Imagine escaping to this Duneridge Estates vacation getaway. Picture yourself sitting on the deck. Now close your eyes, can you feel the summer breezes, glimpse the seagulls flying overhead and sense the sun gently beaming down on you... are you ready?

Step into the quiet world of 2314 N. Lumina Ave
located on the northern end of Wrightsville Beach on a private cul-de-sac with no public parking, this wonderful vacation property offers ocean views along with attractive and comfortable accommodations.

A spacious deck on the main level and second level deck with beautiful views of the oceans just a short walk away.

Beautifully decorated inside and out, once you enter the tiled foyer you know you are about to experience a vacation home unlike all the rest. The open floor plan found in the main living area offers more than enough space for everyone to gather and share good times together. With a large and open kitchen the entire family can get together as meals or snacks are being prepared. This home boasts a breakfast nook, seating at the granite kitchen island and a formal dining area with more than enough room for everyone. With high ceilings and an abundance of natural light you will enjoy relaxing in the living room as you sink into one of the 3 soft leather couches or love seat. Also on this level are 2 bedrooms with a Jack 'n Jill bath. One bedroom has 2 full sized beds and the other offers a queen.

On the next level is the master suite with deck views of the Atlantic Ocean. Around the corner is the fourth bedroom with a built in bunk style beds with 2 full mattresses. Take a walk down the open hallway overlooking the living room and with oceans views out the upper level windows, and you will find the fifth bedroom with 2 full size beds.

If you need to get away by yourself for a little while, take a book and relax in the den/tv room as you get comfortable in the inviting leather chair or stretch out on the couch and watch some TV. Just off the den is an additional deck looking out on the ocean.

The ocean views, attractive accommodations and convenient beach access just steps away, a 2 minute walk.. The section of the beach is perfect for delightful walks to the the north and south. The beauty and convenience will make this your favorite vacation home!

6 of us stayed at this beach house and had such a wonderful time! The pictures are not only accurate but it’s even better in person. The living room is comfy and can accommodate a large group to spread out, play a game, and enjoy a chill night after a long day at the beach. The beach access is so prime as well, just a quick few minute walk to your beach access- no fuss and no stress. Great time!

The pictures do not do this property justice! Access five Wrightsville Beach is by far the best place to be if you are looking to stay away from the tourists. Both of the decks offer plenty of room for several people to father. We even hosted our own private chef for a shrimp boil off of the living room deck with room for 14 girls to eat. Virginia was extremely responsive and kind. We will absolutely be booking here again!!

The location of this rental was great! Only a short walk to the beach and the views were amazing. The outdoor seating was awesome and the fact there was so much, we loved it! It was a very clean and well put together home. We appreciated the nicely stocked kitchen with pans and enough plates and silverware so we weren't having to do the dishes after every meal. The bathroom situation for a full house of this size was a bit too heavy and having to rent the linen was a hassle. We actually ended up buying the linens which was cheaper than renting from a third party company. It also would have been nice to have some soap and paper towels to start with. Most places now give you a little something. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

We rented this beautiful home to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. Our party included my four adult daughters, their spouses, and my two- year- old grandson. The location was perfect since the beach is accessible from the very private neighborhood. Virginia, the owner, is very nice and welcoming.

We rented this home the week leading up to our wedding. So many of our friends and family were able to gather here for pre-wedding celebrations. The house was great! It is in such a great location. A very cozy home and kitchen is filled with everything you could need! Would definitely rent again :)

The house was perfect in every way! Truly a wonderful house to enjoy the family and spend time at the beach. There is plenty of outdoor seating on both the upper and lower deck. It is beautifully decorated and has everything that we needed to enjoy our family celebration. The owner was wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay a top experience. We are looking forward to returning to Deck Time in the near future!

Our family including grandparents, kids and grandkids had a fantastic week at Deck Time. The location was perfect, such a short walk to the beach. The home was well equipped, comfortable and beautiful inside and out. The two levels of decks with seating were a great place to spend the mornings and evenings! Virginia was a terrific host. We would highly recommend this home and hope to return next summer!

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It is situated in a great area with a very short walk to the beach. We were there for a girls trip with 7 women and had a wonderful time. The kitchen includes many amenities, with a wonderful deck - great for morning coffee and evening drinks. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely consider staying here again for our annual gathering!

We love this house! The openers are wonderful and have great communication! The house is in a great location, short easy walk to the beach. The house is spacious with comfortable seating for relaxing and dinning. The kitchen is very well equipped! It’s our second New Years in the house and we will be returning again as soon as possible!!

Perfect location, big house for our large group of women who came in to town for a tennis tournament. Beautiful weather, we enjoyed long walks on the beach and driving in to Wilmington for our tennis matches. Everything was perfect!

We rented this wonderful home to spend time with our extended family and enjoy celebrating our son's graduation weekend. It was the PERFECT house for our family. Plenty of space to spread out, fully stocked kitchen, very clean, very well taken care of, and a short walk to the best beach in NC! Loved the multiple outdoor decks, these were awesome for gathering outside and it was nice that we could be on different decks, but still be able to talk to each other! Loved the outdoor shower. So many nice amenities! The owner, Virginia, was always on top of things, she was kind and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay there again without any hesitation!

House was spacious and really clean - great for a group of us. And the close access to the beach made it very easy to get our 18 month old out to the beach. Excellent & prompt communication with Virginia leading up to the stay. Keys mailed in timely manner - may want to consider a keypad entry for convenience for all. Location was perfect - very short walk to the beach. Kitchen was very well-stocked, but a few items could be replaced like pizza cutter, can opener, peeler. Large enough house to accommodate 11 of us. Thank you for opening up your beautiful house to us! We would love to rent this house again!

Very close to the beach and the open floor plan made it very easy to relax and enjoy the weekend.. They also have an abundance of parking which is terrific. We live in the area but decided to have a staycation. Since none of our extended family could join due to COVID-19 weirdness, It was just our family of four. The house is quite large and allows for lots of privacy in different areas. That was our favorite part - We could really spread out. It would make a great reunion house. While you are not necessarily gazing out at ocean waves, the house is very near the ocean and there is a great path leading there... and you can see the water from some rooms. The area is excellent - very high end. We happened to have a hurricane blow through WB midway through our rental time. Virginia has been very accommodating about that / She is great to work with!! Very highly recommend. We will definitely recommend this house to others. :))))
