Horrible stay

I like the location nearby restaurants.

The place is dirty. The staff is not accommodating. Water heater in the CR was not working ended to take a shower w/very cold water. Trying to contact the coordinator but not responding. The pillows were dirty. I was booked to Tower 4 unit 2107 but they put me in Tower 2 unit 533 which is not change the bedsheets and the unit was stinky and the sink was very dirty then transferred me to Tower 4 unit 2106 (as 2107 the unit I booked was given to others) was dirty & the spring of the bed was out. No toiletries like mentioned provided.

owner was unresponsive to my concerns. booked good for four but the utensils and other necessities are only good for two

Decent condo in a convenient location

The location was very convenient and quiet. The condo was clean and had a nice view. Facilities and amenities were decent and working. Bath towels and toilet paper were provided. Big open space behind the condo towers if you want to enjoy the greenery and open air.

1) The owner of the unit did not reply to initial queries via email or text (to the published mobile number). When I tried calling before our scheduled booking, they didn't answer the call. Instead they just sent a text to contact a different mobile number (presumably the caretaker) regarding our stay. 2) The published parking fee is Php150, but the caretaker asked for Php350 for the parking fee. 3) We had to check out early the next morning, so the caretaker instructed my husband to leave the condo key by the TV so they could easily find it. That afternoon, they called my husband to say that the unit was locked when they arrived (even though we left it unlocked). This was most likely done by their cleaner/s because the unit was also locked upon check-in (the caretaker had to get the spare key to open it).

Daily cleaning fee was included in the payment, but no one knocked to check if we need cleaning service. I also called the host and asked for a cleaning service, and told me that service available in the afternoon, but no one arrived that day....

I have previously stayed in wind residences. The amenities are okay as I previously remember.

Unresponsive property owner. Even booking.com can't get a hold of them.

Suits best our needs 🙏

The staff are well-trained in accommodating abrupt bookings they'd find ways to exceed their service. This is my second booking and this time exceeds my first experience.

Exceptional

The place is super clean! We're so happy with the room. While we only got the aminity view, it's still a great view from the 21st floor. The person who assisted us was there early. He's friendly and accommodating, too. Thank you so much!

Relaxing place.

The convenience, ambiance, their customer seevice and everything, aside from the window at the room.

The window of its room in tower 4, I just find it not too safe. Particularly for those that have kids. It is only a glass as well.
