Welcome to LakeShore Villa – where luxury, tranquility, and fun merge.
Located on the private/warm side of Lake Anna, this amazing 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath home has room for the entire family to get together and enjoy quality family time. Three of the five bedrooms are masters—each with a lake view and en suite bath.
The house sits on approximately 2 acres with gentle slope from house to walk-in shoreline. Situated on a quiet cove just off the main lake allows for peaceful, protected swimming yet fast access to water sports on the main lake. The private dock has a covered seating area to relax out of the sun as well as a sundeck area for the sun-worshiper. The dock has ample room for boats and provides guests with an ideal place to watch the lake and visit with family and friends.
The entire rear of LakeShore Villa is lined with windows, providing lake views from almost every room. The home has rich, hardwood floors in the living areas and Berber carpeting in the bedrooms. There are 5 high definition flat panel TVs throughout the house, each with DirecTV Stream. Wi-Fi is provided in the main house, as well as on the dock, allowing for internet access for all your devices throughout the property. Each bedroom, as well as the kitchen island, has an outlet with 2 USB receptacles to keep all your electronic devices fully charged during your stay.
The main level consists of a two-story great room with floor-to-ceiling glass, gas fireplace, motorized window shades, and a 55" 4k high-definition Smart TV—a perfect area for the family to relax together when not at the dock or on the water. The gourmet kitchen overlooks the great room and has solid maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, convection gas range, built-in microwave, a Keurig brewing system, granite counters, and an island for casual dining. The lakefront dining room has a large dining table with seating for up to 8 guests. The main-level master suite has a queen bed, leather loveseat sitting area with lake views, and a private en suite bath with walk-in shower. The 16' x 20' lakefront deck has oil-rubbed bronze balustrades that blend into the surroundings, minimizing the obstruction of the lake view. The deck includes a Weber gas grill for outdoor cooking and a table with umbrella for alfresco dining. Additionally, the main level includes a laundry room with full-size washer and gas dryer and a powder room for guest use.
The upper level is equally impressive and consists of a loft overlooking the great room, a 2nd lakefront master suite with king bed and private en suite bath, a 3rd bedroom that is lakefront with two twin-size bunk beds, a 4th bedroom with king bed, and an oversized hall bath.
The lower level provides more lake views from another great room and a master bedroom with attached en suite bath. The house was everything and more. Marvin stocked the house and everything was in great condition. We all loved the house! The convenience of a dock and the paddle boards wss great! Would stay again if we decide to come to Lake Anna again.

Gorgeous house and lot. Beautiful deck and dock. Loads of space for all. Serene waterfront views. Wonderful additional kitchen in basement family room. All amenities you could possibly want. Nice, responsive owner.

The house and surrounding property were beautiful. Everything was well maintained and organized. Our families had a blast swimming. The covered portion of the dock helped us escape the heat when we needed a break, especially with the fan. The kids loved the video games in the basement and the Nintendo switch dock came in really handy. The house was big enough for our group, we were able to all be together and also have our own space if needed. Marvin was very helpful during the whole process, we will definitely look for this place first next time we come to Lake Anna.

We stayed with two other families at this house. The layout, the rooms, the games in the basement were all great and enjoyed by all. The dock was great, and it was nice to have Wi-Fi down there for those of us who had to check in at work. We used the EV charger and it was nice to not have to worry about finding other charging options. The yard is great and offered areas for kids, playing, or corn hole on the path to the dock. Overall, everybody had a great time and we highly recommend this house.

This house was perfect and it had everything we needed. Having access to the pool was a plus because it was real hot and the pool helped cool us off. Everyone enjoyed use of the arcade games which was also a nice bonus. Overall, the house and lake access were the perfect lake vacation and we hope to return next year.

We had a great time. The lake, dock, home, deck, everything was wonderful and soooo beautiful and relaxing.
It was a very, blessed, pleasant and peaceful stay.
We are talking about possibly staying again this time next year... We are checking our work schedules.

We had a great time at LakeShore Villa! The house is clean, comfortable and has great views for watching the lake. My boys loved playing on the arcade machines in the basement. Each day me, my wife and our two boys spent the majority of the day in the water floating, swimming, canoeing, kayaking or paddle boarding while the grandparents relaxed on the back deck or on the covered dock. This is our second year staying at this house because we had such a great relaxing time the first year. This is a great place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This was one of the best homes that we have stayed at in Lake Anna. Our entire family from the adults to the children enjoyed every minute. The house was impeccable and Marvin was the best in answering any questions that we had.

