Breakfast is great! The other meals in their menu are great as well and value for money.
The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. Special thanks to Ms. Tolentino for being very professional and polite.

I like the morning views of their dining area, the beautiful Taal volcano, and the lake which you can enjoy while eating your breakfast.
I just saw a strand of hair on the mattress in my room upon check-in.

The location is great and easy to find. It is accessible to all the areas where you wanted to visit. Hotel staffs are very accommodating and friendly. They are passionate in every way. The breakfast food were great and delicious.
The hotel itself need to be refurbished.. tiles of floor are already broken. Room 7 ( family room) and Room 4 ( regular room) where stay shows broken tiles that need to be replaced. Rooms looks clean but you can smell the molds on each corner maybe because its not well ventilated. Antibac needs to be sprayed all over the room for safety. Television as well has no sound.

The view at the common area was fascinating... Food served during breakfast was great 👍 All the staff were friendly too.
We just find the rooms quite small.

The Nest is a small accomodation that has access in almost all the highlights within the city of Tagaytay. The staffs were friendly and hospitable. We had a great night at their common area, it a was perfect fir a catching up with a friend. Great ambiance and the fresh air freely sweeps by. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast for small group of friends ( Filipino) who are in need of a place to land for a couple of nights. Minor renovation is needed but not a biggie if you are not ocd.
There was an ongoing road construction. It was loud during the day, we oft to go out instead of having a short nap. Owner must invest for renovation of rooms.

The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful, the location is also superb as it's close to a lot of good restaurants and shops. The breakfast is okay though choices are limited. We did like the arrozcaldo and chicken longganiza. The common area is sooo chill indeed.
The rooms are very small, lacking basic items like dental kit (not even available for extra charge) and and a hairdryer. The heater in the bathroom also needs replacement already, the blankets are too thin, the tiles in both the room and the bathroom have definitely seen better days, and there is no soundproofing between the rooms and the corridor. I can even totally hear the conversations from the other room.

The staff were accommodating! Loved the food as well.
The rooms are too secluded so if you're not comfortable sleeping without a window, you might not want to stay here.
But it's clean!

. Friendliness and courtesy of the staff in understanding the needs of the customer, I like them serving with a smile.
The brewed coffee and the interior decor, very bright and colorful.
It was a cloudy day, but I am pretty sure that the view of Taal volcano will be fantastic on a good sunny day.
The stairs will be a good exercise but would be better if there is an option specially for the physically challenged.
One of my guests was not able to sleep because of the noise made by new arriving guests around midnight, room sound proofing may need to be enhanced.

its very homey and staff are ver nice
rooms doesnt have bolt locks from inside, they have only knob lock which is difficult for us because we have a toddler and he can open the door to get out anytime. Its more safer if rooms have bolt locks.

We liked how the staff were very accommodating, and how everything was clean. Location wise, it was also good because we effortlessly walked to ayala malls serin. The view and weather was great as well!! Really good value for money! + The free breakfast was beyond average, with nice plating.
Only one thing- it would have been better if we didnt hear the loud noises from our room neighbors. It wasnt the whole time thankfully and at night it was quiet.
