on line.
Ideally situated - well presented. Kitchen requires a cafeteria! But we had our own.

Really lovely property, close to the beach and town.
Just what we wanted, very nicely turned out property.
Would suggest the addition of a cafetiere, but otherwise very nicely kitted out!
Thanks for the stay.