Everything about this propery was exacly what the pictures showed. This is one of the BEST VRBO properties that I have ever stayed in.
Marvin really does take care of his beautiful home.
We loved the all of the arcade games and especially loved being out at the lake and chillin' on the dock. We will definitely go back.

Relaxing, Beautiful House on Lake Anna
We just got back from Lake Shore Villa and had a great time! The house was so clean and had a great layout. We had 8 people including my parents, my brother and sister in law, and our two kids who are 7 and 10. We all enjoyed using the kayaks, paddle board and canoe and spent most of the day on the dock by the lake reading, talking and relaxing. In the evening we enjoyed hanging out together in the house, watching tv and me and my boys loved the arcade games! The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Marvin was very responsive to all our questions and we had no issues! Overall a wonderful house and we would love to stay again in the future!

Great time at the lake
The property was just what we needed. Marvin was a great host and communicated well and promptly. The house was in really good shape and we had a fun time getting out on the kayaks, canoe, and paddle boards. The house is on the warm side of the lake and I don't think I realized how warm it would be, but my wife really like it.

What a wonderful experience. Mr. Marvin is a superb host, very responsive, polite and accommodating.
The house was just as described and it was beautiful. Upon arrival check-in was a breeze and the house was thoroughly cleaned. In our current environment cleanliness was a top priority during our stay.
The sunsets and sunrises were so beautiful to watch from the living room through the windows or dockside. The rooms were welcoming and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.
We absolutely enjoyed taking the kayaks and paddle boards out daily, and being on the private side of the lake had no issues with a ton a traffic on the water. We also really enjoyed the community beach access.
If you are looking for a wonderful stay at a great house this is the house for you.

I challenge you to find a more well appointed rental home.
This property is truly wonderful! We stayed with another family (including two teens) and there was more than enough space for everyone (in terms of bedrooms and living space). It was clear that the owners wanted guests to feel at home and enjoy every creature comfort. The dock was wonderful and an amazing place for relaxation. We definitely look forward to renting this beautiful property in the future!

Our family enjoyed the week at Lake Anna and this beautiful lake home. The house was well appointed and very clean. The Owner quickly responded to all our questions. Family Vacation
Our family of seven stayed at this incredible lake home. We cannot express enough how wonderful our stay was. The house is so beautiful! It was spotless clean, decorated beautifully, bright and light filled with windows and views of the lake, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were huge, the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed and the location and lake was peaceful, beautiful and fun. We purchased the boat package which was a big hit with all of us as were the arcade games. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever experienced. Lake Anna has some nice restaurants especially Callie Opie’s Orchard Restaurant. Moo Thru for ice cream is a must! Plenty of vineyards and brewery’s too! Marvin, the homeowner, was wonderful and responded to our questions immediately. Truly an amazing house and an amazing vacation spot! Would love to visit again.

Exactly what we had hoped for
First off, this property is meticulously maintained. The grounds were spotless and the inside of the home was fantastic. The furniture is all in excellent shape and nothing looks out of date. The owner was readily available for anything we needed and the amenities were plentiful. Everything was very well thought out. If we were pressed for a complaint the only thing we could come up with is that the Wifi repeater at the dock wasn't working and there was a foul odor in the water at the house, but it was nothing most lake houses don't have. As for the Wifi at the dock, that was really more of a luxury anyway for us to play music down there, its not like we were trying to stream movies while hanging out down there.
We would definitely stay here again. Very happy with our experience.

Great Property, Great Owner, Great Thanksgiving Memories
When I travel with all of my grown children, or with friends I try to rent a home or condo. I rent one or more homes a year. This is a great HOME for a family, or group of friends. The owner was quick to respond to questions. The owner’s attention to details is above any I’ve ever experienced. The home is beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms are perfectly spaced to allow privacy for couples. The kitchen is well furnished. The seating for eating and entertainment is great. The big windows facing the lake on two levels provide a beautiful view. We did not utilize the boat dock for boating of any type, but it is spacious. Everyone enjoyed the arcade games in the basement/game room. I’ve rented beautiful properties in the past. This was the first time that I felt I was at home and not in a rental property. My 2 ½ year old granddaughter loved this home. On the day of departure she delayed our leaving because she was set on staying. The bar has been set high for future rentals. Thank you Marvin and Jennifer for creating a wonderful memory.

Excellent! Family really enjoyed.
It was great to not have to worry about sheets and towels, just for outdoor towels. The amenities at the house were also nice, although we did not end up using many. We put in our own Netflix code and that’s all we needed for the little ones. Probably the very best feature was the use of the paddle boards, kayaks, and canoe. This was our first lake vacation, and that made for easy fun on the lake. Thank you for a great experience!
