CONDO DESCRIPTION:
This wonderful condominium is in the BEST location you could possibly wish for! Located right in the Embarcadero (Morro Bay’s bayside commercial area), this vacation rental gives you the best of all worlds. When you walk out of this small complex you will have many restaurants, bars and shops available to choose from – all within a few minutes’ walk! But when you are in the condo, you will experience the quietness of the bay with only the occasional barking seal breaking the silence. The views are absolutely amazing and entertaining! Watch the sailboats bob up and down; see the kayakers glide through the water; observe the seals and otters and shorebirds as they play in their natural habitat. You won’t want to leave the deck! From the complex you will have access to a dock and a waterside walkway (future). The good news is that there are 3 condos available, all offering the same wonderful amenities, so if one is booked, don’t worry! You can reserve one of the other ones!
This unit is on the upper level of the building and you have a shared garage to park in right outside the unit (please note garage clearance of 6’, not all vehicles will fit in the garage, additional parking on the street). From the patio, you will have amazing views as you grill up dinner on the Weber barbeque grill and watch the sunset.

We loved staying here! It was super clean, easy to walk to all the eateries and the view of the bay was fabulous. Everything inside the unit was top notch and they have thought of everything you might need for your stay. Highly recommend!

Literally just steps away from the Embarcadero and restaurants. It was a treat too having a balcony overlook the harbor and be able to watch sea otters float on by.

Nothing better than sitting with a cold beverage on the porch and watching pelicans, otters, and a big rock. One of the best views around and the inside was great also.

My wife and I have been to Morro Bay many, many times, even owning property there for a while. But we never actually stayed on the bay itself. This property was a perfect choice for our 47th anniversary.
The view from the balcony overlooks Morro Bay with all the sights and sounds of seals, otters, seagulls, fog horns, and boats going by. One evening we could hear the roar of the surf while one morning was deadly quiet as a thick fog sat on the bay.
The sunsets were beautiful.
All the shops and restaurants were fifty steps away on the nearby Embarcadero with a brewpub on one side and a coffee shop and burger joint on the other.
My wife and I had a wonderful stay we will not forget and we very much expect to return.

We loved every minute at this perfect getaway!! Close to everything yet can’t hear an thing when you are relaxing in the deck with the beautiful harbor in front of you . The sunsets were amazing!
The kitchen had everything needed to make our meals. The bed was comfy. The shower and extra bathroom were perfect for getting ready. Plenty of room in the tv room!! The fireplaces were an added bonus! Walking distance to all the downtown action!! Our new favorite place to stay in Morro!!

Annual mother/daughter trip to the central coast. Decided to stay in Morro Bay and we did a LOT right here! We paddle boarded out to the sand spit with otters, played at Tidal Park, ate at several of the restaurants along the waterfront. Window-shopped, watched for sea-life and just genuinely enjoyed our stay. Cambria is just a few miles up the road as are the elephant seals. We love Morro Bay and will continue to visit.

We couldn’t ask for a better location and the unit was just right for our needs. Our boys loved waving hello to the kayakers from the balcony, and we enjoyed hoping next door for burgers and beer. Tidelands park was an easy walk too. We ended up giving the bedroom to our two boys to share, and we slept on the pullout sofa. It was surprisingly comfortable! Would definitely recommend these units.

Total relaxation with million-dollar views!
The week went by way to fast with hikes in Montana De Oro, walks around the harbor shops, estuary and rock. Hearst Ranch winery in San Simeon, the scarecrow festival in Cambria, and the solar light show in Paso Robles were day side trips. Been visiting Moro Bay since I was taken there on a family vacation in 1973. Always a pleasure to return. Our stay this year was first rate.

We had a great time at this perfect place. Location is great, and everything was just as described. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative was the shower. Not enough water pressure. But we had a great time and can't wait to go back!

There were a few problems with the property, but overall we really enjoyed it. It’s almost impossible to contact anyone in charge of the property. For example, we got a dish towel mixed up with our things and don’t know how to send it back.

Magnificent in every way
Perfect place for a relaxing getaway! The location was wonderful (wish the brewery below was open but next time!). The place was clean, updated and well-appointed. The view is amazing. Loved the town overall and would come back here to stay!

We had high expectations for this condo, but sadly much of what we hoped for did not pan out.
We had to cancel plans twice in order to accommodate two different repairmen (one for the internet, one for the fan on the refrigerator).
The refrigerator fan started to go out when we got there, and was so loud that it was impossible to sleep for several days. The manager knew about the issue prior to us arriving, but said that because the problem was intermittent they had not yet fixed it. Once the repairman came, he said that he could replace the fan but that it would require the refrigerator to first be unplugged for two days. We said "no" because there was medication inside that needed to be kept cold or else it would get ruined.
The manager did tell us that they could provide another refrigerator (but it was half the size of the one currently in the condo).
Before the new refrigerator was put into place, the problematic one went completely out. We had stocked it with over $150 in food, all of which unfortunately spoiled.
The safe for storing valuables also had issues. The lock went out at one point, so we couldn't retrieve our keys and get into the car so we could drive somewhere. The manager tried to fix it by replacing the batteries, but that still did not help the problem. Thankfully we were finally able to open it and get the keys out.
We were offered a refund of $300. Half of the refund ($150) was for the spoiled food, and the remaining $150 was for the inconvenience of the issues we experienced.
I wish we had better things to say about this condo, but they need to do a better job of upkeep, as they left it in disrepair.

Great location, but be prepared for fog!
Very nice place, right off the main street in Morro Bay. A bit of a tight squeeze getting into the parking-- warning only if you have a giant car. The views from the front patio are accurate-- really stunning views of Morro Rock, which changes character through the day. Remember, though, that you are on the Central Coast and often the rock is not visible due to fog (clearly not a knock on the property-- I'm just managing expectations of potential guests who expect sunny skies). Well appointed kitchen, including a full spice rack and appropriate utensils. One bedroom & pull out sofa bed. Two bathrooms (one with a shower).

Sister Time
We played cards on the balcony the whole time. We had a beautiful water view. Foghorn and otters at night were mesmerizing. Sleeper sofa was VERY comfortable. Location excellent.
