Very easy to locate and get into the lockbox.
Firstly the smell of the hallways and apartment itself!! This is not in any way racist but there was a sharp smell of Indian spices or food all throughout the room and as we approached our door!! It was foul and because it was so overwhelming I actually got a sore head because it was that strong and gross!! The room itself is very run down and old interior!! Definitely need a high upgrade considering the price we pay for each night!! The bathroom sink clogged up and when washing my face I closed off the sink and it never opened back up which was so bad and left old water in there that I could not get out. The couches were miss matched and had a weird smell on them. The blankets that were on the bed were stinky and had stains all over the blanket on the top (this was orange with black marks on it) The jug was old and need to be replaced as even when the eater is boiled it is that old it leaves a smell of plastic. The carpet had stains all over it from black marks to spilt drinks/food and I can tell it had not been vacuumed before we arrived because I had to pick up fluff balls and crumbs of food DISGUSTING!! The freezer needs a good clean out too, there is so much but up ice inside which actually is not goof and it stops things from even staying cool or freezing as it is in over load. The location is amazing by far 100/10 being able to watch the ferries come and go, the sound of the ocean and the breeze however everything else was horrible and we will not recommend or return. It is broad daylight robbery having to pay just under $700 for a horrible hotel room, horrible facilities and a dirty room!! DO BETTER.

The location is central so that’s great
Close to the viaduct
It’s safe
The view is nice if a ship is not docked right in front of you
Its reasonably spacious
It has all you need in terms of amenities
The property needs updating, old and stained carpet
The cleaning was not the best (carpet didn’t appear vacuumed and the fridge had crumbs )
It has a slight odour, even having the door open does not help
Maybe the carpet needs to be washed

Great local for Auckland's best restaurants and nice views over the water
Have to pay a holding deposit before picking up keys

Loved the apartment location, facilities and view. Very efficient (and relatively new) air con unit.
Some of the furniture was tired and run down - outdoor furniture was in need of repair and resurfacing, table inside had a very loose leg, a lot of carpet stains and bathroom sink the plug wouldn’t stay up.

Great location, beautiful view, very spacious & comfortable
The furnishings are dated

from a location perspective, it was perfect - the view was superb.
the general cleanliness was poor, we didn’t appreciate the mould in the shower, or on the curtains. there was excess dust on door rails and ledge of the main bedroom. dinnerware, in particular cups were stained and chipped, main kitchen bin was broken. overall the apartment was well lived in and tired.

Very tired and worn unit. A bit of mould and needs a good scrub

Key collection is a decent walk away from the property at a Property Managers office

Absolutely loved this Apartment. Nice space, well appointed and in the centre of everything.

The property was central. Perfectly located and super easy to find. It was safe and secure and the surroundings (lighting etc.) allowed me to feel safe travelling alone at night. The property was warm, modestly but tastefully appointed and considering its location, rather quiet.
I also used parking offerer by the property. This was the most memorable part of my stay - odd I know. But hear me out. The price was very reasonable considering my length of stay and the location. David (the staff member in charge of short term parking) was nothing less than the perfect example of customer service. He was polite, attentive, personable and genuine. I was even waived the cost of parking for my checkout day, and after a last minute request granted complimentary parking after my checkout time. Truly amazing experience with this aspect.
Check in is not located at the property so some walking/small taxi fare is involved. While the apartment was lovely, they bathroom was slightly dated. No internet supplied and no smart TV. There was plenty of cutlery and tuppleware however an odd and difficult proportion of Crockery. Approximately 10 wines glasses, but only 1 normal drinking glass, for example.

A bit congested to get to because of all the construction work on in Auckland but the location and view makes it worthwhile.
Apartment is well equipped, please read the information sheet given by the agents and then parking is easy.
